How to combine balances of Shell gift cards into one card

Let's say you get a few $100 gift cards from Shell. And let's say that you use FRN or Ralph's Rewards to lower your price per gallon. Since you only get one "price lowering" per transaction, you can't use two small gift cards and still get the discount. So it's likely you will fill up once for $60-$75 or whatever, and then you will have a remainder on your Shell gift card of like $25-$40. So next time you will use the other full $100 gift card, until you are left with a few cards with small balances.

You can fix this by FAXING the following to (402) 916-8250:

"Please COMBINE the following cards into the one with the number _________.

Below are the backs of the cards I want combined."

(Get the number off the back of the card you want all the money on, and put it in place of the line above.)

Then put the cards you want combined with the backs of the cards facing the fax glass (so it shows up on the fax), and position them under the writing above. It will be a 1-page fax.

They will combine your cards within the next business day.

NOTE that you cannot exceed the original balance of the card, so you can't combine $125 worth of cards onto a $100 card.
