Here's a question for older job seekers, how far do you "go back" on your resume?
I think we've all heard of the computer programs that scan resumes now to filter the job selection process. Do you think having employment info, job accomplishments from 20 years ago will hurt you? From 15 years ago? Even from 10 years ago?
