In typical Adelson style he thinks he's smarter than everyone else, the LV Review-Journal was a well respected publication now it's just a shell of what it once was....
Unfortunately it's the only game in town... at least it's the biggest game in town. And when you downgrade the biggest game in town it's still the biggest game in town.
Until there is competition, there will be no incentive to improve.
What is happening to the LVRJ now is what has been happening to all media companies in the past twenty years. As the Internet has grown, taking more ad dollars from traditional media, traditional media has suffered.
