New casino promotions: choose your bonus.

In 2012 the various casino properties under Caesars Entertainment are giving its players a choice when it comes to their promotions: they can choose their bonus.

For example, in two weeks, players at Caesars who are on the "invited guest list" will have an opportunity to choose one of three bonuses. The bonuses are a gift card to Neiman Marcus, or a gift card to Macy's, or an equal amount of money in "free play."

You must choose one of the three and you cannot divide your dollar amount among the bonuses -- you must choose one.

If you don't care much about gambling then you would have a choice between Neimans or Macy's. But, you only got this promotion because you are a gambler so now you'd have to choose which is the best bang for your buck.

It's really an interesting idea that Caesars came up with, and giving players a choice might actually get more players in the door and of course that's the whole idea of these promotions.
