Scientific Gaming facing yet another antitrust lawsuit

Scientific Gaming, which manufactures most automatic shufflers used in casinos, is facing another antitrust suit.

This one was filed by two midwest casinos, claiming that Scientific Gaming forces competitors out of business via lawsuits whenever those competitors attempt to make a competing product. In turn, these casinos claim Scientific Gaming can charge sky-high prices for their shufflers, which screws casinos.

In 2018, a jury awarded three shuffler companies $315 million in a similar lawsuit against Scientific Gaming.

Yes. I assume the artwork was to make a case easier to bring or harder to defend. We'll probably never know no matter how much speculation there is. Would a worthy lawyer even bother posting here?
