I watched an AP dump at LEAST $600, playing $4.40 a spin into this machine and he still didn't get the Bonus, despite the Bonus Frog, the Multiplier one looking morbidly obese so to speak. He lost his money chasing this morbidly obese frog and the frog just say there getting fat on this guy's money and NEVER gave him the Bonus.

The morbidly obese frog and his two other Brothers (Who both got morbidly obese themselves)gave the triple Bonus(Multiplier, extra spins, and double slots ;) )to someone playing.88 a bet a spin and gave him about $26. :) If only the three morbidly obese Frogs had given the Bonus to the guy who lost roughly $600, playing $4.40 a spin. Bonus could have been MASSIVE, no morbidly obese pun intended. ;)

Edit. The bet says .88 because someone else came after him and played .88, lost his money too, and the third guy who came along won roughly a $26 bet on .88. :)

I would bet money that game is not APable without having ever seen it in action.

No, no it doesn’t. IF the size of the frogs, tea pots, bowls, etc doesn’t change in size when you change the bet it’s an ILLUSION. This is the type stuff people have tried to help you with over and over with you ignoring it.

Scarab slot does something similar with bet changes. If you are playing say .75 for 9 spins, and you change your bet size to say $2.25, the spins actually CHANGE. I was playing.75 for 9 spins and I thought,"Well, why don't I change my bet to $2.25 for the 10th spin and get the accumulated Scarabs/wilds at $2.25? I changed my bet to $2.25 and I suddenly was on spin 2 and not the 10th spin. It would have been an extremely lucrative game if you could play .75 bets for 9 spins and go up to $2.25 for the 10th spin. :)

Tasha, on those "fake persistent games" like this frog game the size grows to fool the public into believing it's about to hit/pay big. But it's actually fixed odds. You have the same chance of hitting it on every spin no matter the size of the frog. Those kinds of slots are filling the casino floors these days.

You need to learn what is real persistence and what is fake persistence. If the frogs are a different size on each bet level it's most likely persistent. If the frogs are the same size on each bet level it's fake persistence.

Another clue is do the size of the frogs appear on the bet levels down on the bet selection pad or does it just show bet levels.

What about that Tarzan game where the accumulated bonuses are the same across bet levels?

Don't know the Tarzan game but if progressives are involved, generally, a $5 bet would have 5 times the chance to hit a progressive than a $1 bet.

It has been a long time since I messed with it. That seems so obvious that there might be a reason that can't be it. You add to the progressive at a higher rate in terms of $$.

This is a fairly old game by now. I know you have seen it. Allen Kessler likes to tell people it is APable.

Speaking of Progressives, I watched people play a Must Hit by $500 game yesterday. The meter started off at $405.20. The People cycled in at least $500, and the meter went to $405.32. Yikes. :eek:

No wonder my advice to a Newbie on WOV asking how much money he would need before a must hit popped went so bad. I told him you will need about $4,000-$8,000 coin in before the Must Hit Progressive pops. Another Poster responded,"Actually, you need more like $100,000 coin in before you see the Must Hit Progressive pops, not just $4,000-$8,000 coin in."

I got ragged and dragged so hard for giving a brand new Newbie bad Progressive advice and then got a two week Suspension. If $500 coin in only moved the Progressive meter up 12 cents, I shudder to think how much money was needed before it would pop. :eek:

I did some calculations, and my calculations said that the coin in was about $395,000 before it popped around 500. I may have done my calculations wrong however. It could actually be more like 3 Million before the Progressive popped.

I did $95 ÷ by 0.12 × 500 and got roughly $395,000 coin in, but I'm not sure I calculated right. :confused:
