Come on now, there's no makeup-wearing ratio difference between strip clubs. It's been many years since I've been in there but since you mentioned video poker they used to have a +EV 4-of-a-kind Bingo promo. It was worth about $30 an hour - tips. If you want to know where the best-looking girls are, it's at the totally nude Little Darlings, there's no booze and gaming, so it's 18 and older. And there's a much better chance the girls in there will be all-natural.
Fun fact: There was a place close to the Rio off of Valley View that actually had their own crypto coin nonsense you could use in-house.
I've actually had a few very good Advantage plays in strip clubs. I had one where your max bet was .25 on .5 video poker worth approximately $200 an hour which lasted quite a long time.
