Using AI to craft posts

Should posters be permitted to use AI to create and post responses to threads?

It's been going on here for awhile now and contributes nothing of value...not that a post from the member employing it would be of higher quality, but hey, a bot's a bot, eh?

You might want to think about prohibiting it as this should arguably be a forum for only humans to post in, not computers.

Computers...their day will come, just not yet...

If you are talking about dawg, using IA to create trolling responses of me, don't believe it MrV. It is just another dawg lie. He only came up with that as a response to that he is spending way too much time obsessing and trolling me. But it is not true. He sits there waiting for me or axelwolf to post something, so he can troll.

AND who does that? What rich many times over millionaire, spends every minute of his life trolling a few people on a small forum like that? Even when they are vacationing or visiting Las Vegas and should be out doing other things? He is one fucked up psycho.

UNKewlJ should be banned for repeated use of the n word notwithstanding Dan the Dandruff Man's request that he stop.

Mdawg should be banned for constantly hijacking and trolling legitimate gambling threads and discussions, which Dan the Dandruff man has requested that he stop doing.

While Druff's non enforcement of his own rules allows for a lot of trolling, there is more than ample opportunity for Dawg to troll without hijacking every legit discussion. This is a gambling forum. This whole thing is pretty funny but in general someone consistently posting AI stuff or not actually generating content specific to the thread should have their posting removed.

There are 100s of ways you could use AI. Mdawg uses it to index through posts to via things that are relevant to whatever the flame. Conceptually it is pretty funny but ultimately it adds very little and just means too little effort is needed which means there is too much.

And there is clearly too much of Mdawg's post of quotes. At least get a new AI.

But using AI to post words in a thread under the poster's name is like a butcher trying to substitute rat meat for filet mignon.

Back to MrV's original point of this thread. I don't believe Mdogis actually using AI to generate his trolling posts. he is sitting there like the troll that he is waiting to pounce.

BUT if he was, should that be allowed? Bots are not allowed and Dan does a reasonable job of cleaning them out and trying to prevent them. Wouldn't AI generated posts be almost the same thing. Different branch of the same tree?
