Hialeah Park Casino does a free play Promotion the right way on Tuesdays. :) The Casino Staff Member just says the Player's name that has been picked for the free play and the free play shows up on the card, no asking the Player to physically come up to collect the free play. Making chosen Players to come up physically go get the free play in front of public view can be dangerous. A guy in another Casino was chosen to receive free play but he had to physically go up in front of public view to get his $500 in free play. After he collected the $500 in free play, he went back to his game and started playing again. Two burly men sat in the seats to his right and left and made "Jokes," about him treating them to dinner with his $500 free play win. He felt incredibly uncomfortable and lucky a Casino Staff Member was making the rounds and he gave,"Help, these guys are making me uncomfortable," eye contact with the Casino Staff Member and the Casino Staff Member made the burly men leave the guy alone. The guy was grateful and gave the Casino Staff Member $20 for getting those burly men to leave him alone. So Hialeah Park Casino does the Promotion the right way just saying the name and automatically putting it on the Player's club card and not in public view. :)

And yet all the time you have casinos doing drawings for large prizes like $10,000 and they call the drawing winners up in front of the entire casino & never seem to experience any issues.

The Player who won the $500 in free play said it himself something like,"By the way, at my local Casino yesterday, two random burly men tried to get me to buy them dinner after I won $500 in free play. It was bizarre and uncomfortable. Luckily a Casino Staff Member made them get away from me."

I remember posting this a while ago and Posters said something like, "Why would these men harass someone over just $500 in free play? $500 in free play is more like $250 cash if you're lucky. Guy most likely won like $100 cash anyways. I can't see too many people harassing a complete stranger over just $500 in free play. I could understand if he won like $10,000 in free play, but $500 in free play is REALLY not that much money.

Hmm. Case in point. A Player next to me told me she won $10,000 in free play in the Casino's drawing. She said Players started harassing her for a cut of that money. She told them off and asked Security to escort her car and drove off with the $10,000 free play still on her card. She came back on another day when those people asking her for a cut of the money weren't there and she was able to use her $10,000 in free play in peace.

Actually I stand corrected.
