Note to Todd / Dan Druff

In a thread on here, the poster known as kewlJ has stated that I didn't pay for the house at 1412 Forest Dale Lane, Johnson City, TN 37604.

Now this is provably, clearly a lie, especially as I just had Regions Bank due a complete history of my title while we bought another house. I have kept the Forest Dale Lane home for the moment, although we moved to Bristol directly across from the Speedway. So there is no question I bought the house and paid for it. I still own it.

Now if you are not going to correct him regarding this, I'm afraid I need to take action.

If you provide an email and/or physical address, I will have Regions email you the title history of that home, actually dating back to the previous owner, as we bought it from a friend of mine, an author with a book coming out next year (about the Bell Witch).

You really should not be allowing this. After the season, I need to have a sit down with you regarding a lawsuit. Somebody running a site called Poker Fraud Alert should not allow anonymous posters to make provably false claims about property ownership. Those are very specific provably false declarations.

Surely you understand that anyone claiming ownership of a property is making a legal claim and anyone disputing that ownership is also making a legal claim.

I also have an issue with this kewlJ poster making declarations regarding at what point in time I announced as a sports handicapper. He seems to be claiming that I was trying to "fool" people. Since I ran a full page ad in 1980 GamePlan magazine stating unequivocally that I'm a sports handicapper, and since GamePlan sold more than a hundred thousand copies of that magazine, I think that my position as a sports handicapper was quite public and clear.

Please send your email address to IntegritySports@aol.com so we can get this legal ball rolling. I suggest a get together in Las Vegas sometime in December or January if you want to straighten this out. I'm willing to spend a fair amount to clear my name on this, so let's get the facts clear and documented.

I mean, c'mon, you are running something called Poker Fraud Alert and allowing this? That's terrible. You are allowing an anonymous poster to lie about someone's personal financial history with the intent of doing reputational damage. It's the definition of defamation.

Litigation is a game best played by the wealthy.

Will it be worth it, given any judgment against KJ will likely be uncollectible and shielded by Nevada's exemption statute viz. execution on judgments?

Will redietz seriously do it for, as they say, "the principle of the thing?"

First, it's largely an irrelevant issue. He only concocts lies like this because he knows and despises the reality of his own helplessness. The only thing the least bit new and interesting to come from Redietz's rant, was his revelation that he placed an ad in Game Plan Magazine declaring himself a sports bettor. I had to look Game Plan Magazine up. It is one of those many publications that previews football. Now why would a person run a full page ad declaring "I am a sprot bettor"? A real sports bettor, that is a person who bets sports and makes a profit doesn't need to declare I am a sports bettor. He just does it. Did Billy walters run an ad declaring he is a sports bettor? :confused:

So it isn't sports bettors that run ads in those magazines, it is touts SELLING some sort of picks or service. :cool: So once again, this Bob Dietz person has exposed himself. These guys always do!

Let's also address this Dan Druff and PFA stuff. You have to wonder if Redietz has even once visited PFA, if only to read for a couple minutes. The shit that is posted there makes this place look Mother Teresa's diary. The guy that goes by Dan Druff likes this kind of shit! :D And you can't shame him about it. The only time he is slightly shamed is when he is at some poker event and someone approaches him and asks why he would participate, let alone own such a forum. I personally, don't dislike the Jewish looking fella that goes by Dan Druff. I only bring up the Jewish looking because he once wrote that he didn't think he looked Jewish, when he absolutely does, Nothing wrong with that. There are way worse things you can be than Jewish. An Arab for instance.

And while Druff didn't deny that he is Jewish (only that he looked Jewish), which would be pretty hard since half his stories involve him complaining about some $2 charge here or there. I mean come on. :D

Failure in real life is living off your kids in your retirement. While there are many that find themselves in this kind of multi-generational living arrangement it is almost always a result of a poor financial situation, as is the case with this Rob Singer character.

I don't understand what redietz is trying to do here.

First off, while nobody enjoys being sued, I have dealt with numerous lawsuit threats while running my PFA forum, and I never let these intimidate me. Ironically, the one time I was actually sued, I was not threatened with any litigation. One day I just discovered that I was part of 12 defendants in an extremely frivolous action for $330 million (lol). I hadn't even been served. I won that one before it even went to trial, btw.

Anyway, I assume redietz is trying to say that he's going to sue kewlJ, and he needs my cooperation in the matter.

If that's not what he was trying to say, then he can clarify.

Regardless, here is my response to this and any other talk of lawsuits here:


1) I am protected by Section 230, a federal law which is part of the Communications Decency Act of 1996. This is a federal law that provides legal immunity to online platforms (like this one) for content posted by its users. Therefore, I am not held liable as the "publisher or speaker" of third-party content. Anything written by a user here is content which belongs to the user (the site ToS even clarify this), and I am simply running the platform where it's written.

2) I take the user privacy on my forums very seriously. I will never give out personal information, email addresses, IP addresses, or anything else unless there is a court order or warrant to do so. I will not cooperate with any civil subpoenas for such info, and will fight any attempt to get such info this way. The only exceptions involve people who have credible allegations of having committed mid-level-or-worse crimes (including scamming), or those who have maliciously harassed or harmed me or this forum (trolling/bashing me doesn't count, nor does mundane breakages of forum rules resulting in a ban). For everyone else, I will fight very hard to keep personal info private.

3) I know very little about kewlJ. If I had a gun to my head, I couldn't tell you who he is. I have verified before that his IP address resolves to a local Vegas IP, and it's not a proxy or VPN.

4) While kewlJ has been a whiner, a liar, a hypocrite, and a pain in the ass on many occasions, I will protect his personal information, unless you can show me that he is a criminal (and not just by hearsay or guessing).


It is important for an AP-heavy forum to be very protective of people's personal information. I have no problem with redietz, but I am also not going to be forced or pressured into handing over anyone's personal information. If an attorney contacts me, I will tell him/her the same thing.

If I have lied, and I admit I have, unlike the multitude of other liars here that lie about their actual gambling claims, it has always been to throw people trying to find info on me off the track. I have NEVER lied about what I do, blackjack and card counting. Not only have I never lied about my basic claim of card counting, But I have shared more of what I do and how I do it and why I do different things than any AP I have every read on any forum except maybe mickeycrimm, who also shares a lot.

Maybe you should listen to what everyone else says, and take a look in the mirror.

I've read your excuse before of, "I'm an AP, I have to misdirect in order to protect my identity", but that's nonsense. You throw in a lot of extraneous details which don't really misdirect -- they just pile on additional crap which serve no purpose other than to bring more attention to your tales.

For example, let's say I got mugged at a park near my house, and I wanted to tell the forum about it, but didn't want to give away where I lived.

I might change the location of the park, or even the city where it happened. Maybe I'd even morph the date. This way if people attempted to scour police reports, they wouldn't find it, and therefore not be able to pick up information I'd rather not make public. However, let's say I were to throw in additional details like, "Oh, and then after stealing my wallet, these thugs had their friends climb into my upstairs window, and threaten that if I end up pressing charges, I'm dead!"

That might make for a sensational story which would get more attention, but it wouldn't obfuscate any details about the actual crime. If caught lying about the latter, I couldn't say, "Well, I just did that to protect confidentiality!" That wouldn't make sense.


It seems fairly clear to me that you're a guy who loves drama. You can make quality posts when you want, and you're not a stupid person. However, sometimes you can't help but insert fibs into your postings, and sometimes they're not very believable fibs, and the entire thing comes crashing down.

You also pulled a death hoax on another forum.

Once again, I will give the same advice I always give to you:

Tell the truth.

And if you can't tell the truth because it will give something away that you don't want public, then don't tell the story at all.
