To clarify: I now believe that as KJ is anonymous you have not libeled him.
Had he posted using his correct name, as alan does, then it would likely be a different story.

However, you cannot simply decide for yourself when it's okay to post MDawg's full name here, or any other personal info about him. As the sole owner and moderator of this forum, I am the only one allowed to make that call.
Doing so is only okay when the member has publicly outed himself as connected to that screen name. For example, I have publicly connected my real name to my screen name of "Dan Druff", so stating my real name would not be considered doxing. However, most people on this forum have not publicly identified themselves, even if their names have been deduced.
You need to stop this. If a lawsuit is filed against you and MDawg is the attorney of record, at that point you can post the legal documents, and if it has his name, tough luck on him. However, that has not yet occurred, so you can't dox him, just as I wouldn't let anyone dox you.
I am going to put something in the software which automatically hides MDawg's last name. Please do not attempt to circumvent it.

He simply doesn't want people to see what the real records show vs his fantastical claims.
Don't worry about it, kewlJ. I suspect other options for attaching the Dawg's name to his nonsense will pop up late next month.
And frankly we saw a perfect example of what I am talking about a couple months ago. After 7 months of claiming he won almost every day, wins totaling more than $500k, when I announced I had access to his real records, all that phantasy winning claims of seven months disappeared overnight, when he posted that wizard and him rechecked his records and he was about even.
The fantastical claims started all over again almost immediately, but for that one moment in time, there was accountability and the lying stopped. Why, because he was unable to hide from the truth with a screen name.
