Rob is likely correct here. Mickey could qualify for food stamps and welfare. I could probably qualify for some sort of assistance. As such, my life has always been an open book, and why would you think that is? Correct--because it's a normal life with family, plenty of retirement income, and a whole lot of knowledge to educate bazookas like you with.

For starters--and I wouldn't expect you or most others here to comprehend this--a person has to plan for their death. And in my case--which is also foreign to the majority here because it's mainly gamblers--I've got children and grandchildren. Should they have to wait for their inheritance which at my level would be heavily taxed, or is there a tax-free way of getting it to them today. That's why I bought the houses for them. And oh....it's all a result of having something called a good JOB in my career, and it has zero to do with my successful gambling.

The four cars, Harley, scooter and 2 RV's. All in our names. Our combined pensions and SS gives us just under $100k income/year. Plus there's gambling income of course, investment income, dividends, etc. etc. to go along with a couple of nice retirement savings accounts. Nothing not unlike what any hard working, long-married couple has accumulated in this country--again, something that would be very foreign to the majority of people on this forum. You guys must think I'm claiming I'm rich, I get it. But I'm not. Thus the Singer Derangement Syndrome.

Which gets us back to why I'm interested in seeing the origin of this food stamp fraud you said you uncovered. I'd like to know more about this, because I or my wife have never even applied for food stamps, ever. I could definitely see where the fraud would come into play if I got them--way too much income my entire life. Which is why it's positive that all you're doing by making this up is huffing and puffing at me as usual. But along the way you see you're also losing whatever credibility you thought you had with others by making excuses why you won't show the evidence.

Kew, Alan couldn't even get you to prove your 2 table counting claim and no one can get you to provide evidence of the food stamp fraud claim, and you ask ME to prove something?

I did however glean even more info from your post. Professional winning gamblers like you claim to be do not "offset gambling winnings with gambling losses" on Schedule C as Schedule A filers do. They offset gross income with business & operating expenses.

My pro career ended in 2009. Since then I'm just like most others--I file Schedule A and am a recreational player. You were griping about my not putting up W2G's or something with my pics. But that's exactly what I did here when I won $25k net in under 2 hours at SP on 25c thru $2 two years ago. I've continued to win since retiring and Alan always hits jackpots, and after a while people got so tired of having to look at the pics that the tax forms demands started. Once Alan did that I did it.

So get over your disbelief that I'm able to win on machines that are 99.9% or less. You're so blinded by the fact that 100.1% means "winner" and 99.9% means "loser" that you aren't able to comprehend how dumb you look. Tell me--since when does playing VP for 3 hours mean the outcome is gonna be significantly different whether it pays 5 credits more or 5 credits less for a full house? That's the liberal spin. I said I have gambling income. And as also stated, my yearly avg. is going down each year since 2009, since I hit 3 very large winners 2011-2012, which shortly afterwards is when I stopped playing above $2 games.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: for all but long hauls, use Uber or Lyft.

Having a driver in your employment is the same as having a chauffeur; you have to pay taxes to the state and Feds on their behalf the whole time they are waiting for you, the AP, to leave the casino and either jaunt off to another one or go home.

Pretty damned expensive, unless you can somehow fuck them over financially: you know, make them work off the books, pay no taxes on their behalf, pay them less than minimum wage.

It's a true advantage play if your mother is your driver: you can really take advantage of her and rake her over the coals, because she "loves you."
