A lot of the posts I was writing during my time on WOV were sad and desperate attempts to get praise, kudos and fit in. I REALLY didn't care about the money the guy lost, just was looking for praise and kudos for my mature, insightful, and serious response. I didn't get any of that and instead just looked like a condescending Jerk. This was one of the prime examples of me trying to get praise and fit in at WOV rather than posting how I really felt.
A true example of me posting how I really felt and not looking for praise or kudos or to fit in on WOV is my Steve Cyr is a Cold Hearted Herk(Jerk). I was genuinely pissed and disgusted that Steve helped cause at least 3 or 4 gambling related Suicides and was like, "Oh well. They were Adults and didn't HAVE to gamble away their entire Family's inheritance. It's just business for me." I was floored he was talking about 3 or 4 Gambling related Suicides that he helped cause so casually whereas if I help caused even one Suicide, I'd be completely wracked with crushing guilt. Even writing this now, I'm still pissed and disgusted by Steve's casual demeanor about that.

As a table player I get very little free play. I thought it would be interesting to see what would happen with my free play by just running it thru once.
Pre pandemic I was getting $75 twice a week at Red Rock and $45 twice a week at Suncoast.
Both have been whittled down to $10 about six times per month.
Just curious, in another thread you said along time ago you got $2500 at your peak. How often and how much were you playing to get that much?
As far as running it through once, you will get what ever the RTP% is. So on a 99% video poker machine you will get $99 per $100 with optimal strategy in the LONG TERM.
Do like the rest of these guys and run 20 plus cards.
I used to get $2500 every time at Caesars. I was playing mostly $5/coin 8/5 Bonus video poker and my play was about 50% video poker.

She got pissed that she got called out on it and looked for an excuse to back out of moderating and participating. Care giving a loved one is the excuse she used. But everyone finds a little time to post.
Care-giving is stressful. Those of us who have done it, know that.
Posting on these forums is stressful. Moderating a forum would be more stressful. People operate optimally at a certain level of stress. When you start adding increments of stress to everything, why bother with the nonsense of these forums? And moderating means you are beholden to catching various things because hosts hold you to certain rules and regs. My blog has no forum attached, for example, because it would be my responsibility to make sure there weren't scammers or child porn or even bad language beyond a certain point on it. I'm not going to risk being shut down because somebody floods a forum with garbage.
Forums are primarily to get clicks and add monetization. Nothing drives traffic like people arguing in dichotomous camps. This isn't speculation. It's both research-proven and the capitalistically proven formula.
And BBB's absence may also have something to do with MDawg ubiquity and WoV becoming a parody of itself.
