I only saw the reactions of the people seeing her, so I assumed the worst. But she said she was okay. Over all though, you can't say that someone who had all the privileges and didn't have to work through college (and got to go to college in the first place) and so on, is necessarily going to achieve less than someone who got no breaks.

For anyone who would suggest Tasha is a complete idiot, it seems to me that one of Tasha's main goals is to garner interactions. Naturally, I would have had sufficient cause to justify Nuking Tasha myself, when I was an Admin, but I had no real desire to do so. Quite frankly, that so many people came to me demanding she be Nuked for even the slightest perceived infractions caused in me negative inclination to Nuke her. Contrary to popular belief, I didn't Nuke people on an on-demand basis.
I do think Tasha likes to troll, but for the most part, when she does, she's not actually hurting anything. I recall that she would often make mathematically inaccurate statements that would beg for correction, and they were corrected; that's engagement---engagement, in most cases, is a net positive for the forum and adds value.
Honestly, the only Administrative action that BBB ever did that I highly disagreed with was trying to shut down DarkOz when he was discussing something strictly topical to gambling. If you look at her first posts upon being appointed a moderator, she stated that she intended to moderate with a "light hand." Pretty soon though she was suspending people right and left, and handing down one suspension after another to me. So that sort of shoot first ask questions later attitude was what she developed, and she definitely was incapable of putting aside her own opinions and biases when moderating.
She must've had some kind of disagreement with either the forum or its policy because she disappeared. I think part of it might have been an over all disagreement with the free speech policy at the forum, as liberal as she claimed to be she couldn't handle that and apparently wanted to guide people's thoughts. No way she could handle threads like EvenBob's for example. She'd be too worried or at least claim to be too worried that such threads would influence people to gamble.
Over all, I didn't have a problem with her even though she suspended me a lot. It is, after all, just an internet forum.
These forums take up a lot of time, and unless you're someone like UNKewlJ who simply cannot stay away even after repeatedly declaring that he will, getting kicked out of a forum could actually be a blessing if you actually stay away and stop spending time at the same type of forum.

I have no idea why she disappeared. She made it public knowledge, in 2020, that she was living with her mom and also acting as her caretaker. I have no idea whether or not that is still the case as BBB and I have not directly spoken for some time. Of course, even if I did know, I couldn't reveal information more current than what she has already made public. She was also seeking advice as to what to do with her ex-husband, and obviously, I have no idea what came of that, either. Just prior to those posts, she had mentioned having some physical problems, so I obviously don't know what happened with those.
With that, my last assumption would be that things have significantly improved for her since then, though I certainly hope that they have. Even if they had, it would be a bit difficult, I would think, to just come in and start being an active Admin given that she has made all of ten posts within the last three years. Of course, there's no reason she couldn't (if she wanted) as I gather she is still considered an Admin in good standing.
Anyway, her disappearance coincides with all of those posts she made re: the issues she was having, so I suspect it had little, or nothing, to do with policy. I obviously don't know. The whole thing with DarkOz was only a few months before that, but I really shouldn't write about gambling if I am unwilling to accept that coincidences sometimes happen. My opinion is that she wanted to shut DarkOz down as a sort of AP protectional thing, but what the fuck kind of gambling forum is it if people can't freely discuss gambling stuff?

In other words, nothing legitimately to do with Forum Rules or policy whatsoever.

As far as Card counting, and the math on casino promotions these things have been discussed over and over again for years. There are countless books on the subject so I don’t think talking about these things are that big of a deal. I don’t even have a problem with people talking about bonus slots. However when you are openly discussing slot machine gaffs, or procedural flaws at certain casinos I think the mods should remove those things.

One characteristic you do not share with UNKewlJ is ability to act reasonable at times - with UNKewlJ there is always that tension as he is fighting to maintain composure. You're fine much of time, but clearly not always.
The hypocrisy and Hate of Mdawg.
1.) Mdawg called Boz a liar today, along with stating for the 1000th time that I am a liar. yet no mention of the many lies Mdawg has posted and been caught in, from the "mid 7 figure dollar Las Vegas mansion", to 7 months of winning wiped away with one "about even" statement, to $100- $5000 spreads playing blackjack for 10 straight hours, to winning 50 blackjack hands in a row, to the continuing almost daily accounts of winning every day, while the casinos don't care, to the completely preposterous stuff he continues to repeat, like Male prostitute, and homeless shit. tell us again, who the liar is Mdawg?
This act that Mdawg does is an attempt to demonize someone he doesn't like or has challenged his ridiculous "adventure story". At least both Boz (today) and myself have admitted that we lied at times. I had my reasons. I won't speak for Boz. But this guy Mdog like Singer, continues on with his lies doubling, tripling down when everyone knows they are lying.
2.) Very similarly, Mdawg started calling me mentally ill a couple years ago now. And now others here have followed his lead. Mdawg says this about others like Boz today and Axelwolf and others. Is Mdawg or anyone on this forum qualified to speculate on the mental illness or stability of anyone else? Of course not! This is yet another attempt to demonize those who have dared challenge his ridiculous "story".
Mdawg had been doing this for years now. If you need further proof, just visit that forum that he advertises in his signature and you will see more than a dozen individual threads attacking people (some members here), each bearing the name of someone that dared challenge his story. This demonizing of anyone who dares challenge his claim is his defense.
3.) This week I saw Mdawg attack WoV ex-moderater BBBabs, who I know a number of people don't like. What was pretty remarkable about this was that Mdawg posted word for word things said, years before he bagan posting, or at least began posting as Mdawg. he has done this with me, many times as well, going back to other forums, long before "Mdawg" appeared and quoting things said. Sure someone can go back and read, but why would someone go back and read to put themselves right smack in the middle of that. Clearly this person is not some new-ish member that began posting in 2019. Clearly he is a re-incarnated member, who likely was banned at WoV. I mean isn't this new name-identity, one of the biggest lies of all?
I am sure it hasn't gone unnoticed and is probably welcome by the KJ haters that I have stepped back some from this and other forums. It just isn't worth engaging with people like Mdawg and AinQ on a daily basis. And it changes nothing about me, who I am or what I do, despite anything they make up of say. The lunacy just keeps coming no matter what.
