BUT you are correct that pictures of cash chips and even casino checks do not prove what Mdawg seems to want people to think it proves. You (axelwolf) should know this from your casino check discussion.

The Lapdog for a cousin or someone seems a stretch to me. As do some other theories I have read. BUT your conclusion is correct. Something is not and has not been right about his story from day 1. There is something going on.

The watches seems like a part of whatever this really is to me. Something not natural or normal about the obsession and posting of all the watches.

Perhaps the the fanned-out money, big deal, that could be his daddy's money. Or money he has to immediately pay back due to credit lines. Later I posted a video of me weighing some of watches, to show that they were solid precious metal and that the weights were right on with expected and well known weights of the real thing. Pearls before swine. I doubt he'd understand what a brick of mud is supposed to weigh, let alone well known time pieces.

As far as V being or not being an attorney.

You won't find too many lawyers like me who know a lot about different areas of law. Most just know what they practice, and not much else.

Apparently V was a family law / divorce attorney. We haven't had much if any occasion to discuss that field, so I haven't been able to note whether he knows what he is talking about in his claimed speciality or not. As far as the other legal topics that have come up, such as the way a false imprisonment civil lawsuit would go down, notwithstanding that V claimed that he did do some personal injury work, he didn't seem to have much to contribute on that UNKewl topic and he was snowed rather easily by FraudJ into believing that there was a lawsuit. And his standby "maybe if the attorney is powerful enough or has enough connections anything is possible" doesn't sound like any attorney I can think of. Most attorneys would opine something versus say "anything might go."

Over all, I get the impression that he was some kind of lawyer once. Just a feeling I have.

As to whether he was disbarred as opposed to retiring, no opinion. I did not start that rumor don't know where it came from. He admits to having had a drinking problem at one time, discusses starting off as a heavy drinker as early as college, but says he eventually substituted marijuana. Whether his drinking was out of control enough at one time to get him disbarred, who knows.

So start making a little piece of paper with Mdawg on it and put it in the picture so people can't doubt the image.

I retired after 40 years of practicing law: I was never disbarred, and never had a "founded to be true" bar complaint; I was never sued for nor accused of legal malpractice.

I have smoked pot since I was a teen: I never smoked nor was under the influence while working: I took my job seriously as I was affecting other people's lives, not just my own.

Like many attorneys I started out doing a wide variety of things; my partners did real estate, bankruptcy and business: i initially did landlord tenant, personal injury and family law.

About 20 years before retiring I decided to no longer do personal injury cases: the money was good but I just got tired of it, and I did not have the paralegal staff to make it work out smoothly.

For the last 20 years I did primarily family law cases: a lot of motion practice involved with frequent hearings and trials.

I enjoyed trial work: alas, most of my clients couldn't afford it, but those who could seemed happy with the results I brought about.

As for my drinking: I never had a real problem til the very last month or two, when for whatever reason I really pounded the gin; I awoke one morning in my bed only to discover I had vomited all over myself: I was awash in a sea of puke of my own making.

This was the epiphany that led me to quit drinking, cold turkey: I didn't want to die in my own puke as did some rockers.

Never had a DWI or any criminal issues: I just decided to quit; I quit tobacco previously, also going cold turkey; while concerned about health I was also pissed that the price had gone up ten-fold since college.

Dawg, your narrative above is wrong: as stated I always got high; my drinking was never heavy til the very last couple months before I quit.

Let's say you're reading a novel. In it, the author describes our protagonist waking up and drinking straight from the bottle of bathtub gin that he keeps next to his bed.

Now, as far as I am concerned, if someone wants to drink gin all day long or do drugs or whatever that's his affair. Some are able to function even function decently in that state.
But, when the author describes someone doing that, drinking in that way, it means something.

Similarly, your description of pounding Everclear on top of pain pills putting yourself into a stupor (something like what we experienced with AxelWolf prior couple of weeks) just before finals means something. It means you were an alcoholic all your life, just that it took some years before the drinking advanced caught up with you to where you had to quit or face some really serious problems. And you didn't really quit did you, just segued into using more marijuana and Xanax or whatever it is that you stockpile there for your routine consumption.

Again, not judging. Just saying.
