I think Youtube automatically turns the autoplay button to On from Off if it notices that a person's computer is inert other than the current video playing. Thus garbage videos like this Fridman video can get queued up without one knowing it whilst they are dozing.Quote:

My point was that I find it harder and harder to listen to Lex as he has gotten more popular.
Similar to Tim Dillon .
Tim Dillon was great about 2 or 3 years ago before he started to make serious money.
Once that happened his whole twitter feed became self-endorsements of where he was doing stand up next.
Although his last two podcasts have gotten back to his roots of him just doing wild satire and ranting.
He literally told SPFs girlfriend to take poison multiple times lol.
I mean, twitter banned me for 7 days for far less of a joke.
Joe Rogan was far more entertaining a couple of years ago too and obviously all three are buddy, buddy.
Anyways... I'm rambling.

Yes Lex is basically unlistenable at this point. If he happens to have on an exceptional guest that takes over the whole podcast and tells Lex to shut the fuck up or just doesn't allow Lex to get a word in, then the podcast can be OK. But it would have to be a really big name. For example if Elon Musk gets on the show again and forces Lex to be quiet the whole time or he gets Iron Mike on there.Quote:

I'm guessing the issues and infighting between the disciples were far more common and difficult compared to what is portrayed on screen.
I gave up on getting involved in these lengthy multi-season series shows but you can't beat the price on this one and I like the subject material.
Whereas I would never get involved in something like Game of Thrones or Vikings, etc. etc.

I'm about 30 minutes from completion (total runtime is about 2 and 1/4 hours roughly). Basically, like most people, Milburn is getting behind the people paying his paycheck and those people are paying him to help Ukraine. He's a mercenary. We've all got to make a living and I'm not holding it against him. With regard to your question then - yes IMHO this is a business move for more contracts and for his book. If Milburn were to say the truth, which is that these guys are trying to ignite a nuclear war, it might not be good for business ;-). Anyway if Milburn did a Rogan episode I think I would find it interesting since Rogan would probably asks some non Pro-Ukraine stuff.Quote:
