Like I said, I find it very interesting regarding the force used to unlock a thread on the WoV. Next time I see Wizard I'm definitely going to mention it. That really is the only thing to come out of this that has any substance. Unless you count the additional confirmation that you have lied yet again about socks. But really, at this point nothing you say is believed without question anymore.

All indications are that Wizard compensated Mission in some way for this project (or some combination of asking for a favor and compensation). So that must be what Wizard wanted. Bottom line is Mdawgs fairytale adventure is just silly. It just is not the way Las Vegas or the gambling industry works. They just are not handing out buckets of money to players for the taking. there are players that take money, but they work at it. And nothing Mdawg says or changes his story to can change that. His fantasy just is not reality...it is not the way things work.
And he can change his story saying he is winning by loss rebates (which doesn't work in this case), or card counting (they never would allow a 100th of what he claims) or that he hole-cards or is Rainman or whatever else he wants to come up with. It changes nothing. They do not and will not allow a player to sit there playing rated, under the watchful eye of pit and surveillance winning day after day, for years. That simply is not what Las Vegas or the gambling industry in general is. That is simply a fantasy.
Casinos kick player out that are winning 1/100 of what Mdawg claims, when they haven't even figured out what they are doing. But in Mdawgs fable, they pat him on the back and say "job well done". .....and then Jack slew the mighty Giant.

It's interesting that you mention that, V. Yes still in Tahoe. No, I never left the house yesterday. However, I actually did get quite a lot of work done. I wrote up a loan doc related contract for a client, I worked on a defense for another client, a plaintiff's litigation for another, and I did some stock trades for myself. On and off through the day I was making phone calls and such.
But when the day ended, I was mindful of that a fair amount of time had been spent on MDawg's thread at WOV and the same here at VCT. It was rather breathtaking how much time and energy were put into The Adventures of MDawg, et. al. yesterday.
Put it this way, if you looked over my phone call list, email list and billing ledger for yesterday, you wouldn't think that I had done anything more than worked all day.
There is one major project I have been putting off, and that involves going painstakingly through two depositions plus their submitted corrections and I need to deal with those, lest I end up like most attorneys (I am generally not that way) of doing everything related to that matter last minute. I've been putting that off partly until return to southern Cal because there I have my multiple screen computer systems set up while up here I'm limited to just working off a laptop. This house is comparatively threadbare we're not up here much.
But everything may be handled remotely, and...
Nothing wrong with a lawyer working remotely.
You'd have a real advantage if in fact your memory is "photographic" or whatever.
I give you props for organizational skills, based on how you quickly find and produce posts which you want to bring to our attention.
You also come across as an intelligent person, so I suspect you are actually getting some work done while at Tahoe.

Actually, what I am thinking is real is more along the lines of Pimp. Allow me to explain.
Yesterday at WoV, I said something to the effect that "all his pictures of cash, casino chips, checks, and especially the jewelry, suites and other nonsense in no way proves anything about casino winnings. I said all that proves is that you are somewhat wealthy and no one is disputing that". Now I know that there is somebody, somebody with a pretty good detection meter on him, that does indeed dispute that, Axelwolf. And a short while later, Axel made a post with nothing more than an emoji with his hand raised, reminding me that he does dispute that Mdawg is wealthy. ;) Dan Druff and myself have also said we don't believe Mdawg is as wealthy as he claims, but Axelwolf thinks his wealth and the pictures he is able to post is by association...not actually him.
So I am getting to the pimp part. :) One of Dawgs more recent explanations (ever changing explanations) for his casino winnings and why he receives no heat, is that he has wealthy friends and associates that spend more money than he does that he brings to the casinos. There are people that actually do this, and get a kickback or rebate of whatever the person they bring losses. I don't know what the official name of this is, so let's just call it "pimping". ;)
That would explain all the high end comps and suites and everything. They might not even be his. And it would also explain why the casinos tolerate him.
It is just a theory. I am not saying that is what is happening. But I do stick with my very first comments on the entire Mdawg matter. That this "story", as told, is not real or reality.
