Hit after Double Down - This rule does not actually exist. However, in some casinos Surrender after Double Down does. Inexperienced dealers will sometimes allow you to Hit after a Double in these casinos. This is very valuable.
I am not following your meaning with the "same wording" comment? I did check both Qfit's forum/book, and WoV for information on the added value of this rule/play before asking and didn't see anything.
However I have since received the information I was looking for, so no worries.
As far as inexperienced dealers, this is an electronic game, with an electronic dealer. So that does not apply. But again, I have what I needed now.
