If this guy was able to get so many weapons in his room to shoot up the Strip, he also had the means to set off bombs in the casino -- or in multiple casinos.

My girlfriend came up with another idea: maybe he flipped out when his GF left him? If true, that is one heck of a flipped out.
No... I still don't think it was "casino revenge" and I don't think he flipped out over the GF. This is something much, much, much bigger. I can't rule out he wanted to be a terrorist. Whether it was with some group that we know about or not, he did accomplish that -- he will always be known as a terrorist.
