You're only talking about what locals can expect monet. I've been pounding the SP, HRH, Silverton and especially GVR & RR, and they all immediately stopped sending me offers of any kind. 10-12 years ago when I was mugging them for even more money, the offers rolled in non-stop and loaded with bounce back cash and free play. I blame Dancer for some of this. I'm no AP but I win, and he falsely leads the casinos to believe anyone who wins regularly is an AP.
I am pretty sure that anyone who reads my posts or information knows that it usually only pertains to local offers. I am a local so most of my information is for locals. I don't hide that information. I used to use out of state ID on many Casinos but after comparing them in the last few years I do much better with local ID compared to years of the past. That is why I offer current conditions. I do tell some stories of years past but I try to keep the information that I talk about fresh which means what I am getting for this month or last month.Quote:

I was using out of State ID with AZ Charlies Decatur but it was clear that I was doing better with the local ID so I switched all accounts to local. The nice thing about their system is when you pull the card as you type in the free play it doesn't show up in the computer. This is the way it used to be long ago... you could rip the free play and it didn't show up so you would keep the mail rolling with no problems. Most Casinos fixed this problem which is why players can't milk the free play as long as before.
So this is the real answer for you Alan... you can't trick the marketing or the computer in most Casinos anymore like you used to. When you take the Free Play off they see it now. Years ago you could get around this and in some Casinos you can still do this. This is the same idea behind showing losses when your actually winning. Even if you weren't ripping the card out and you were showing the free play marketing was different and they are crunching down more these days.
Take for instance the Westgate... they were giving monster Free Play for a long time until an AP got caught using multiple cards and back roomed. After that they still give great mail but they are watching everyone who picks up the free play and how they do it. They no mailed many APs in the last 5 months or so... I started a thread about it months ago so you can read it if you like.

Monet, correct me if I’m wrong, but your explanations for all these different ways to create free play from different places would require you to live there.
One hundred dollars here, fifty there, twenty here, a meal or room once in a while here or there, I’m sure come on all different days of the week or month. Are these tips for the homeless living in Vegas?
Obviously, this type of play would never take place with the occasional visitor looking for a good time.
Why would you even bother with this petty stuff? Didn’t you say you won millions AP’ing. How did you make your millions AP’ing? It would also be interesting to know how you maneuver the winning cash required to buy several houses, I’m sure cars, health care, and all the other things involved and required to live a wholesome secure family life?
No need to be specific or name anyone. Just some type of general idea of how you pulled it off. How does someone cash out, or handle all the W2’s that must be involved with millions of dollars in wins? Especially alone which is how you say you operate. How do you pull off the whole tax thing that as to be involving millions of dollars? How do you pull off giving away all these accumulated gifts, comps, meals and whatever to all these different people like a Las Vegas Robinhood undetected?
These are the type of doubts and questions that endlessly go unanswered by alleged forum AP’s. Maybe you’ll be the successful AP that finally sheds some light on these never answered questions. If not, then your claims of gambling AP success is just another 2-bit freeload tactic like the 2-bit strategy’s you are willing to share with us.
My opinion in the past I’m sure you noticed has given you lots of credit for exposing some of what is considered AP moves. Personally, from everything I’m reading from this level of information is nothing but a pathetic sorry way to go through live. Of course, it’s better than nothing at all.

The information is pretty basic and easy to follow. I don’t bother with 25 dollar free plays. I try to max out mailers which usually are 100 dollars per or more. I don’t see how you could read all my posts and not understand how to maneuver. My advice or style is for players who live here and can constantly play daily. Do I need to map out my specific schedule? It’s pretty simple... I even posted up pictures of some mailers. You will see I have to pick up free play from Sunday through Tuesday. Wednesday is a point day with no free plays. Thursday through Saturday is another pick up period. So you have 8 intervals with 150 max per pick up per card. It’s a lot of free play. Other places I coordinate my monthly play while I pick up the free play which kills a few birds with one stone.
Im not sure about your attack or accusations of me or how I do things. It is clear you are making a mistake like many people do about coin in versus profit. Last year I put in around 10 million in coin. I cleared about 150k in cash not counting free food and rooms. I don’t get this usual ten dollars here or there in comp. I currently have about 18k in comp in the city. I have 5600 in comp at the 4 queens alone. I honestly think it’s clear that you are confused about my style or method in gambling in Vegas. I’m not running crews or seeking out the homeless to run them through the gauntlet. My wife is Asian so I have contacts through her with many older Asians who dont gamble or go in the Casino. They have friends and family. What happened was I got a few of them to get accounts. I played and pumped up their status in the Casino. They love the free gifts and free food. They don’t care much about the free play nor do the understand it. Many of them don’t speak English. So they started getting cards from their friends and family and it snowballed on me. Currently I can’t keep up because I do this primarily by myself and refuse to team up. I could try to teach you more and more but it seems useless because your not moving to Vegas and you don’t really care how it works. Oh I forgot... you did say your moving to Vegas but your not interested in anyone from these forums. Either way I have mapped out plenty of information to get anyone headed in the right direction.

How can the IRS give a person trouble if they have nothing in their name? Worst cases scenario is they put a lien against you. We don’t have debtors jail here yet and credit ratings only pertain to one person unless you have signed major things like a home loan with your wife than it will lock you together. It’s not hard to stay separate and ruin your credit and be listed as destitute. Many people are worried about the IRS but they can’t do anything to people who legally own nothing. I guess one of the most important things is to stay liquid and mobiles. Things are changing though but I don’t expect problems in my life time. I waited on this because I just called my son-in-law at the IRS and asked him if this were even remotely possible....that her assets were also not his in the state of Nevada, and that the IRS would never be able to add up 2+2 and get the right number for the self-proclaimed "small fish" who say they get hundreds of thousands in tax forms while playing "$10 million thru the machines". His response? Nevada is a community property state, unless the guy is filing under a false name with a false id, which of course would be another felony.
There is so much bad and false information flowing from the keyboards of former WoV rejects that it's very simple to determine why they so easily come apart at the seams all the time. This fellow just kicked it up a notch, and in the process piqued quite a bit of interest over here.

No, it's not a crime to not file a return IF YOU OWE NO TAXES, but you report an income of six figures; again not "too small to fry."
Maybe you'll stay under the radar, but I don't see how the IRS' computer could overlook your failure to report the W-2G income on a return: they have your Social Security number and name on the W-2G the casinos filled out and gave to them, so I am guessing you're pretty much fucked.
