You have no chance to deflect, Singer bitch. Put up or shut up.

I found it interesting that Rob said "playing the $10 or $25 games on a $5k budget is taking big-scale pot shots." His "special plays" are mostly pot shots.
And all video poker is about getting lucky. Players have no control over the RNG. You cannot count cards with an RNG. You choose the cards that give you your best shot and then you hope you get lucky.
But let's leave theory and philosophy aside and get back to the problem at hand:
Rob will never present his tax returns to me no matter what is said here. And whatever is said here, Rob will just brush it off as worthless criticisms from schlubs, bums, big-mouths, and jealous wannabes.
Did I really have to tell you this?
Funny how Rob's system can't be proven using 1) Math, 2) Simulations, nor 3) Actual results / W/L statements / tax returns. Yet AP can be confirmed using all 3 of those.
I still find it odd that Rob doesn't play "professionally" anymore. I'm sure he cares very much at being at home with family and whatnot. What's stopping him from going to LV once a month for a 2-3 day trip, hitting 3 win goals, and heading home? He'd have plenty of time for family, he'd play enough and surely win enough to file Schedule C as a professional gambler.....it doesn't make sense!
Perhaps a few years down the road we'll all discover Rob was in a horrible accident some 20 years ago where he turned into a near-vegetable. Instead of being locked up in a mental asylum, he was permitted to use the Internet to reveal his alter-ego. You know, kinda like how sometimes crazy people think they're someone else and had a different past, like a war hero or someone famous. (The movie Shutter Island comes to mind.)
You have to love Singers definition of "cherry pick". I sent in for ALL the years where I claimed to have made a profit (and one where I stated I didn't). Not to mention there was never an agreement that Singer keeps hiding behind. This has always been about backing up our claims with verifiable tax information ... and I have now done that. Singer continues to spew silly excuses and narcissistic self adoration. Of course, that is exactly what I predicted since there's never been any doubt that Singer is a fake.
As I have stated many times, Alan will NEVER get tax information from Singer. That would PROVE he is a liar. Instead, Singer will continue to make up excuses and might even disappear if the pain of being completely outed gets too high.
Now, here's another thought. Singer has been strong into bringing up spouses and we all have seen his tendency to project. Is it possible Cindy finally gave him the boot? Is he now alone in his trailer park with no one at all? Time will tell.
Gee Arc are you suggesting Rob has split? He did invite Linda and me to his home for Thanksgiving. But Rob told me his wife will not be joining us at dinner. He said she recommended the restaurant.
Say it ain't so Rob. Let's stop rumors quickly.
Rob, you have never put up any kind of proof that AP is nonsense. All you've ever done is run your mouth and tell lie after lie. And you have never proven that your martingale works in the long run. All you've ever done is run your mouth about it. You've never put up any proof about anything. And you are not about to start now--with the tax returns-- are you? And you have never shut your critics up either.
Accept my challenge. I'll produce a $500 win within a 16 hour period or you get my $10,000. But if I do it I get your $10,000. Easy money job, right Rob? Here is your big chance to expose me.
Slob put your challenge in a different thread please. It's free to start one. Let's keep it to one soap opera per thread.
Well now, I almost brought this up earlier but your dinner meeting seemed to negate this possibility. This changes everything.
My personal information source shows Rob and Cindy living at different addresses. Rob in Pahrump and Cindy still in Carefree. It is possible that Cindy hasn't done anything to update her information like apply for a new driver's license or sign any kind of rental/purchase agreement. OTOH, it may be she kicked Rob out after getting tired of supporting him all these years.
This would certainly explain all the recent projection about spouses and being alone.
Linda and I were invited to Thanksgiving in Arizona.
But Arc, perhaps you'd like to review that photo of the smiling wife that Rob posted some time ago?
(More fun and games with Arc and Rob... LOL)
Edited to add: Just yesterday I discovered that one of my credit cards still has a mailing address with ex-wife #3 -- where I haven't lived in more than two years. I never changed it and never noticed that I needed to change it because I receive all statements online and pay online.
It's funny how arci, with his wrecked personal life while his dead wife eats dirt every day, tries so hard to make believe we're not together and having troubles. :) Sorry Charlie. Give us a call on one of our FOUR cell phones any time, and we'll be more than happy to disappoint you yet again. 602-540-3162; 602-309-3926; 602-319-2224; or 602-881-9619. Anyone can call anytime and I'll put Cindy on.
Why 4 phones? BECAUSE WE CAN AFFORD IT. Let's hear some more groaning from the idiot base.
Alan, that smiling wife was just coming back from a lengthy hike in Yosemite where the picture was taken. How many here even HAVE wives that they didn't ignore "to death" or haven't left them because of ongoing gambling problems? And BTW, when I was in Minn. last holiday season I found arci's wife's obituary. The highlight? "She played video poker for her most important activity". Now how do you beat that for complete white trash humiliation!?
It's almost like they consulted mickeycrimm to write her life's highlight.

"I found it interesting that Rob said "playing the $10 or $25 games on a $5k budget is taking big-scale pot shots." His "special plays" are mostly pot shots."
Difference: special plays are mostly started from deals that offer an opportunity for it to hit a big winner. Playing over your head out of a craving for the thrill of the action is quite another thing.
And where are yours?? Surely, the host has no problem proving he LOSES?
Rob, I have no problem showing you I lost year after year after year.
I will also show you how much I earn every year. My Schedule C is multiple times bigger than yours. LOL
Your honesty is welcome to a believer in Undeniable Truths.
But you should re-evaluate what it is you're asking of me. I'm still not at all clear on that. 2008 and/or 2009 returns? Maybe. Can 2008 still be sent, and 2009 only includes 4 months of gambling. And as far as transcripts for the last 3 or 4 years, that would be meaningless. I'm not a fool--my winning won't be shown and you know why.
I'll say this with no reservations. If arci had a net win for any year and then did not claim losses equivalent to his claimed winning, what the heck kind of idiot are we dealing with here? Never mind a medal. More like a dunce cap! Ask professional tax dodger Mickey.
Here it is on Sunday afternoon at 4:35pm and I can't tell you if the transcripts will or will not show your winnings before you offset them with your "business deductions." I might have a better idea when I see Arc's transcripts tomorrow morning -- if Tony is in the office tomorrow and didn't extend his New Year's Weekend by a day. Axis Media is Tony's company -- NOT mine.
If Arc paid taxes on a modest profit at video poker he deserves a medal and a Presidential commendation. I will certainly praise him. For anyone to publicly say they have a profit gambling is an admirable thing to do -- and a dangerous one. I don't know why anyone would ever say they have a profit gambling unless they hit the lottery or Megabucks and couldn't hide it. Of course I've never had a profit gambling.
You have something confused. I have had no business deductions since 2008 because I've filed Schedule A since.
You've got this right--no one in their right mind would ever claim they made a profit gambling when they file schedule A. I neutralized my 6-figure profit a few year ago, and I STILL got hit with an almost $30,000 AMT bill. It appalls me Obama's using that money to give free health care to slugs who don't want to work.
I think I posted this before. My father was a part-time mob lawyer (the other time he was doing wills, businesses, real estate closings, accidents and whatever else lawyers do). When I was a kid he told me about gamblers at the race tracks who would pick up discarded bet slips from the ground. But he also warned me that the IRS always looked at the back of the tickets to see if there were shoe prints or dirt. He also told me how the IRS would challenge the sale tax receipts for restaurants by checking the number of table cloths sent to the cleaners. And the first time I saw a craps game was when I was about 7 years old and my parents' friends came over to the house for a dinner party and while the ladies sat in the kitchen, the men were using the dice from my Monopoly game to play craps against the back wall in the foyer which had a hard wood floor.
Now that's exactly what I'm talking about!
(I've had all four of those numbers for 30 years)
Now, now, now, little robbie. Which one am I, little robbie? A loser that doesn't owe taxes? Or a winner that owes taxes? You can't have it both ways, ding a ling. You tell everyone here that I'm a loser plain and simple. But what are you telling the IRS? That I'm a winner who owes taxes? It just shows you have no scruples or brains, dickhead.
Little robbie, you are either a loser or a tax dodger. Which one is it big fella, where's those transcripts?
You hid behind your wife's income to cheat on your taxes, Rob. If yours was the only income the IRS could have easily proved lifestyle on you dingbat. You've been hiding behind your battle axe wife's income for decades. And you and your son-in-law who works for the IRS are CRIMINAL CONSPIRATORS lurking around in everyone's tax situation.
I have now opened all eleven (11) envelopes. Only four (4) contained transcripts.
The other seven (7) contained a letter from the IRS saying older transcripts are not available.
The four transcripts are for the tax years 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Okay, what does the above have to do with Rob's tax returns? Help me out here.
Once again, does it really matter what Arc provides? What we are all waiting for (except for Rob and coach) is Rob's tax returns or transcripts. Yes, I'd be happy with transcripts if they were available for his "professional years." But I understand they won't be.
Come on Rob. Show the world you really had a net win of a hundred thousand dollars a year -- before your cockamamie business deductions.
At least we now know how dishonest bellyboy really is. Note how he left out several key quotes which would present a completely different story. One can only assume this jerk has an agenda which is why he so readily creates lies. If he thought he had any credibility he just flushed it down the toilet with what must be the rest of his brains.
I'm not at all surprised that only 4 years showed up. I even mentioned this myself earlier. However, as I also indicated earlier, I thought I would give it a try as it cost me nothing and certainly wouldn't have cost Robbie anything either. And, as I also stated earlier, if nothing comes for the years 2008 and 2009 I will send in for them using form 4506 as long as Singer does the same. To get it started all he needs to do with request the transcripts for 2011-2014.
Of course, we already know Singer won't send in for any years not even the most recent 4 years as that would give away his true income. You know, the income that supports living in a trailer park.
Transcripts were never going to work, Singer protested to no end that transcripts were no good.
james40 knew that...you knew that...I wrote that on Dec 15, but you sent for them anyway, as if you were doing your best.
Stop stalling...go get your shine box.
It's amusing watching arci doing his posturing. Wonder what his dead wife would be thinking about THAT had she been around to watch his life fade. Oh wait! He goes to the same Indian casino every week, only for much longer periods these days. And for someone who's obit boasts about loving video poker, it'd be a quote right outta white trash vp heaven. :)
My transcripts for 2011-2014 would prove nothing other than we filed tax returns and that I may have had gambling wins (line 21 ambiguity again) on the 1040. And like I said, what dummy would be fool enough to want to pay extra income tax on gambling wins anyway.
So now we're back to the original challenge again: to save face, arci now says he'll send in for 2008 & 2009, and get this "if Robbie does". I said I would, as soon as Alan receives yours. And this is due to my sending in my request to the IRS the last time and then he whimped out. So just do it arci and stop wasting time. But here's your guardian angel swooping down to give you an assist: I found out today that I filed Schedule A only in 2009 since I couldn't do a C when I was in business only four months. So you only have to request 2008. And do you have the courage to now say if 2008 shows a huge profit then you will admit that you've been wrong all along and will publicly apologize for all the lies you've told?
I just read the other thread. How is it that I knew only 4 years of transcripts would be sent and arci--Mr. "all the facts all the time" did not? And if line 21 does not show other income specifically a gambling winnings, then what good are these transcripts? Asking us to trust a proven liar isn't in the playbook. I'm betting that was his out on why he wanted transcripts. He always has angles....always wanting to outsmart the other guy. Is Alan just going to proclaim line 21 "entirely gambling winnings"? Again, the tax return, because it comes with copies of w2g's, will eliminate that.
Pssst....I'd love to see arci's medical deductions these last few years :)
So, why not send them in? That's a simple, no cost option and yet you refuse. I think you realize you can't hide behind your silly "ambiguity" when you end up with a value of "0".
Another silly lie. It was Alan that said he didn't want the forms. I had mine ready to go when he shut down the discussion.
There is no limit based on an arbitrary number of months. Another lie to avoid sending in your tax returns. Come on, you are the one who has claimed you only gambled a few hours a year to make your million. Now, step up and prove it or admit you were lying the entire time.
BTW, I never said I made a "huge profit" in any year prior to 2015. How many lies can you make in one comment?
Fact is, I was the one who expressly stated Alan might not get all the years. So, chalk up another lie.
Line 21 can only show MORE than might be there for gambling winnings. It can only make you look better (not worse). Besides, the other items that might show up there are all very unusual and it would be highly unlikely either of us would show anything. Do I even have to mention that a value of "0" is not at all ambiguous?
Pure projection.
The tax return does not come with copies of the w2gs. Yet another lie. Now many is that in this comment alone?
Quite high. What would anyone expect with a person on dialysis?
I'm not trying to fool you, but I understand that you are professionally suspicious.
I've been consistent throughout my participation in this matter.
Singer has been called a liar by arci, I asked what is the lie?
I have been trying to get to the bottom of this so-called lie ever since.
Evidently it's been discussed on all these VP forums for some 15 years...I joined my first VP forum Feb 2014.
Now the topic is forbidden everywhere but here because of "personal insults"...and yes, I understand...
I am regularly insulted and called names here...but never by Rob Singer....even though I've never supported his claims.
Well shame on those other forums and their arrogant censorship...they are not in your league.
Thank you for resolving to see this through.
If arcimede$ meets Singer's conditions, then this exercise is over. It's as simple as that.
Silly comment. We know now that Singer will never send Alan his tax forms. I provided mine as requested and he never budged. I've already noted I would be more than happy to send in for 2008-2010 photocopies if Singer does.
I think someone suggested an easy solution. Singer would send Alan $150 to hold. I would then send in for the tax forms and if Singer did not also send in his, the money would be sent to me. That way there is no risk to either one of us as long as if we both send in our requests..
arci seems more nervous than usual. I wonder why. He's making believe he never proposed sending for tax returns first...
It's not August, is it?
Yes...I wrote this back on Dec 17
This was proposed after Rob offered to pay your fee to the IRS for your returns.
Your current counter offer is even better...you each pay your own fees, and Rob reimburses you (via Alan) only if Rob does not send his returns to Alan.
