Mostly against gigantic legislation that doesn’t have bipartisan support. Remember not a single republican voted for Obamacare. The public was against it as well. Didn’t matter, the Dems rammed it through anyhow. They had to pass the bill to find out what was in it (pelosi). Millions were thrown off of their old insurance and made to pay for things they didn’t need or want. Many more went without insurance AND were made to pay a fine as well.
Like I said earlier, they didn’t have to blow up the whole system just to get more poor and or people with pre existing conditions covered. They could have set up a different program for them. But again, they wanted single payer all along.
I fyou like your doctor you can keep your doctor is not the only lie Obama told about Affordable Care Act. Hell, the name of the frickin' bill, "Affordable Care Act" is a lie itself. Obama and the Dems pushed the narrative that under Obamacare healthcare premiums would be cut. They actually at least doubled. So that was an egregrious lie that really hurt the American people. I remember Boz, a small business owner, complaining that healthcare premiums for him and his wife went from $400 a month pre-Obamacare to $1600 a month under Obamacare.
Now, Trump and his tax returns. What Trump said was he would release his tax returns when his audit was over. In hindsight that's pretty funny. Someone of his wealth, that owns as much as he does, is under perpetual audit. It never ends. Hahahaha! So he will release his tax returns when the audit is over. LOL! I personally don't give a damn about his tax situation.

My main problem with it is I didn't agree with it. That the majority of the general public agreed with me is irrelevant. Dems had a super majority and steam rolled the public. In 2010 the repubs picked up 63 seats in the House to take control of that chamber. For dems it was the most losses by a party in a House midterm election since 1938. Thanks for admitting what most already know, "(If you don't have single-payer, it never works)". That has always been the end game. It's just that dems lie, they never have an open , honest conversation with the public. They give the free shit army what they want and bullshit the rest to come along.
I don't have an answer to what it should be. I'm for safety nets and helping people that is why it seemed to me that they should create a separate program for the two under served groups, the poor and those with pre-existing conditions.
Lets be honest. Insurance is risk pooling, where people pay into a pot and be compensated when the risk event occurs. Putting people with pre existing conditions into that pool is not insurance anymore. The risk event has already happened. Under obamacare you would have to pay for everyone's issues. No more a la carte where my wife and I pick out what WE need and can fit into our budget. No, we have to pay for things we don't want, could never use, and may be against. Oh, and don't forget about the cost. Mickey touched on it above. The biggest lie was that it was supposed to lower costs. Quite the opposite. People lost choice, quality, and the cost skyrocketed.
Someone once said Obamacare only works for those who don't. I think that is pretty right.
I think ObamaCare has nothing to do with healthcare, helping the poor or fixing the system it has to do with controlling human beings.

The Republicans party isn't particularly racist, although very arguable with the laws that make voting harder. However, it is clearly true that racists tend to be "conservative". If you disagree, you must not have left the house in 10 years.

I just read that hydroxychloroquine is being rationed by wholesalers. I also read that 250 million doses will be manufactured in April. I think April 15 is projected to be the peak of the epidemic in the U.S.
