This site is ridiculous. A handful of guys that have some sort of bug up their ass about advantage play and advantage players. It's always the same on these sites, a handful of guys, usually older guys, bitter old dudes, I guess unhappy with there own place in life. They are full of anger and resentment. So they troll and challenge and attack. Everything, and I mean everything becomes a challenge...a big pissing contest. :(
I visited this site last August for a few days, I think I made something like 8 post, and that was enough time to know that this wasn't a site that had anything to offer me. I am not amused by bitter old guys who want to make everything a dick measuring contest. So I blame myself. I mean what is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result. I am the fool here, for wasting a couple more weeks of my time on a site dominated by a handful of guys with a bug up their ass, so they want to deny reality. They want to reside in their own alternative reality.
Dan Druff: you seem like a sensible and reasonable guy in my short interaction with you. I have no idea why you allow this. That's your business, not mine. But I can tell, you if you are wondering why this site has a lot of people that read.....visit but don't participate, it is because you allow a couple of nut cases, bitter old dudes to dominate the site and attack others and make everything a big pissing contest. There is absolutely no incentive for any AP to participate here.
I can't imagine why guys like Mickey, RS, redeitz, jbjb, Axel (occasionally), participate here. There is no benefit for AP's to participate here. I guess for the amusement. But watching a handful of complete nut jobs, is only funny to me for about 10 minutes. So I am out.
You can laugh and boast that you exposed me. You did no such thing. I am doing my thing and am thrilled with the modest success I have had and that I support myself playing a game I enjoy. Nothing I do is ground-breaking. Most of what I know where learned from others on various sites. Hell, I never even assumed that tracking a second table was all that unique. I am actually pretty sure it isn't. It's kind of a natural progression to be aware of your surrounding and looking for the next opportunity. Although I don't hear a lot of AP's talk about it, I am sure most are looking ahead to the next move. The fact that someone here with a bug up his ass, can't comprehend doing so, means squat. That's his ignorance not mine.

If you can count two tables simultaneously then good for you. But you need super vision or xray vision at the casinos Kewlj mentioned. Again, he said any Strip casino on the west side of the Strip. Well, I'm familiar with the casinos on the west side of the strip, and none of them has tables bunched-up close enough to give you an easy, unobstructed view of the action.
As a matter of fact, I used to play poker at a small card club in Compton, California that had a small casino next to the poker room. That small casino had the blackjack tables bunched together so that you could view the action on a neighboring table but frankly since I wasn't playing blackjack there I couldn't tell you if you could actually see all of the cards being dealt to all of the players.
I understand the concept, but at least along the west side of the Vegas Strip tables are not close and as I showed in my photos the tables aren't even bunched together. I also used all of the seats of the empty table I sat at. Because the table is curved, in order to look at a neighboring table you would have to twist your head and body (not the chair) by varying amounts. Sit in chair #1 and you'd look like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. I took my photos from chair #2 and it still required a big twist.
The degree of twist is of major consequence. If you were a card counter and twisting on every hand dealt the pit would think you are either (a) Chubby Checker, or (b) having a seizure, or (c) card counting both tables. They could rule out that you are Chubby Checker and that you are having a seizure, so you would be exposing yourself immediately that you were card counting the second table and what good is that?
Of course the biggest problem card counting at two tables faces is other players obstructing your view. The second biggest problem is that if the dealers at both tables are not in sync you could easily miss the count at the second table.
I am sure there are people who could maintain a count at more than one table. Chess expert Bobby Fischer was famous for playing multiple games of chess simultaneous, walking around a room from game to game and keeping track of each individual game.
I am sure there have been other people who have written about how they counted two tables in blackjack. Well, need I remind everyone that I wrote about how I witnessed a random shooter who threw eighteen Yos in a row, and was I believed? Then, when I said I hit my first $25 royal with less than 300 hands of $25 VP RS__ (always the critic) called it as unbelievable as the 18 Yos in a row.
Well, I think the claims about accurately counting two blackjack tables are right up there with those 18 Yos in a row and hitting a $100K royal within the first 300 hands of play at $25 video poker.
So, if the AP community will finally accept that I saw a random shooter throw 18 Yos in a row (I didn't do it -- a random shooter did) and that I hit my first $100K royal within the first 300 hands I ever played of $25 Bonus Poker, then I WILL ACCEPT YOU CAN COUNT TWO BLACKJACK TABLES.
Now that I said it, there is a FAT FUCKING CHANCE anyone in the AP camp who will accept what I saw about the 18 Yos.
Alan, you said you've played 300 hands of $25 VP. Hitting two royals and multiple four of a kinds in 300 hands....although certainly possible (meaning very very unlikely, but it's possible), isn't very believable given your history of extraordinary claims, to say the least. I believe the four of a kinds and 2 royals at $25 VP, but not that it was with only 300 hands played.
