I think Sabre makes a valid point. It is a fact that Dan Druff owns and runs a forum, where hate, trolling and personal attacks is not only tolerated, but welcome. He takes pride in it. He apparently finds that kind of thing enjoyable. And that is his right. But lets be honest, this is no longer has any semblance of a gambling forum. It is a troll, name calling, as Dan himself stated in his welcome to Darkoz, "anything goes" forum, reminiscent of 3rd grade recess period.

So when a serious discussion comes along, Dan doesn't have the right, nor should he expect this forum or his thoughts to be taken seriously. He has forfeited that right, that standing in the AP/Gambling community by the joke of a forum he runs. Almost the same exact thing occurred a few weeks ago in the blackjack AP community. Zengrifter, a long time member of the blackjack community and someone who has some knowledge and experiences with blackjack AP play, was recently banned from the last remaining blackjack forum. Very similarly, Zengrifter operates a forum, that allows much the same kind of hate and attacks, some of it illegal. And Zengrifter could just no longer be taken seriously because of it. Our own BoSox even took a stand, not long ago, refusing to participate at the blackjack forum, while Zengrifter was a member. You just can't run a joke of a forum and expect to be taken seriously.

And to a lesser extent, all of us that participate here, fall victims to that. How can anyone on a legitimate gambling/AP forum take any of us seriously that post here and engage in nothing but trolling and attacks? It just can't be both ways.

Yes, fair question. But you know the answer. I am here because I don't have a choice. I am banned at WoV for political reasons. Not political like Trump/liberal/conservative discussions. Political, like a friend of Mikes demanded that he ban me...called in a favor. Someone who doesn't even and never intended to participate at WoV. And that is all I am going to say about it.

So, I don't have much of a choice, other than to not participate anywhere. I am "against" it. I was against the first CARES act and the second and the 2.5 and 3.5 that followed....in principal. For the life of me I can't figure out why people on social security are getting anything. They are the one group who are least effected. Their income is and has remained constant. Also self employed and "gig" workers should not be getting unemployment. And I say this as I am still waiting for my unemployment of which I am still being told I am eligible. :D When one decides to be self employed in whatever matter that entails, he or she takes on the responsibility of unemployment and sick days, vacation days, retirement savings. That is part of that decision. So no one should be getting that, including me.

Extra unemployment ($600) a week?? Are you kidding me? You are creating a situation where many people can earn more, even substantially more for low income workers by staying home. That is NOT the America I believe in. Might be Bernie or Andrew Yang's. But again, I am waiting for my extra $600 a week. :D

So that is my basic beliefs. BUT, this is a rather unusual situation. With everyone thrust out of work, and probably the bottom 60% not having savings that can hold them 2 weeks, you will have looting and rioting for food if you don't do something. So I don't know what the answer is. Maybe extra food stamp benefits for those most at need, especially families with children. Maybe some other support that I wouldn't normally be in favor of for lower income (again, especially families). And on a very temporary basis, for this extreme situation. But throwing 3, 4, 5, 6 trillion dollars at everyone, including myself....Hell yeah I am opposed.

Now hold on a sec while I check my unemployment debit card for funds. Nope, no funds yet, so I am still opposed! :p
