You haters bring up counting 3 tables at once is a perfect example of your dishonesty. I have probably
attempted to count 3 tables 3 or 4 times in my life. It would need to be a perfect situation where you are playing one table, and the tables on each side are both starting a new shoe (after the shuffle) at the same time. And then you could do it for probably 1 round, 2 at the absolute most before you would drop the lowest count and continue counting 2 tables until one showed to be a better opportunity.
I just don't know why there is so much skepticism on THIS forum about counting two tables, when conditions are right. I guess because there are only a few real blackjack players here. But you talk to a dozen real blackjack players especially that played 10 years ago and most likely a couple have tracked a second table while playing one at some point. It is the same concept as the spotter, big player call in approach used by Uston and the MIT teams (and most teams), except the player is playing both rolls.
And yes, conditions had to be just right. And now with all the variant type blackjack and poker games, and far less traditional blackjack tables, this opportunity has all but disappeared. You need a casino with a large pit that will have several blackjack tables open next to each other and still not be too crowded and that doesn't happen often. If it is not crowded, they don't need multiple regular blackjack tables open. I think that last 3 or 4 times I have been able to do this and it hasn't been recently, have all been at the same place....one of my favorites....South Point.
And the shuffle machines. Not going to repeat all that crap, but simply, there is no question that shuffle machines can shuffle the cards back into sequential order. That is one of the features. So if they can do that, they have the
ability to shuffle the cards into any order desired. I hope there is no argument about that. And once you accept that, then the only argument is the casinos would NEVER do this. Really? The casinos would NEVER do this?
