Redietz, is to cowardly to post here. He is responding to my posts over on WoV where their readers can read his bullshit but don't get my responses. He is still pushing a bad narrative that Rob worked for someone else on this play. I've already explained why that is stupid. No amount of speculation by redietz is going to make it anything but stupid. Although it was offered I never worked for anyone on plays. Why? Because its stupid.

THE DUB is one of those plays where it just doesn't take much money to get started. You can start on a shoestring. If you see others on an easy play in one town and they don't want you horning in then you just go to another town. There is no reason to ever work for someone else on a play like that.

Redietz speculates on why Gaming Today would have Rob's articles along with those of "a legitimate vp writer." Lenny Frome was the regular writer for GT until he died. Then Dancer and I think Dan Paymar wrote for them awhile. After that it was pretty skimpy as to who could write for them. Chuck Di Rocco hired Rob. The other "legitimate" vp gurus complained to GT about Rob.

I think it was after Di Rocco died that his wife, because of the complaints, hired Elliot Frome, son of Lenny Frome, to also write vp articles. Elliot didn't have the knowledge his father did so his articles were't very good. At that point both Rob and he were the vp writers at GT.

Why did Di Rocco hire Rob and keep him around? Answer: Rob was controversial. Controversy sells. I think Di Rocco thrived on that and made money on it. Another thing is GT was not written towards professional gamblers. Di Rocco went after the masses. And the masses have the same beliefs about machines that Rob does. Have you ever tried to explain what an RNG is to a ploppie recreational gambler? You might get called stupid to your face.

How do we absolutely know that is what it took and that this was found by "accident" by Kane/Nestor? I am sure prosecutors looked hard for a connection to anyone on the inside (like a programmer) and found no connection. But that doesn't mean there absolutely wasn't.

With these two guys not being the brightest bulbs in the pack, it seems much more likely to me that they were tipped to this play than actually "stumbled" upon it.

Maybe a distant relative or friend from years before that needed to find someone just dumb enough to be the guy to execute the play for a cut.

Maybe it was payment for a debt owed to one of these guys (that seems unlikely as these guys were always broke and scrounging).

But it is just sort of hard to believe these guys stumbled on to this.

One comment: if you press "No, and don't ask again" and when you're done playing you cash out, if you then insert a bill or ticket to play the same game again (lots of people do this for some reason) then the question will pop up onto the screen after a winning hand again.

KJ, one point of contention. The statement below can apply to anyone. They don't have to be a member of your community. Believe or not believe. Show proof or don't show proof. That's all it is.

Has this member demonstrated the knowledge that he knows what he is talking about or is he just talking.

Yea, I come across bugs that just seemed almost impossible for it to have happened. It has to be The Perfect Storm scenario that just seems impossible to have found. I'll give a fictitious example something similar. Let's just say you cash out a ticket for exactly $11.11 and for some reason you notice a screen flicker, so then you take that ticket and put it back in the machine and cash it out again to see if the machine will flicker, but then there's nothing. So then you play a spin hitting something that gives you your money back for exactly $11.11 now you cash that ticket out and see another screen flicker so now you re-enter it into the machine and for some unknown reason you now have 111.11 and this all works with only that exact scenario and ticket amount. What is the f****** odds of that happening?

After you find one glitch you start to pay attention to anything that might be off. Once you notice something a little different you start trying to figure out why and how that's happening, you then start to experiment with different things in order to recreate it, once you figure that out you move on and figure out just how best to exploit it. I could only imagine what could happen if somebody had more advanced computer knowledge.

That's exactly what I spend a great amount of my casino time doing, and I was onto something before the shutdown as I said. I bet one credit. Get trips or whatever excites you, before you hold them pound away at the "bet one credit" button, and it gets to five credits bet. It deducts from your credits remaining so there's no "cheating" really. Then hit draw and you're paid as if you bet max credits to begin with.

I found this on a machine in Mesquite and then in LV and in one more place. Most machines don't work, which leads me to believe it may be a result of some machines having worn out "bet one credit" button mechanics or something from the local degenerates using that method too often. Not sure yet..didn't have enuf time to research. You gotta have patience in the search and just bet one credit. All lower denom. machines so far although one went to dollars.

And Chuck really liked me and my style. He REALLY did. One reason may be because he first asked me to play a session with him present. I hit a dollar royal at Terrible's so the session was over before it started, almost. But I believe what hit him more was the fact that I did what I told him I would do for this meet--I brought a $57,200 bankroll to play thru the $100 machines, if necessary. He couldn't wait to publish my column on it.

I don't read redietz' baloney any more because he looks too many words up to insert within his dissertations. But I supposedly WORKED for someone else?

The other thing quite common on this site, especially with this Rob Singer character, is that whenever it is time for him to put up anything ranging from proof of something to a bet, he always and I mean always ties it to a condition that he knows can't or won't be met.

In this case, this was his golden opportunity to prove to everyone....shove it in everyone's face that what he was saying was true. He should have been jumping at that opportunity but instead he tied it to a condition he knew couldn't be met, because it is illegal for me to have met it. And that really tells you all you need to know. Everything else is just posturing. Again, He had the chance to end this once and for all and prove everyone wrong and not only refused but tied it to a condition that he knew could not be met. There really is nothing else to argue about or say. That is game, set, match.

I wouldn't be too sure of that given the amount of dislike I generate. But if you're talking about max then I'd agree with what you said. However, it just doesn't even come close to making sense. I had my career, my wife retired after 33 years as an engineer in the aerospace industry and at the same company. Are you trying to say that the pensions and SS income from companies like ours put us into the "poverty" category?

It has to be a simple error. Maybe that's why it disappeared? Or maybe it was cake for kew.

So those are my 2 lies. Other that that, I think I have been more truthful than any other AP on any forum. I have shared my experiences including losing experiences. Also what is my "story"? That I make anywhere between 60, 70, 80k a year card counting. The simplest almost outdated form of AP, looked down on by most in the community. If I am only here to tell stories, you think I couldn't do better than that?

I do now read the thread about me on WoV. It's slowing down now some so I'd say it's just about time for Alan to interject some controversy so as to make it look like a journalist is involved. And he can count on what we now know is the coward redietz--who's clearly afraid of getting challenged here--to chime in with something straight out of the middle of Martian goulash.

This past year he's been overly fascinated here with the response I gave when someone else brought up the Kane/Nestor episode, which was prior to my 10-yr. period of silence ending. When I saw the post I input that they should have gone to jail for doing something so obviously illegal. Red spins that into being something impossible to say for someone who claimed to do what I did....to actually come out and say.

Red, let me give you a lesson in administrative survival: you guide people onto the track that you want to see them be on. For the record I have this to say about gamblers who showed a profit and their income taxes. My guess is 90% pencil the IRS. In other words, they jimmie the paperwork to show less income and pay less taxes. Now I'm sure there are those of you who will say no way that happens. My response to that is YOU BETCHA!!!

I'd say more like 95%. There's always a few who are afraid of their own shadows.

When I had my first professional gambler audit in the early 2000's, I thought those casino win/loss statements were the end-all in supporting documentation. However, the IRS clearly told me they're worthless to them in an audit, because they only show your results from using a "loyalty" card. They said they have no way of knowing if you ever played without a card and won or lost. Instead, a contemporaneous record of all gambling for the year signed by the taxpayer is worth pure gold to them.

And those are easy to include fabrications.

Since this turned out to be a quiet day in forum land, I have several comments.

First, even tho it isn't real important to me, I'm committed to the wizard interview. I told him I would do it, I postponed our trip for it, and I'd never go back on my word. Yes there's a bunch of stoopid things being asserted about me on both forums. Hopefully, wizard will give me the opportunity to address them. But it IS going forward, much to the chagrin of a truly distraught kew.

Then there's my old friend Alan. I REALLY wish that he never made the dumb accusation that I would have anything to do with photo-shopping a picture. As if a guy my age would know how to do something like that. He's truly is overall decent person, even though the predominantly California women he meets, marries, and argues with are ONLY interested in high credit card limits, rolls of cash, and hi-end cars that people can see them in driving.

I'd also like to say something about maxpen....and I want to be clear: he can say whatever he wants about me and I'm always gonna be OK with that. We throw insults back and forth. That's the game on forums. I'm a real person and he's anonymous, which is something that's also fine with me. I even believe he saw something about food stamps and welfare about me on some snoop site or else he wouldn't have said it. But it had to be an error of some sort. Our SS income alone disqualifies us from any of that. Either way, he never "begged me" for anything. I've noticed he can say about 3 paragraphs in 27 words. People tell me he knows what he's doing. I think I agree with that.
