In the interest of candor, after a bit of googling I now see that the FBI can investigate if a death threat is communicated by internet and the people live in different states.

So yes, perhaps the FBI could have gotten involved, but normally you go through channels and notify local PD first, and they'd bring in the FBI.

But you apparently went directly to your nephew, who investigated and then disclosed to you, a relative, KJ's personal info; that is the main part of your claim that now seems odoriferous.

I went directly to my nephew because I had a law enforcement contact in LV. What he did with it was according to policy. And after it was over--which only took less than 2 days because of the puny brute were dealing with here--I was allowed certain limited info on the guy but only if I signed an agreement about it.

Right about now kew is either figuring out a way to politely call you a lying Judas....or he's jerking off to keep from gouging his own eyes out. :)

I went through this with Moses, so I have a pretty good understanding. Internet stalking and threats: There is a unit or collaboration between law enforcement officers in a major city and the FBI is part of that collaboration because there is often jurisdictional issues involving multiple state lines. So in my case 5 or 6 years ago after Moses had threatened me on multiple forums, I went to the Metropolitan Police and was directed to a person on the team that worked on internet/social media threats. They took my report but it was pretty apparent, they didn't take it all that seriously. I mean can you imagine if every threat on every internet forum and social media platform were taken really seriously? Gonna need a hundred million more cops and agents. :rolleyes:

I was ok with this because part of why I filed a complaint was just so it was on record if I ever needed to defend myself.

So several year later, after Moses was banned from this forum for threatening to come to Las Vegas and find me and then two months later, actually showed up at my building, another complaint was filed involving the same person and they took it much more seriously. Now I didn't file that second complaint, security at my building did. But I could tell it was taken more seriously as I was brought in to say who it was and the circumstances. I think it was the showing up at the property that escalated the second situation to be taken more seriously.

So that is entirely different than what Rob is talking about, a single incident of during a heated discussion on a message board of an implication to shoot someone. It just wouldn't be taken seriously. But Rob is doing what Rob always does. he is detached from reality and making up his own.

I never EVER claimed Moses (or Tater) was a losing player. This is more lies by Rob Singer/Argentino. I had and still have no idea. Nor care. What I said was he could not be playing blackjack professionally or for a living in Reno! (as he originally claimed).

Proof, you want proof, Rob? Last fall at GF's Moses himself announced his real name, address and that he had played blackjack for 10 years winning a total of about 100k. 10 years...100k. That is 10k a year. THAT is not a professional player or someone playing for a living. I didn't need to provide proof, and never really looked into it. I knew a player couldn't play professionally in a place like Reno and Moses (or Tater) finally admitted it.
