APs tend to leave games in states that are far below RTP. This means a far worse experience for slot players. Rr or fudai are 2 examples. Both quite fun but play the game at the wrong time... actually I'm not sure rtp of empty Fudai bags but in general .. misc behaviors.

I doubt fudai is in a much worse state at reset than it is with all full because the game pays like shit so often with everything loaded that if the RTP was any worse at reset then the game would be below minimum legal RTP limits in a lot of jurisdictions.

I just seem to recall zeroed out bags on new installs vs a RR which has some gems accumulated. Which I believe supports your view. A single bag doesn't win much if any. It is the combos. Still my favorite bonus round. I was cleaning up my google drive and I had filmed one where I hit all 3 with 1 being almost full boosted bit other 2 were. 3 minis and a major. Nice
