I'll tell you the truth, I think Axelwolf is confused or has forgotten, but back in the day (this was 10 years ago), he claimed to have seen us outside eastside cannery, crossing the street. We often walked down to Eastside from Sams town, rather than drive and re-park and this happened to be a day we were there and walked so we would have been crossing the street to get there. And I believe Axelwolf even described accurately what my partner was wearing.
So there is a good chance he did see us, but somehow has now confused this with a second sighting involving an Asian kid. I don't have any idea where that second sighting may have been, you would have to ask him. Maybe he wasn't all that close at eastside cannery and thought I looked Asian. I don't know. This is MDAWG'S issue:
He wants to be viewed as a "Professional Gambler" or someone who consistently beats the breaks off of casinos at will. It just kills him that someone he views as inferior (because they are gay), not only did they call him out, but this person has been able to support himself via the Casinos for nearly 2 decades.
Now, if KJ is lying about any part of his story, Shame on him. I have no reason like MDAWG would to hire a private investigator to find these things out. People lie on forums all the time. For those that enjoy calling out people that lie, it is fine as long as you have credible evidence. For example: one person said KJ is a prostitute, now how many are saying it? Evidence? I wouldn't care one way or the other as long as the claim is backed up with evidence, which if true - would be easy. I enjoy calling out gambling scammers. They ruin people's lives. All the little stupid shit people lie about on gambling forums, I don't care to necessarily call out, especially when it is dead obvious. I feel the same as Druff does in this respect, since they really aren't hurting anyone financially. Yes, people can listen to their non scene and try to duplicate what the liar claimed. Is that hurting people? Absolutely! However, I must "draw the line" somewhere and that would be when money is paid. This is really why I didn't get in the discussion on WOV when MDAWG was making his claims. Casino Talk. It would eventually dry up. Even though 90% of the chatter are users criticizing one another, it still allows for the occasional quality post/topic, however rare it may be. Without this daily back and forth the forum will dry up.
It's also no secret that this is the forum that houses the banned users of WOV. They migrate here. Many are top AP's. When you get many suspended or nuked members together, it will cause conflict. Like bringing Felons together in a prison, will cause fights. People still browse this forum to try and get a tid bit of information. Their punishment is reading through all the garbage to find the very small pieces of good stuff that are buried within. It is a trade off.
Oh, for the record, I have never had an account on WOV.

I have heard for general footage the requirement is they keep it either 14 days or 21 days. Now for things involving payments like footage from the cage it might be longer, I don't know. This is totally unrelated, but I find it interesting. During MDAWG's claims on WOV, I remember reading how forum posters thought they were going to "get revenge" by not posting on the forum, in turn thinking this will devalue the forum, monetary. The amount of traffic that the forum generates is a small fraction of the overall traffic it gets from internet search engines to other parts of the site.
The search engines not only create more traffic, but better "quality" traffic. The traffic that comes in from search engines, are the type of people that click on the "Gambling Ads", where the site owner is getting 35% of the losses from that person.(These kickbacks are as high as 60% for online slot losses). No one is clicking these links from the forum.
I remember there was chatter about the "daily" forum traffic being up or down due to MDAWG. It makes no difference.
Bottom Line: That forum could disappear tomorrow and it wouldn't affect their bottom line. Maybe 1 quarter of 1 percent, but that would be stretching it.
Will it disappear? No. It is SHAQs baby.

About the biggest and only thing I disagree with any significance is what you posted about how you and Druff both view scammers that aren't charging people money differently than scammers that are. I get that scamming for money takes it next level, but scamming people with false information that they can get hurt by is very, very close in my opinion.
Take Mdawg for instance. Any player that tried a $100-$5000 spread playing double deck blackjack on the strip, would be 86ed and have a fresh new entry in the database. He simply verified that Mdawg had one small winning session. This behavior by Mdawg at least to me, escalates his behavior to scam, even without the element of taking money from players. And is a large part why I have been so adamant in continuing to call him out.

Here I'm California, outside of Indian Casinos, it is illegal for a casino to "Bank their own games". As a 'work around' of the law, table games are allowed in California as long as they are 'Player Banked'. The issue is no players want to bank, therefore "3rd Party Banking Groups" were born. This is a business that operates inside the casino, that provides the casino with 'Bankers' at each table. The dealers function is still the same, except they take/give chips from the Bankers. The banker is essentially a 'chip sitter'. The card rooms and the Indian Casinos are always going after each other. There is actually a piece of legislation that will allow the Indian Casinos the right to challenge the legality of "3rd party bankers" as the Indian Casinos lose Hundreds of Millions annually to the CA card rooms. Law allows it since the local municipalities earn huge tax revenue from it.
How does the card room/casino make money? They collect a flat fee from the banking group per round. That fee is structured by the amount wagered for that round.
How does the banking group make money? The natural house edge built into the game, minus the fee they pay the card room per hand. The difference is the profit. On top of what they pay the card room per round, they also have to pay a monthly fee to the card room for the right to bank. I am familiar with one of these agreements, for a small 12 table room, it is now up to $90,000 per MONTH. This is on top of the collection fee they pay the house per round. A place like Commerce Casino is LA has to be close to $500k.
These 3rd party banking groups are only there for when no players want to bank. This is what I do, I "Player Bank". There is a lot that goes into this, I have to be careful as to what details I give away.
This has been discussed, 4 times in total very briefly on "Gambling with an Edge", most notably by "SmallCapGrowth". The info he gave was accurate. He could of had an extremely lucrative career, if he didnt give it up to -EV stuff, when he wasn't playing +EV. Something Richard Munchkin once said, "It is the Wild, Wild, West." This may have been true in the 90's, but is NOT the case today. Games are as safe as any Vegas Casino.
I believe this is a form of AP, some would disagree, which is fine. The money is important, not the title lol.
Years ago (8-10), I briefly posted on a couple forums about banking games (under another user name). I have never met any AP's in person. I think because what I currently do isn't traditional AP type stuff.
I don't believe I have mentioned it on PFA, Most of what I posted in the past on other gambling forums as well as here isn't going to give much away. Believe it or not there is a lot of strategy that goes into it. Game selection, time selection, player selection, dealer, location, ect.
Everyone that is playing in these casinos/cardroom is aware that they are not playing "against the house", and they have the right to "bank". It is no secret.
The most well known card room in California is Commerce Casino and Hustler, where Hustler Live takes place (Poker Podcast). I would prefer not to get into the "hours", as there is a lot of strategy involved, but I do "Just Fine" :-). Variance can get wicked at times. High edge games can often bring high variance.

Kinda a side story to my post above. The card room doesn't give a shit since it isn't there money. These "3rd party banking groups" consult with guys like Elliot Jacobson for advice on game protection. Let me first say, I like Elliot, I have nothing against him. You know how Elliot doesn't like card counters? In CA card rooms they are 6:5 Blackjack. Well the banking group was told that no card counter could beat a 6:5 game. Elliot has contracted with these Banking Groups in the past.
Guess what? They were wrong!
Now, I can't say with 100% certainly that it was Elliot that advised them on 6:5 being unbeatable, but I'd like to think it was :-) Maybe he will chime in here.
They never thought of the scenario of a guy like "SmallCapGrowth" would walk in there and spread $5-$2000. It may even have been $5-$5k max bet. They were just told, " Don't worry a 6:5 game can't be beat" or "The variance would be to high, no one will attempt it" lol. I guess they never thought of the probability that a guy could walk in there with a million dollar bankroll and work with a razor thin edge.
I don't remember his hourly EV, maybe someone can SIM it. He said he could sit there for hours unmolested. Remember, at Commerce casino, they get more action/high rollers than many Vegas casinos. Large bets aren't an issue, especially since it is the Banking Groups money. The card room justs makes a "reasonable attempt" to protect the games. They generally don't get AP's because the rules are so terrible (for the player).
On GWE SmallCap talks about APing the Baccarat Dragon side bet, at the time I believe the limits were around $1k on the Dragon. Variance would have been wicked paying 40:1
I communicate privately with Eliot on occasion. I think I can say with some certainty that he isn't going to come here and post. He really is retired and seems to be done with forums.
As Per 6:5 BJ, there was a guy, that went by Automatic Monkey that was on the blackjack forums when I started on them about 17 years ago. AM was a pretty smart guy. I don't believe card counting was his full time gig, but he did well for a long time. When 6:5 came to Atlantic City and no card counters would play, but he would. Just like you said, except on a smaller scale he would use a huge bet spread. The variance was huge, but if you are going to put in enough time, you don't have to be afraid of variance. And the big plus, was just as you said, casinos and casino personnel were so sure it couldn't be beaten that they just didn't care, even with a huge spread. AM played unmolested day after day for a number of years and kicked ass. I guess eventually someone got around to running a simulation and figured it out.
Casinos and casino personel are a funny group. They get something in their head and they stick to it without really even bothering to look into it. It works the other way too. Like I have seen casinos back off a card counter spreading 1-4 at an 8 deck game (average pen). The player isn't even playing a break even game, let alone a +EV game. But somebody gets it in their head that he is spreading 1-4 and a card counter and doesn't even bother to check and see if it is +EV. ;)

There is nothing to go over or understand with this one because there is nothing you or anyone can say about the Bob thing to convince me otherwise. This is MDAWG'S issue:
He wants to be viewed as a "Professional Gambler" or someone who consistently beats the breaks off of casinos at will. It just kills him that someone he views as inferior (because they are gay), not only did they call him out, but this person has been able to support himself via the Casinos for nearly 2 decades.
Now, if KJ is lying about any part of his story, Shame on him. I have no reason like MDAWG would to hire a private investigator to find these things out. People lie on forums all the time. For those that enjoy calling out people that lie, it is fine as long as you have credible evidence. For example: one person said KJ is a prostitute, now how many are saying it? Evidence? I wouldn't care one way or the other as long as the claim is backed up with evidence, which if true - would be easy. Until then, Im fine being the only person besides Mr. V and Boz, not spreading this info as if it is fact.
I enjoy calling out gambling scammers. They ruin people's lives. All the little stupid shit people lie about on gambling forums, I don't care to necessarily call out, especially when it is dead obvious. I feel the same as Druff does in this respect, since they really aren't hurting anyone financially. Yes, people can listen to their non scene and try to duplicate what the liar claimed. Is that hurting people? Absolutely! However, I must "draw the line" somewhere and that would be when money is paid. This is really why I didn't get in the discussion on WOV when MDAWG was making his claims. It was obvious,he wasn't trying to collect money, and there were already plenty of folks making valid arguments.
