I do hope that Andrew G has enough insight to see that he is heading down the road to ruin, posting on this board the way he is.
He seemed a nice, innocent lad initially but he seems to be developing the crusty, cynical attitude of a degenerate gambler.

His employer might want to consider an intervention.
