The economy is getting better and better. If you can't make money now you never will, but that say's more about you than the economy.
Unfortunately California's economy is in bad shape and you can blame the Democrats who raised the gas tax by 18 cents a gallon along with increased taxes on upper income residents. Consumers are afraid to spend and the high cost of housing and sales tax of about 10% isn't helping. While the rest of the country is doing well California is not.

I do not believe anyone that says they did this or did that in the last presidential election. First off if you are going to eat Raw Garlic and can't hack it you just mince it up and mix in some Honey. Of course Real Honey will cost you 20 dollars at the farm for a small jar. Same with Raw Ginger. However you actually have to spend some money for a high quality Knife. It doesn't have to be expensive but you need to keep it sharp which requires you to buy a sharpening stone and a cutting board which should be made of wood. Do not buy the Knife Sets because they are a scam. Of course spending money is a no no with this crew member. If you don't like Raw Garlic you just roast it and spread it on whatever... your finger if you like. If you don't have tin foil and a toaster and you don't want to turn on the Oven you can toast the garlic in a saute pan. You still need to buy Olive Oil which again... costs money. However if you eat raw or roasted garlic you will begin to smell like garlic no matter what you do. This guy is still an obvious Poser IMO who is supposed to be saving the world with his "group" of friends that help one another! Do yourself a favor and just get drunk with your alcoholic friends which are many on these forums.

Day 23 of keto diet (sort of) --
Had a bushel of asparaguses with plenty of garlic mixed in. Also a low-quality ribeye with a bunch of blue cheese crumbles dumped on top. Thankfully I found a set of steak knives in my cupboards. It was annoying in the past eating steak with those flimsy Chipotle plastic knives.
I'm starting to get into this whole "cooking" thing, although I can tell there's a HUGE learning curve. Just figuring out what ingredients to buy and where the hell they are at the store is enough to make someone go crazy. I'm obviously just a beginner, so I've only been cooking eggs omelettes* and ribeyes....with obviously vegetables on the side or mixed in.
Avocados are a pain in the poopschute and I'll probably be avoiding them for now on while shopping and cooking. They're just not worth. Garlic seems to be up there, too. Them puppies are spicy AF, too. Figured I'd munch on a clove or two while cooking...it wasn't my best idea (I've also had worse ideas, like the time I tried to just eat a raw onion and raw potato for dinner, but that was in my youthful days, maybe 2-3 years ago).
Some foods have to be WASHED, as the legend goes. I thought that was more for like rich fancy people and/or optional.
Also had Chipotle for lunch. It was good (duh), but I'm still mad I can't eat rice or beans. I still get the salsas and the "funny green things" even though they have carbs because IDGAF.

The Seven Stars Weekend in Vegas is a waste of time. It sucks, as anyone who has ever gone will tell you. I'm surprised Dancer or anyone else bothers.
Eh, idk. I went to a cigars and whiskey tasting thing once and a brunch at Caesars. They were pretty fun, but I wouldn't travel across the US just for those events.

I also heavily criticized him for outing the Revel promo to casino management. But other than that I respect his video poker strategy. The only time I can think of where speed is a factor is video poker progressives. Even with that, you're better off just playing with partners and splitting the action, unless it's a low progressive like 4 aces or something. Playing for a royal in one session is a pretty horrible experience.

I disagree. I see no difference. If you are playing for a Royal and you expect a 2% Return on your time and money it doesn't matter if you hit it or not. It does not matter if you win 8800 on the day or lose 8800. You are going to be playing something else right after that is a 2% winner anyways. If you can't handle the swings... don't bother with it. It does not matter what I do throughout the year. I am playing at X% of a return so at the end of the year everything seems to always be in order to the numbers of where I should be.

I think the thread where I posted up about a duck I rescued got deleted. I took care of the duck from about 3 days old at best guess. I took care of it for 10-11 weeks. She was starting to fly around my backyard patio and in the house at times when she got away from me. I decided to release her into the wild this morning at 5:45 am. I put her into a gym bag and carried her to the shore where a few ducks were close by. As soon as I started to open the bag the duck flew out at over the water at about 12 feet or so. She landed over by the other ducks and started to play in the water. I went over and observed her and them. I threw a bunch of duck feed at her and them. Other ducks came over and they had a feast. The duck that I helped raise looked the best out of all the ducks when you compared feathers. I guess the elements are kinda harsh. The duck that I took care of was pecking at the other ducks and geese and seemed to fit in well. As I was leaving she flapped her wings pretty fast and seemed happy.
The experience costed me about 60 dollars total and my time to feed her daily. My wife helped some. I feel that I gave the duck a better chance than just leaving it under a shrub at the age of 3 with no mother or nearby lake/pond. I suppose I also like the fact that I broke the law 2 or 3 times and perhaps even more. One nice thing was that this place had about 60 Geese and 50-100 Ducks that I could see so she has a food and water source to get her bearings. The heat will most likely be a shock since I didn't acclimate the duck into the sunlight very much. Even though I am a bad guy I am not as bad as you might believe.
