I was trying to win a bet and got careless.
You were secretly advising him...regular pen pals...used...he called you his little birdie.
How sweet.

Never good to try and win a bet and get careless.
Anyway, you are misinformed. I am not the person he referenced as his little birdie. If Alan or Dan can check PMs, they can verify that. Try again, genius.
I can't see private messages. If I could... they wouldn't be private.
Nice looking little abode..similar to my maids quarters
Now that's funny
Well, Robbie has had plenty of time to give us the name of the golf course. It is obvious he knows that once that is done we will see the course is surrounded by rentals. His little trick has now backfired just like his failure to provide tax documents. Did he really think this silly lie would work? No one is that stupid, are they?
You never learn.....Yes arci, all Az. golf courses are surrounded by rental houses. Hahahaha! (and all these "rental houses" have new $60,000 Lexus' in the garage, among other things....)
The more you try to make it the only way you can live with it, the more we know you'll be haunted by this until the day you step into your grave. But step wisely; you don't want to accidentally squish one of the spots where the missus' boobs used to be. :):)
I must be getting close. Whenever the little man mentions my wife I know he is severely stressed. So tell us, how many days did you stay in that rental?
The difference being, of course, that he spends all day/every day alone and tortured...while we continue to enjoy our life together :)
Oh, arci--how about this shot from RIGHT NOW! ROTHLMAO!!
Dontcha just LOVE IT when the lonely geek is wrong!
And yet, you fail to mention the name of the golf course. Your failure to provide that simple piece of information is your downfall.
PS. Whatever makes you think I live alone?
Options for Arc not living alone:
1. He has a boarder
2. His cousin from Arkansas moved in
3. He has a live-in housekeeper
4. He got lucky with the Anastasia European dating website
5. He hired an Aupair who for the last three weeks has been looking for the six-year-old mentioned in the advertisement on Craigslist.
Actually, Alan's just giving a rundown of how he's managed to never sleep alone. That cousin from Arkansas Alan recruited provided the rest of the list. Alan and the former prez are cousins. Bill knows how to find the babes.
Now we have arci trying to give the impression he's not living alone, when that room mate is none other than his old-maid sister. Take that out for a test drive lately? Why not....you already wrecked you regular life....can't hurt to give this one a spin! Hahahahaha!!
Face it: you're life has come full circle, and it ain't pretty. From the slide-rule-carrying outcast geek in high school, straight to the long-deserving, suffering widower of today. The loner, loser tone was set long ago, and the end is shaping up to be a fitting epilogue to a tortured life.
Go's....I LOVE my insult skills!! :)
Nice house Rob. Not nearly as nice as you are trying to make it out to be, but a little better than average for the Phoenix area. And I must say you were very savvy to get it at 9 grand less than they were asking, especially since they had already dropped quite a bit in the previous months. Or I guess I should say “The person who actually bought it” since it isn't in you or your wife's name. On the flip side, I personally loath houses that are only 10' from their neighbors, but to each their own.
Now the question is why you felt the need to embellish it. It was pretty obvious from your pictures that it wasn't 4,100 sq ft, (not to mention that it would be pretty darn hard to put a 4,100 sq ft house on a lot that's only 6,000 sq ft,.) It's also kind of misleading to say it has “4 levels” when in reality 2 of those “levels” are just slightly higher or lower rooms. The specs clearly state there are only 2 floors, which is a significantly more relatable term for most people. But it wouldn't have looked quite as impressive that way would it?
Given all of that I wasn't at all surprised to find that it is actually only 2540 sq. ft.. Perhaps that's why you increased the number of bedrooms and bathrooms from what is actually there; something needed to fill that "4,100 sq ft house", amiright? Unfortunately, your claims don't mesh with the official figures which state 4 bedrooms, not 5. And you'd think that if there really was 4 baths the listing would have shown pictures of all of them instead of just 3 and the specs would have said 4 as well, but they didn't, and they don't.
So now it seems you are once again stuck in a familiar situation, with the unenviable task of trying to justify your earlier remarks. Seems to me your options are:
1) Ignore this post, as you have often done when you find yourself in a sticky wicket. Of course when you do that everyone is smart enough to know that you're just stalling while you try to fabricate an explanation.
2) Attempt to discredit me by making post after post after post that implying that I am less than truthful, (which is hilarious as that only proves how irritated you are, and how deeply I'm in your head), even though the source is always included and anyone can see for themselves there was no fabrication involved. Of course if you do that I'll have no recourse other than to post all the documents about the house, including the ownership, lest my veracity become impugned. I sure hope there really aren't any debtors looking for you because that might give you away wouldn't it?
3) Just come clean.
Don't ya think it's about time Kimosabe?
Oh spock, what a shame I exposed you...and as usual your very thin skin...in the South Point thread as well in your continuous altered fabrications of my OLD posts. Who else but you would spend over 2 weeks digging for info I laid out that's readily available, only to now get further frustrated into having to continue the time-wasting research. Now can you guess why I didn't name the "mysterious" golf course? That would've been too easy. Chances are also good that you're trying to cook up a story about my wife & 3 vehicles being holograms as we speak. :) One might seriously wonder exactly how much hatred and envy can fit inside such an obsessed head, but as you know, I enjoy agitating your type. BTW when we invited Alan here I told him where we were, which he may or may not have remembered or written down. But you did what I expected, albeit it took way too much time.
This home is in fact 4100 sq.' on 4 separate levels. The 5th bedroom with bathroom (downstairs master) expansion was completed just prior to posting the pics, which is why I waited to shock you apparently since buying it last summer. The one exaggeration was in including the garage. Surprising you don't figure these things out. Your best bet going forward would be to research the construction permit for the new downstairs master bedroom. So important to you, right?
You beat arci on the title info. We're what's called retired Snowbirds who have homes in a colder weather/no income tax state which is our "main residence", and at least one in places like Az. We happen to have 2 here--one in S. Az. which our son & his family live in. What a jealous minion like you would never want to comprehend is the 2 we bought here were each in our children's names. Retirees are usually OLDER, those of us who CAN tend to make investments for our kids, and it makes things that much simpler for them when we pass on. In the case of this home, our daughter re-married recently, she lives in a new home in Minnesota, but the grandkids are here and we have them over as much as possible. She visits here a week a month.
We'll be here thru April if you want to visit; then we'll be in our tax-free residence thru Sept. when we're not travelling. Oh wait!---now you've got more things bothering you that'll keep you from sleeping for months. I'd say it's now time for more of your spin and fact-misrepresenting. Don'tcha think?
Now how about sending over at least ONE of those "35 loan sharks" from LV that Lonestarhorse claimed and you accepted, that I owe "tens of thousands" to!!!
