Sorry, but this forum is full of individuals claiming something and then not supporting their comments. This is not directed at any one specific person. But to say that a person does not save solicitations after claiming they receive them, is questionable. Especially one that can spit out tax returns and other items from 15 years ago. Yet, you have nothing from two weeks ago?
Hey, there are others that have similar issues. I like siting in the bleachers but it was time to add my two cents.
Deech there are a few problems with your post above regarding Rob Singer.
First, he never presented any tax returns.
Second, he indicated to me the solicitations were from a long time ago.
Since Rob has never presented a tax return do you really think he'd hold on to some betting solicitation?

Yes, Argentino was certainly and clearly present tense with his claims. Claimed I was texting him daily. It seemed like a really strange claim, as he knew he'd be called upon to provide a phone number or email of origin.
Mr. Mendelson originally seemed baffled that I was someone who did not solicit clients via email or text messages. Yeah, that sort of puts a crimp in Argentino's claims. Pretty funny. Now Mr. Mendelson is testing the waters with my pre-2011 advertising. Because surely it's possible I sent something to Argentino at some point. Maybe via snail mail? And maybe Argentino was using a different name? And maybe in 1984?
Or perhaps Argentino is just funning with us. And Mr. Mendelson. When it comes to language use, I'm not a complete idiot. Mr. Mendelson chose "indicated" and "a long time ago" in his response to Deech precisely because of their imprecision.

The redietz thing: man are you guys confused. Sounds like Argentino is trying to weasel out of the fact he has nothing -- not a text, not an email, not a phone call, not a piece of snail mail -- that is from me. So he is adding the phrase "and his 'partners'" because there is nothing from me. Thus, Argentino will select some handicappers' names and proclaim I am in league with him/her/them. Obviously, he signed up for some tout service.
So I'll repeat it. If he has any email, text, phone record, or piece of snail mail from me, Robert Dietz, I will give (not bet, mind you, but donate) 1K to Mr. Mendelson's video poker play.

I haven't solicited via text or phone ever. Not in almost 40 years. I never email unless someone emails me first. I tell people this. People know this. It's how I do business. Argentino flat out lied about me directly soliciting him. If any of my people read this forum (and a few do), they have to ask themselves -- who is lying? Dietz or Argentino? I need to clear it up.
Imagine, when you were doing investigative reporting, if someone out of the blue claimed that a business you had cleared of wrongdoing had been writing you checks all along. And this someone kept repeating the story, but now that they are cornered they refer to checks being written to you and "your partners." What would you do?
I am confused. If an individual receives an unsolicited text promoting a gambling service, how do you know the management behind the text? What is the name of this gambling service?

When these annoying solicitation texts come in I usually just delete them or send them back a mocking reply. But when they don't stop I call the number, and in one case where I went thru the bs to talk to someone, I mentioned the name "redietz" or Dietz, and the yuppie told me that he was associated with him. I told him to get my name off of red's list. I reported that here and those along with ALL other solicitation texts stopped, which leads me to believe that redietz and his merry band of "we want & need your money because our picks really don't do so well so we can't just bet more on them" partners are branched out into more than one solicitation center.
By the way, those Vegas Golden Knights are a joke....a one hit wonder who won't be heard from in the Stanley Cup Finals again for the next 40 years. When you lose four straight to a middle-of-the-road team like the Capitals, you've got problems. And here they come.

Well, since Argentino seemed to delete these texts, but can retrieve them if he asks his service provider, I'll be a generous sort and offer to double my donation to Mr. Mendelson's video poker fund to 2K if Argentino can provide that phone number linked to me for the forum readers. Don't be shy, just get the number from your service provider (tell them you accidentally deleted that month's texts), and post it right here so everybody can call it and verify how I was soliciting people. Post up the screenshot from your service provider of that month's texts.
Now can anyone see any reason why Argentino would pass up 2K for his friend? I'm taking a poll. Is there a flaw to asking a service provider for texts from a month or two ago? Perhaps the service provider is Ukrainian and went out of business last week. Or died in a plane crash.
Gosh what I don't understand is:
