Yeah, but even the way Jizzard, to use your word, did it was weird. No one was asking for a poll of what people think of Singer, especially a poll with Silly opinions. I am not asking anyone to pass any messages along, but Mike should be reminded that at some point in the last year he agreed to look into Singers claim of the double up, find what evidence he could, I guess by talking to Singer, and render his opinion as to whether it occurred. Mike never did that. This would have been a good time to get into that and yes, he would have had to communicate with Singer to do so. But so what. Mike is supposed to be someone in the gambling community that people would like to hear his thoughts on such a matter.

And the Singer claims are very much related. The double up IS related to the other claim as the other claim had to be amended (10 years to 4 years) to make room (timeline) for the double up. And of course both go right to credibility which is why I did 2 separate polls.


Now on an somewhat related note, I saw the funniest post at WoV that I have ever seen, or at least the funniest first 7 words to a post. It was in the discussion about the suspension list, page 345, by a member named, oh lets see...Axelwolf and it goes like this: Assuming Rob Singer is telling the truth... Funny, funny stuff to that Axelwolf member. :)

That was part of my point. Recently someone brought up a known Youtube scammer who Free Rolls “customers” in Vegas with the old split the winnings from my Martingale system scam. Everyone knew it was an obvious scam, but the Wizard stated he was welcome to come and defend himself. But in this case he knows Rob can’t defend himself, if he wanted to.

But maybe you will be right. With his history I’m not so sure.

Edited to say I was proven WRONG with the Wizards offer to Rob.

Good for you Rob. I was just about to write that I think you should do it. You do realize he is going to ask for documentation or anything that can back up your claim(s). Do you have anything at all, that could be considered supporting documentation or supporting evidence?

Do you mean with Wizard's blessing? Post my banning there were two threads about me. One was entitled "Kewlj" by one of the nuts stalking me on several forms asking for any kind of personal information. The second, I don't remember the title, but someone brought discussion of the claims I had made about a certain downtown casino cheating to WoV. They didn't use my name in the title, instead going with something about cheating, but I was mentioned often as the topic was about my claim.

To his credit, Mike shut down the first thread. The second one, went on I believe a couple weeks until the casino in question pulled the machines and the situation resolved itself.

Alan was actually right. Not even the first Mod that responded, BBB knew if the discussion would be allowed. And on a different day, with Shackleford in a different mood, it wouldn't have been and he still would have suspended Alan, even though he asked.

Other than that I have no answer. I refer you to mickey, who is really good detecting when someone's blowing smoke up his ass. And even axel, who's 50-50 is really worth a lot from someone whom I had a bad past with. Now, maybe, we'll get wizard's review.

I know Axel made a comment, I believe in the Rob Singer Redux thread at WoV, where Wizard first agreed to look into your claim. Axel said something like "He (meaning Singer) ought to be able to provide some sort of proof".

What about documentation from casinos? Look Rob, I am not trying to have a gottch ya moment here, but your answer really doesn't cut it. While the government doesn't require you to keep tax returns, you also are not required to throw them out. So don't give us the "why should I". because I have an answer for that.

You should have kept documentation for this claim, because if your story is how you say, you knew you were going to publicize this claim once the statute of limitations expired. And having been making claims for years, and decades that few believe, you knew it would come up. So you should have kept whatever necessary to prove your claim. Not doing so, just makes no sense, and really weakens your claim, when you could have proven it.

But neither the original 10 years claim or the altered 4 year claim, is sustainable. they just are not realistic.

So let's get something straight here. Alan seems to be saying that you told him the whole claim in regards to your Singer progressive system was baloney, both the original 10 years claim and the later altered 4 year claim. He is saying that you used these claims which I and others have said are impossible for cover. So let''s be clear here, are you denying what Alan is saying today Rob?

I got my own thread after being banned on WOV. It was started by ONM asking if I should be reinstated after my ban for a fed up cussing rant. It started off on topic, but was soon closed because Posters started turning it Political and hurling insults at each other. I knew the writing was on the wall as soon as it got Political and Pisters started hurling insults at each other. The thread was supposed to be about whether or not I deserved to be reinstated on WOV and ended up with Political Mudslinging! Talk about a hijack! Too bad the Reinstate Nathan? Thread was started BEFORE the "No More Politics," Rule. Had it been started AFTER the "No More Politics," rule it might have still been open to this day.

Ok, so I have a question about "AndrewG" that I have been wondering about for a couple weeks. Andrew seemed to be on top of the information about the Nevada unemployment situation, in a way that only someone who had filed and was attempting to get benefits would. Andrew told us he looked into it because his neighbors, laid off casino workers were effected. :rolleyes:

So what I am wondering and couldn't ask because I wouldn't have gotten a straight answer....is Alan eligible for unemployment benefits? I mean not under the special rules applying to professional gamblers, but is he officially self employed? or still working or anything like that that anyone knows of?
