The dichotomy here is Circa is a member of the American Gaming Association. But here is Stevens pushing for a lot more than just the gamblers tax repeal. He understands, as do other casino owners, that this measure is bad for the industry.
I took a look at the leaders of AGA. They don't appear to have any experience in gaming.
Of further note, Sen. Mike Crapo is the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. Two other members of the committee, Grassley and Cornyn have said they don't know how the gamblers tax measure got into the bill. Cornyn said he doesn't know what purpose it would serve.

Donald Trump caused some of my Family to be deported. I didn't even know my sime of my Family would be getting deported under Trump's Presidency. And we did NOT get a good economy under Trump's Presidency. Our economy is fucked with inflation and Tariffs. Voting for Donald Trump was a huge mistake.
