I think it's important to note that a W2G asserts who'll be paying taxes on a jackpot from what tax bracket, not necessarily who hit the jackpot.

I have been very open about this and understand that is the lower end of most AP's. But when did 100k become the new poverty level? Last I checked it was more than twice the national average income.
