I honestly was expecting a SUSPENSION, not a nuke when I went on a nasty, rage, fed up, rage filled profanity rant against BBB a couple of days ago In fact, as I was doing that rage rant, my thought process was,"There is no way I won't be getting suspended for this. Nathan's Corner's one year anniversary is about a week away. I guess I'll celebrate it in two weeks or a month from now after I serve my either two week or month suspension."

Had I known I'd be nuked from WOV, I wouldn't have done that. I'd have just kept stewing politely like I had for three years.

Anyone visiting WoV quickly learns the rules and how it works. You of all people know how the world works and make a decision on how to tolerate it, walk away from it or exploit it.

A few years ago there was talk of getting me back on the site but I should start with a public apology to Shack. Have you seen me take the bait? LOL! If I grovel I could get back on? I can just see their response after I apologize:

"We happily note the apology of Mickey Crimm. He has made great contributions to this forum in the past. However, after much consideration, we have decided that he should remain banned at this time. We wish him good luck with all his endeavors in the future."

They should apologize for-and remedy-the completely biased moderation of Babs. Until then there is no way I would subject myself to such moderation.

Nathan was a harmless innocent on WoV. I was surprised at the people involved in harassing and bullying her, especially BABS. After abusing her to no end they finally got her. I used to like Babs. Not anymore. I detest people going after harmless innocents. Theres a bunch of people over there now making excuses for their behavior and how Nathan deserved what she got. Sick people.

And, WOV is ironically down for maintenance a couple of days after I got nuked. Or is that coincidentally? Maybe it's both. Or maybe it's poetic justice. Or all three.

darkoz and I have a similar background as we have both lived the homeless lifestyle. But darkoz was the kind of homeless I always despised. I'm talking about able bodied homeless men. When you are in that spot, jobless and homeless, there is nothing stopping you from going down to a day labor office and going out and working for the day. I did it all over the west. Fleaswatter should have his suspension revoked IMHO since it seems there is no way that he would have known about the whole joke thing. In his view, he got a warning for and then a suspension for doing the same thing someone else did with no huge consequences. Here is my copy and paste response on another website about The New Nathan Thread already being closed before even seeing Mickey's response about it. I mentioned my theory that the sudden Political and Arguing Hijacking was done on purpose to have it shut down quickly

Babs is social engineering WoV. She blocked Nathan's Corner so it wouldn't show up in the recents because people were still posting in it after you were banned. She doesn't like that. She wants to totally erase you from WoV. The new Nathan thread popped up and I know that pissed her off. She wants that thread to disappear. She could have nipped the trolling in the bud but let it go on just enough so she had an excuse to close the thread.

And Babs has a very hard time pulling the trigger on her pet libtards. Twice in recent memory Shack has had to jump in to suspend a libtard because Babs wouldn't do it. I was even thinking before the poll ended this will be closed and I bet there's going to be some shenanigans. I was going to comment on that over there, but there wasn't a thread to comment, and I don't really care, it is what it is. Whatever the case, the socks never spoke so there was really nothing to be all over. Anonymous voting socks are going to go unnoticed. You can get an idea(but its just an educated guess) by the number of votes and comments and how fast the votes come in and how many total votes. Something definitely stunk about all that.

FYI there was just an article about catfishing(it went up by 50% in the last few years) and Florida was in the top states where people get catfished. Go figure, Nathan is from Florida, shes probably responsible for 25% herself :D

Weather or not I agree with her temp bans or lack of in the Trump threads, BBB should not be allowed to moderate the political threads at all. She should Recuse herself or Mike should request she not moderate it he should designate someone else. Problem solved. For her own sake, she should block the thread.

Bill is a good guy. I could care less about his or anyone's political views. If your not a criminal and I can trust you, that's what really matters to me. I won't get along with people that are easily offended. If I can't joke around with someone then there a good chance I can't hang with them and we won't get along. Most everyone I do business with has a very good sense of humor and its hard to offend them. I can't say if they go home and cry at night after my on-slot of punking but they put on a smile during and after.

I think behind the scenes people have been complaining to Shack about her moderation and that's why he's been jumping in of late and dishing out suspensions.

On WOV, it appears that there is a Newbie that is Mini Me after my own heart. ;) I said Mini Me, not a Sock of me. ;) But this new person seems to be the type of person I am. :) Once again, this person is NOT a Sock of me, I promise! I wonder if this new person will become the new me there. ;)

So I pick something to comment on each day rather than just post a "Yes'm" 20 times. Anyway, ran into somebody who said in a thread about "quitting when ahead" to have "churned billions" and said he was using the Mendelson technique of walking away while ahead. So people got on his case. It's possible he was just being facetious.

Anyway, the point is -- that moderator, Babs, came across as unnecessarily obnoxious and heavy handed. She actually warned a critic of the "billions" poster. So I looked at her last so many posts and warnings. She's really very arbitrary in what she comes down on and equally arbitrary in tone. I'm surprised someone like Shackelford allows her to moderate like that. I mean, I don't have a dog in the fight, but just based on her tone, I want to dump a big bowl of macaroni salad on her head.

I can see why mickey and Larry S and whomever all got riled up at her. It's her capricious, ultra heavy handed tone thing. She comes across as a bully when it's not required.
