Yesterday in the great adventure thread at WoV, Mdawg reported the rare loss. -$21k. Anyone want to guess what todays results were? I will save you the trouble +26k. We have seen this many times now over the last 4-5 years. On the rare occasion that he reports a 5 figure loss, within 1 or 2 days he has registered an even bigger win, eclipsing that loss. Additionally, Mdawg discussed the LV monorail yesterday, opining that the cost was too high and it is way too inconvenient to do much good unless you are attending a convention at the convention center. When talking about the price, Mdawg didn't mention (maybe he doesn't know) that Nevada residents can purchase tickets for $1 with ID. So that knocks the price down to VERY fair value, but the whole system just remains so inconvenient for almost any location, unless you are at MGM and want to get to Harrahs area, or the convention center.
There was a time LVH (now Westgate) was in our rotation for blackjack and VP, and there is a stop there, so we utilized the monorail a bit. That is a rare example of the monorail being useful, but those LVH/Westgate days are gone for me.

He should provide copies of both his federal and his California returns, to see if they jive.
Given the fact that the dawg portrays himself as a savvy attorney, and as we all know practicing attorneys are not to be trusted, in addition to copies of the returns he should proffer the summary of same which IIRC one can get upon request from the IRS.
MrV, you bring up Mr. Nersesian as a possible arbitrator somewhat often. I think that goes to your respect for Bob and your confidence of fairness. But, he has made it clear he doesn't want to be involved in any kind if forum stuff like this. So we need to come up with someone else.
If such a wager/challenge were to take place, I think Dan Druff would be a great choice. I don't think he could be bought off, which would kill Shackleford from consideration. I don't know what Druff has going on in his life and what he would want as compensation to make himself available for 30 days. Probably at least part of it would be a desire to get to the bottom of this. But alas, such a challenge, like this will never happen, although we can dream.

Take that list along with a trusted agreed upon person and make the request IN PERSON for his Win/Loss statements for each casino. Need to be obtained in person. I personally, would be shocked if the sessions listed on WOV are the only sessions that would appear on all accumulative Win/Loss statements during the given periods in question.
It may take a little work to get an in person Win/Loss with all itemized individual session results, as well as a significant time investment, but I'm sure for a high roller like MDAWG, they can make it happen.
I'm sure if he makes it clear that he is being questioned on the fact that he wins at will, the casino will make an exception lol
