DanDruff care to weigh in on UNKewlJ's backrooming lawsuit "story" now?

Now I have some questions for YOU, AinQ? Maybe I am wrong, because I can't and don't keep track of everyone's status, but think I remember you saying you don't play much blackjack anymore. But just to be sure what we are talking about:

Do You play blackjack regularly?
Were you playing blackjack in Las Vegas 4-6 years ago, when these events occurred?
Were you playing blackjack at the specific casinos where these incident occurred?
Were you playing blackjack at the specific tables that had the 3 machines in question (at the correct time)?

If the answer isn't yes to all of these questions, then just STFU. If the answer is not yes to all of these questions, then you are no different than Rob Singer, who also doesn't play blackjack, nor seem to know a damn thing about it, but yet still voices his stupid opinions on things he doesn't have a clue about. Don't be a Rob Singer AinQ. Be better than that!

I have no dog in this fight, and don't dislike kewlJ like you and many others do. However, I will admit that this never smelled quite right to me, and my personal belief at this point is that kewlJ made the whole thing up.

Perhaps it's loosely based upon a real incident, such as a blackjack ban he received where a security guard roughly handled him and accidentally hurt kewlJ's arm a little bit. I don't think there was any incident which was lawsuit-worthy, which is why we got so many changing and bizarre versions of the same story.

Redietz, you don't need to know much about shufflers or blackjack to understand Kewls nonsensical logic is not possible. It really has nothing to do with blackjack or shuffler directly - just understanding the improbability of what Kewl saying is true. I understood how improbable it was he broke a arm and kept on that. I asked him to tell Druff the case and IMO thats about the time his whole story started to fall apart.

I don't see anything new in Dan Druff's post. He reaffirmed he believes most of my blackjack backstory and claims, but not any of the backroom story. That is his right. Druff also reaffirmed he doesn't believe MDawg's endless high stakes winning", nor Singer's shit.

It cracks me up that Mdawg immediately quotes Druff leaving out how Druff doesn't believe his "endless high stakes winning". Funny, but I guess not unexpected. Then Mdawg posts a quote from Axelwolf, that Axelwolf just yesterday told him to stop because Mdawg was taking it out of context (as he always does). What a sleezebag Mdawg continues to be.

In a different thread and post Druff addressed that he is not interested in selling the forum. And that is fine too. My only question would be if he is so fond of and attached to the forum as he stated, why does he sometimes go weeks without showing up, rarely posts anything except his sports picks, and most troubling to me, doesn't enforce his own posted rules.

While I don't see much new in what Druff wrote, I do see some issues with what he didn't write.

Druff wrote that he didn't believe I was a male prostitute. wooptie-doo. That is a far cry from his saying or doing anything to stop people from posting that kind of bullshit, which is meant only to discredit someone. As I said, I was once told I couldn't refer to coach belly as a pedo, because I was accusing him of illegal activity. But someone making up illegal shit about me, I guess is acceptable.

The bigger issue for me is that Druff did not address Mdawgs continuing doxxing of me. Rule #3 on Druff's posted rules. I have been waiting for Druff to weigh in on this and now he has by not addressing it. And that is the one thing out of everything he wrote (or didn't) write that is unacceptable to me. Mdawgs doxing of me has cost me money. I have had to lay low for parts (basically half) of two different years, resulting in much less playing time and EV earned, which is money. If I had to guess, I would say it cost me in the neighborhood of 100k.

Let me repeat that. Participating on a stupid internet forum or forums, where a guy was allowed to dox me, and that information, immediately turned up in the databases has cost me in the neighborhood of 100k. That is not acceptable to me. And it is not acceptable that Druff allows, and seems to welcome this guy on the forum without addressing it. And finding this unacceptable, my response will be something I should have done a very long time ago.
