I've seen nothing new. I think he quit for this season.

The same thing that always happens. He's never finished a season with the Singer Five. He always quits with a losing record and blames it on everything but himself. This is the third time I've seen him do the Singer Five and it's the third time I've seen him quit.
Don't feel too bad Singer... The Wiz couldn't pick games this year either.
He is almost dead last in the WoV Picks Contest!
Wiz must of been helping BBB and Romes!

At Red Rock using the computer random picks I'm slightly better than 51% on total games won, but I've won entries into five "side contests" for things like losing all games in one week. LOL
The Singer Five is now called the Singer 9 1/2
The Singer Nose is 9 1/2.
Still the same. The Rams will crunch the Saints and their bad defense, while the Pats send the Chiefs home crying again. Then NE wins it all again!
It was great watching the fraudulent Eagles finally get their ship righted after their fluke win vs. NE last year. Nick Foles would never be able to lead any team to even a winning record if he played all 16 games. And their defense last year was supposed to be so great. Brady shredded them for a SB record 505 with no int's--best ever in h SB history. That proves Philly was a fluke last year. Good riddance this year--a postseason built on a missed Bears FG.
BTW, I stopped posting my weekly picks because I decided to try the redietz method. Over the final two weeks I went 8-2, and finally hit the parlay. Ended up under my 60% goal, but I made a decent profit.
Not only did he hit the parlay.
Go 8-2 without publicly posting.
He also got offered to remake this movie.
"9 1/2: WEAK!"
FYP
I decided to put a money line bet on both games this championship weekend. Each game is $1000.
LA Rams over NO Saints
It's all about the Ram's running game. NO nearly lost AT HOME to a clearly inferior Eagles team, so they won't need last minute drama in this one.
NE over KC
I know the general consensus is for KC because of that fluke Patrick Mahomes. But WTF are these people thinking by forgetting the value of experience? Brady is playing as great as or better than he did in his 3 SB run in the early 2000's, and all Mahomes is is a Johnny Come Lately. And the MYTH that Gronk has "slowed down" is as phony as kew claiming to count two tables simultaneously. But let's not forget, Brady keeps on proving his critics wrong.
Home field means zip this time around.
Each bet was 9 1/2 grand; just ask him, he'll tell ya.
Of course, he’s gonna win both of them. He’ll tell you after the games which side he was on.
Now that's dumb, but expected. Did you read my picks and bets?
My bets on the final two weeks of the season put me up over $2k. So I'll be a season winner win or lose tomorrow. I didn't post those beforehand like these two because I thought all you people were so enthralled with how redietz made ALL his claims of winning after the fact. Now you're not??
Admit it mickey. You just don't like it when I win. You probably lose sleep over it, even with the strong sleep-assist you get from all the drinking. :)
Once the Rams win the Pats will also. Rams lose/Pats lose.
Tell you what--I win both then I'll order and ship you your FIRST EVER dictionary!
You lost with the Singer Five. Claiming wins where you didn't put the pics before game time don't count. You couldn't even hit 50% with your public picks but we are to believe you hit 100% of your private pics is bullshit. It's just more Argentino alternative universe mathematics. Wise up.
I'm pretty sure you would have pics of the tickets. Why don't you post them up Robocchio? The ones you supposedly won on in private.
You don't understand because it doesn't fit your hate and envy agenda. The bets aren't purchased by me. And if I had copies of them sent and I posted them here, all you little people would do is claim they're not really mine....if they won. Lose, and I'm the most prolific and believable sports bettor in the world!
Hey mickey, put on that fifth grade thinking cap and see if you can recall how "redietz the solicitor" makes his claim to fame....which you idiots readily buy into because he believes everything you say. Show me even one pick he says he won where he posted it up before the game., eh-em, over his "40-yr. career".
Uh-Oh....it's re-evaluation time for the dummies again.....
Hey, what about that bet you welshed on, you know, the one where you claimed it was a sure thing that you had a 9 1/2 inch schlong?
Todd, this post is libelous, and I am holding you personally responsible.
Will someone remind Mr. Argentino that The Wise Guys Contest plays (www.vegaswiseguys.com) have been publicly available to the public for the last 35 years? And that my having the best college football ATS record in the contest for the cumulative last 30 years is likely not a fluke?
Mr. Argentino seems to not grasp the concept of a monitor ("Tipsters or Gypsters?" in the Retro Road trip thread). He also fails to grasp the significance of having clients. If no client of mine has come on a forum in the last 30 years to berate my work, that might suggest that I know what I'm doing. If I'm one of 50 sports handicappers in the country invited to The Wise Guys Contest, that might suggest something. If Billy Walters hired me, that might also suggest I know what I'm doing.
If I make a 10K reward available to anyone who can demonstrate that I solicited anyone at any time in the last decade, well, not much more I can do on that front. Not a bet, mind you, but a reward. Blackhole, coach belly, "Rob Singer," have at it, boys.
Todd, this is on you. You and Argentino are tied at the hip because of this forum. Mr. Mendelson and Argentino have been tied at the hip, and evidently it has caused Mr. Mendelson some issues, which I vociferously predicted two years ago. I'm going to predict the same thing for you.
P.S. Anyone wishing to ascertain whether Gaming Today actually made an offer for Argentino to write columns for them, which he "turned down," can simply contact www.gamingtoday.com and ask them. Bill Paulos, the publisher, can be reached at Publisher@gamingtoday.com. HowardBarish@gamingtoday is the managing editor. Scarp@gamingtoday is the senior editor. The Gaming Today general number is 702-798-1151.
Whoa redietz... why is my name involved here?
Edited to add: the only issues I've had with Rob are the unfair statements made that I'm somehow responsible for what Rob posts. I am not responsible for what Rob posts and since Dan has owned and moderated this forum I have had no ability to edit or remove posts or block or ban any poster. And Dan alone has run this forum for something like the past three years.
(I looked it up: Dan has run this forum since February 2016.)
Are you now requiring every poster to come up with photographic proof of everything including all bets, win or lose? Even when Rob said he made $1,000 bets there was a post doubting that.
If that's the case, that proof must be given, then it should apply to everyone equally.
No more reporting wins or losses without photos. That means kewlj must post photos of his $29,000 weekly loss.
(Sorry kewlj for mentioning you but it was the perfect illustration.)
I clicked onto the link that you provided and could not find any confirmation of your 30-year ATS claim above.
I could not find any cumulative results for the last 30 years...but I did find that you finished 17-18-1 in 2014. I'll bet that Rob Singer did better with his picks that year.

The game shouldn't be going into overtime. The Saints got ripped off bigtime with that blown pass interference call.
Bad call yes. But all I care about is the win!!!
redietz WHO? :)
Take a fucking walk you phony fraud.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRRe-dejIh0
No doubt, if the ref makes that call, the game is essentially decided and the Saints win.
I didn't see a replay that showed where the official was positioned, but if he was on his feet then he should have been in position to make that call.
Having reffed thousands of football games, I can only say that it's very tough to pull the trigger when you know that your call will decide a game...this is especially true with DPI.
But so can a non-call decide a game.
I am not a fan of that rationale that referee swallow their whistles late in a game. This occurs in basketball ALL the time. A foul or penalty is a foul or penalty no matter when it occurs. Not making a call because it is a crucial point in the game, rewards the player fouling.
Like I said, I didn't see a replay that showed where the official was on that play...maybe he was on his ass, maybe his view was shielded, maybe he was looking another way.
At the time, the non-call did not decide the game.
If he made the call, then that would have decided the game.
The Saints got the ball first in OT and had a chance to win...they couldn't get it done.
Any big game that the Rams are involved in is suspect...the ghosts of Carrol Rosenbloom and Sonny Werblin.
I don't know who those people are and am not going to bother looking it up, but I will argue that not making the correct call DID decide the game. It decided that the game would go on when it should have been over.
It took a team that should have won right then and there and said, well you still have an opportunity to win.
The refs were letting them play the whole game. That one "no-call" hardly stands on its own.
Argue all you want, but for someone who is so vested in mathematical certainty, then you should accept the fact that the Saints were not a certainty to win that game if the DPI had been called.
They still would have had to snap the ball, run plays to run time off the clock, and kick a field goal to win.
We don't know what would have happened, and therefore can't say that the non-call decided the game.
What we do know is what happened, the Saints blew it.
Maybe what DID decided the game was Brees' age...he didn't play well in the second half, and the throw that was picked in OT was not a veteran play.
Completely irrelevant. The fact is that there are 7 officials on the field and different safeguards like repay (which doesn't come into play on penalties) designed to ensure that they get the correct calls, and on the most crucial call of the day, they got it wrong. AND the NFL office will issue a statement tomorrow admitting they got it wrong. And as a result one team is going to the superbowl instead of the other.
I don't have a dog in this fight, no bets, no rooting interest other than I don't really care for Sean Peyton. But they blew the call, and I can't believe you are defending it. At least Singer admits they blew the call.
The ref blew the call, no doubt...but that didn't prevent the Saints from winning the game.
I doubt that Brees or Peyton will blame the refs for the loss, blaming the refs is a loser's lament.
You have to take the game out of the hands of the refs...you have 60 minutes to do that.
The Saints had the chance to do that for regulation and then with the ball first in OT...they couldn't get it done.
You wrote some time ago that you were an athlete. If that's true then you should know better than to blame the refs...it's a cop out.
You would be wrong. Payton opened his press conference blaming the ref and rightfully so. The NFL office didn't even wait until tomorrow as they usually do, they issued a statement already admitting they blew the call and I quote "that likely changed the outcome of the game". The NFL Sr VP of Officiating personally called Sean Payton to apologize for blowing the call.
Blaming the refs is embarrassing. The Saints will never again reach the SB with a crybaby like Sean Payton at their helm. You would have NEVER seen Bill Belichick blaming the refs for a single call. Calls go for and against you all the time. Payton should look to the high road press conference Drew Brees had tonight.
That's not all. I was one of the crybabies and I immediately searched the web looking for comments from all the other crybabies who were as infuriated as me. Much to my embarrassment, I came across a photo of Drew on the field immediately after the game tossing balls to his kids. In one photo he was bent over tying his son's shoe. I immediately forgot about the game.
I think I'll take the credit for this thread orbiting out of control :) After all, what would all these anonymous AP's have to do if it weren't for their unending jealousy over my sports betting wins? I know 3 or 4 thousand is a whole lot of money to them, but as someone who's posted pictures of my $100,000. $50,000 and other wins, you'd think they'd be over the agitation by now.
But when how I do what I do gets the reclusive spock to show how much he follows me, gets the OBVIOUSLY inept and TOTALLY OBSESSED insecure redietz out of his self-proclaimed and now phony "retirement" from this forum, when I keep on forcing the sad but true mickey to keep scratching at that "Rob Singer itch" that for some reason he can never seem to reach, and simultaneously rattle people who want pics but never post any of their own claims---you KNOW I'm doing more than a whole lot right!
God....am I the greatest of all time or what!? And you know what? I really don't know why I bother with this type of entertainment. For the most part it's a visit to the white trash part of town for me every time I tune in. One thing anonymous people do is release their true feelings because they have such bad lives at home and by & large are miserable social failures. Such a description is enormously broadcast by the attention and relevance-craving of the #1 anonymous forum rat, kew.
However, as fun as all this is, I'll let you kooks with a grudge seethe just a little bit more. I just put $2000 @-1.5 on New England to win the SB. Aside from the fact that I'll be a winner by a couple thousand for this season either way, I'll let you folks debate over my greatness. Sure redietz will try to interject Gaming Today or any of a number of issues I've exposed about him just to show how he deserves honorable mention about if he or kew are the most disgustingly weak poster here. But have fun in the debate.
I say this because I'm busy helping a friend build his and his family's new home in Cave Creek until about March 1st, and after this post I will not be looking at this forum until then....if I ever do again. I'm doing the wireless, some electrical work, and the sound system setup for my friend.
So have a good time trying to grow up by then.
And Wise Up.
I am not crying because I lost money. I didn't bet either game. The teams I thought were the better teams both had very young, inexperienced QB's and as great a year as they both had, I don't bet on inexperience in the playoffs and especially, against very experienced QB's and coaches. I also am not a fan of any of the teams.
But the fact is the NFL blew this one big time. In a year that was just atrocious as far as officiating, they made the biggest blunder at the very end of a conference championship game, that in their own words, "likely changed the outcome of the game".
There was actually 3 penalties, by NFL rules that should have been called on the play.
1.) obviously pass interference as the defender hit the receiver long before the ball arrived.
2.) Personal foul, helmet to helmet contact. Personally I don't like this rule. Football is a violent game. That is why they wear helmets and why players are paid millions of dollars a year.
3.) Personal foul, hit on defenseless receiver. Again I don't like this rule. This is what football is. But I don't make the rules. The NFL put these rules in and has bent over backwards enforcing these two rules all year long (in the name of player protection) and then at the most critical time, doesn't enforce a blatent foul? A time that in their own words "altered the outcome of the game". A game determining who goes to the Superbowl!
So 3 penalties on the same play, same hit. 7 officials on the field, and a replay system (which I also hate) that takes a 10 minute look at just about everything and no call on the biggest play of the game that the whole world saw. And yes, there have been other blown calls. As I said this was a very bad year for NFL officiating. There have even been other calls at the critical point in a game that probably changed the outcome of the game. BUT this is the conference championship game, with a berth in the superbowl, and they make the biggest blunder probably in NFL history? I mean nothing against the Rams, who I was sort of rooting for because I don't care for Sean Payton, but it kind of taints the Superbowl. It is a big deal in my mind as a fan of the game.
Funny how everyone forgets about the Saints and what they did.
If you ask me the No-Call was Retribution for Bountygate.
New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton was suspended without pay for the 2012 season by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
Former Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams was banned indefinitely because of the team's bounty program that targeted opposing players.
I'm sick of seeing the Patriots in late season, let alone the Super Bowl.
Yeah, I know: good coaching, Brady, blah blah.
But I cannot forget how they cheated (twice), and I suspect they still do.
Whatever, I'm not planning on watching the Super Bowl this year.
Not that it matters, except to me.
Bah.
All the teams cheat in one form or another.
They just cheat better.
They also have a quarterback who is all about winning.
As far as I know that guy lives a pretty clean life focused mainly on Football and Health.
You can trust that all players and teams are doing something with some form of PED.
What is really nice about this team is they have stuck with Brady for 19 years.
They had no problem getting rid of Drew Bledsoe though after he almost got killed in a Football Game.
Course I liked Bledsoe but wasn't happy that he beat the Steelers in that AFC Championship game in 2001 when Brady got hurt.
Strange year for those two.
Bledsoe hurt in week 2. Brady does great but gets hurt and Bledsoe wins the AFC Championship game.
Brady barely beats a powerful Rams Team led by a Bag Boy from a grocery store!
One could argue the Kicker won the game.
I would say the Patriots Defense was the real winner holding the Rams to 3 points for the first 3 quarters.
No selling him off to the highest bidder like Favre or Montana.
To have this Dynasty in the last 20 Years of Salary Cap Mania!
They build a team and re-build a team around Brady.
It isn't like the Steelers in the 70s who had many of the same players.
It is an obvious system they are really good at running but this goes for the Defense even more so.
Can you name any defensive players for them currently?
19 years of them changing the Defense around and around and they still get to the AFC Championship Game or Super Bowl.
It is just an amazing run and dedication to winning no matter what happens.
He gets into the science of what to put into his body.
In bed early every night.
Sleeps the same number of hours every night.
Turns his body and mind into a machine for Football only.
Can't blame him since he proves that it is possible and works.
However this is not an easy task for anyone in general.
Laser focus and commitment avoiding all angles and trappings in life.
Combine his style with really good coaching committed to win at all costs and this is what you get.
Throw in a dash of RNG that always goes his way and it gets even better.
Obviously they are playing a system by the numbers as well as pushing the envelope cheating with what they can get away with.
Sometimes they get caught spying on teams practices or deflating footballs but it doesn't matter.
They get caught. Suspended and serve their time. Next Season they are back in the Super Bowl.
I don't hear you all crying about the Golden State Warriors or the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Were you crying about Jordan and the Bulls?
How about all those NYY Championships?
I guess if you were watching the NFL before the Super Bowl Era you would be crying about the Cleveland Browns.
No chance of that these days.
One has to admit that the Rule Changes of the NFL have helped Brady and Company but that still doesn't downplay this feat.
I have lost my taste for the NFL but it has nothing to do with the Patriots.
The game is horrible to watch with all the flags, replays and constant commercials.
Not to mention WOMEN ANNOUNCERS... F That Shit!
What is a catch or isn't a catch.
What is a Fumble or isn't a Fumble.
Even with all this technology they still get many calls wrong.
I say just let the guys kill each other and banish replay yet again.
This will not happen though.
The Barbaric Sport I once played and loved is gone forever.
They even killed fighting in the NHL.
One of the greatest things about that sport was a fight would break out 33% of games and the refs would let them fight.
Do you remember the joke:
I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out! (boxing match)
Not these days.
Thanks a lot LGBTQ community.
I am pretty sure the Democrats have part of the blame as well.
