Ok, I will answer you. I had not decided anything at that point. So I called the ambulance so that there would be a record of where the incident occurred. I mean it doesn't prove anything but come on.
The next morning I called the attorney and the reason I did so is because I think, could be mistaken, but I think an attorney need to make a formal request that they hold or preserve the evidence (video) fairly quickly, within days or weeks. So I called him, briefly told him what occurred and he wanted to meet later that day.
He laid out some possibilities as far as action and I considered them for 2 weeks, going back and forth in my head. The incident occurred on a weekend and it was a full 2 weeks later, on a Sunday that I finally made the decision to not do anything. I posted the incident the next day. I also told the attorney of my decision. Within a few days based on no small part because of the advice of some people here, I changed my mind, called the attorney back and took a second meeting.
It was at this second meeting that I in no uncertain terms told him I did not want to go to court and asked if we could see what kind of settlement offer, if any would be received, which was something that came from Axelwolf. He said something about seeing what kind of settlement you could get.
So No, the night of the incident, I had not made up my mind about anything. I was pissed and try not to make decision spur of the moment when I am pissed. I did what I thought was best, which was to call an ambulance to the location of the incident.

Here's some "AP" numbers, for those without a clue. Roughly 48% of women 25-34 in the US are college grads, much less "colleg educated." And note the word "fit," which could describe anybody not obese (or, technically, it could include obese babes who do a lot of pilates). So, to sum it up, account reports he dated a couple of women who were (probably) not obese and who at least attended college and may be among the half of women 25-34 who graduated with at least a bachelor's.
