Here's the thing coach belly. You and Alan and a couple other, routinely question things that are said that don't sound right to you. Nothing wrong with that on the surface, but it is more than that. You guys do so in a very accusing way. You are always trying to find some sort of gottch ya moment. And usually it is just something that you don't know about, so maybe it doesn't sound right to you, but almost always it is right.

As for whether the rationale is/was for giving or accepting chips, RS explains the rationale for a player requesting chips below.
He explained the scenario from a player's perspective...the same perspective that I was interested in.

Redietz I called various casinos to find out if their sports books paid in cash or chips. They all told me they paid in cash. The NGC said bets could be paid in cash or chips.
I never asked anyone about checks. That's a question someone else asked about and I was never involved in the discussion. So why did you mention me as if I was?

I asked everyone on this forum to go to a casino and sit at a blackjack table and report back if cards at the neighboring table were visible. Redietz said he did it and they were. But who else has?
I've done it and I couldn't see cards because of the angle of the tables. The only way was to stand up and shift my head to compensate for the semi circle shape of the tables. Who else has tried?
