Besides that, also, AxelWolf accepted all of the terms and just kept pressing for me to put up the money. If as Bosox says "it was all B.S.," then why did AW accept all the terms so readily and then just keep pushing for me to put up the money? Unless...just maybe...he just wanted to get his hands on the money with no intention of performing. Or, wanted me to put up the money and then later ask for the terms to be changed.

The point is - that you often shoot off your mouth then later reconsider. My advice is to think long and hard before you propose anything, that way you don't look bad and indecisive.

Given your history of...to put it politely...reconsidering on your word, there is no way I would even consider putting up a nickel for any challenge or wager involving you until you agreed on all terms absolutely.

If I had taken the bar exam the day after bar review, I definitely would not have done as well. I'd go so far as to say I might have failed.

Here is a tip if you have any kids who end up going to law school: have them take bar review after their first year of law school, during the summer. Not for purposes of passing the bar. Just trust me on this one - I didn't do it, but a lawyer suggested this to me at some point, and said that he made it to Law Review and started AMJUR'ing his classes after he did that, and that before that he often felt lost in law school. This lawyer, an older guy, who said this to me went to one of the top law schools in the country. Looking back, I can see how that might've been solid advice.

I never demanded escrow, I said I wouldn't move forward unless he came up with a legit way to guarantee payment. You are an idiot if you don't understand that(you're an idiot anyways but that's besides the point).

I didn't lose the challenge because he never made a legit challenge in the first place, anyone who isn't a moron could see this. I have proof he wanted to back out prior to that.

He was suspended for not putting up or shutting up, and making a BS offer he never has any intentions following though with. It's obvious Mike was and others were getting sick of his continued stalling. If I had to guess, Mike told him to find a way to guarantee payment within x time or take a suspension. He backed out, not me. He could have just found a way... LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD. Isn't he supposed to be an attorney? You would think that contract guarantees and this kind of stuff would be right up his alley(like your nose is up his ass). The fact that he couldn't, and wouldn't even prove he had $5,000, says something. That says he's a broke ass b**** living in his families basement living off other people's lives and pretending it is own. He spends his days and nights using fake stock trading apps passing them off as real.

Again, initially, that's all I asked, That he just proved he even has $5,000 to spare. All these pictures of cash and chips are meaningless especially since I think it's all coming from the person he works for or a family member(Just like B79'S BS was, who MDwag has a lot in common with )

He demanded people put up $50,000 just to watch him play Baccarat(that sounds like a con/ploy me) and yet you somehow think it's absurd for me to ask for a guarantee when it comes to a significant undertaking to the complete that challenge. Let's talk about why and how putting up 50,000 on deposit in a casino of his choice could lead to exposing someone's identity and other sensitive information and how you could find out one's identity. Perhaps I'll make a thread about it. (How do you make threads here, I don't even remember, I'm not sure if I ever have?)

You didn't want him to put up the 5k, because, as you stated before, you didn't care if anyone got paid or not. I'm quite certain you would have been elated to see someone successfully complete the challenge and not get paid, that's exactly what you wanted to have happen. I don't care who it is, I would never be happy to see someone earn, win or complete something and then get stiffed. I would care. That just goes to show what type of person you really are.

I don't have to put photos of s*** Jack shit up, I have a real people in real life that can vouch for me. I'm not trying to convince anybody I'm a High Rollin multimillionaire, baccarat playing, stock trading aficionado. I've said it before, I'm very comfortable I have enough money to do and buy what I want when I want (obviously within reason) and I haven't had to work a real job since the 90's.

Yes I mean for example when I went to school for torts we called it actual cause and legal cause. Perhaps when you went to law school they still called it cause in fact and proximate cause? Anyway, looking back I had not much idea of the difference between actual cause and legal cause practically right up until finals. If I had taken bar review during law school it would have solidified my understanding of all that sooner. Of course, torts is first semester first year, but anyway, you get the idea.

I still have my bar review books I was still looking at them for some time after graduating, for areas of law outside of my expertise, at least, for the basics anyway. Those books meant a lot to me and pretty much summarized my understanding for purposes of black letter law, of those particular subjects, at that time.
