None of us buy Rob story of his VP winnings. So don't waste your time.

I'll help your curiosity out eddie. The idiot ap's here, as well as yourself, consider the fact that I have won and continue to win on mostly -EV machines, to be a "mathematically impossible claim". As you know, the bunch you side with can only see +EV as winning and -EV as losing. That's why they're where they are today and why I'm where I'm at today--in both gambling and life. They have no outside-the-box capability, and most or all of them are social failures with little to no higher education.
Coach, when someone anonymous like redietz comes along and you start to expose his phony knowledge by asking questions that he'll only look even dumber trying to answer, you should know by now that he doesn't respond--just as he's never provided proof of any of his nonsense big shot sports handicapper/writer/vp player claims. To do so would, OF COURSE, make him look the fool he knows he really is.
Just as mickey never provides evidence that he actually plays anything, like kew has only a virtual hot-shot bj life, and the other anonymous "ap's" here claim to play from the safety of their armchairs, redietz' bluster about having some sort of gambling prowess is nothing but all talk and no action.
That's why he's here. That....and to solicit money.
I'm very disappointed. You didn't mention that I'm left of Marx, I'm gay, and I rape dachshunds in my spare time (male ones, of course). I do appreciate you leaving out the part about me being Jerry Sandusky's pen pal and an avid fan of the Go-Go's.
Speaking of which, where the hell did I put my Go-Go's poster?
P.S. Mr. Mendelson can verify the dachshund stuff. He can just make a few calls...the Nevada Dachshund Commission has all the details on file.
I really don't understand the need to consult with any mathematician when Rob Singer fully admits his Special Plays are at a disadvantage to the conventional plays for the same dealt cards. That's point #1 for redietz.
Point #2 is that increasing denomination for a number of hands is not a Martingale. And again he's hoping that if he missed winners at the lower denominations he will hit at the higher denomination. Is that such a crime? Is it necessary to consult with a mathematician on that?
What you keep ignoring redietz is that Special Plays are rarely used. And honestly what's the difference between a 100.1% game and a 99.7% game? If that difference is important to you then you shouldn't gamble.
Oh, redietz, you don't really gamble do you? Just a little deuces wild here and there. In fact you can probably remove sports betting from gambling, couldn't you? I'm sure you tell your clients your tips aren't a gamble, right?
Really, Mr. Mendelson, I have a hint for you, from one journalism major to another (to be precise, I switched to English/writing option halfway through). If you're going to say things about people, you may want to do a little research first. Like don't make things up, or assume, or speculate based on assumptions when you clearly know nothing about them, their history, or the field in which they operate. Or you can choose to continually make a horse's ass of yourself. If you prefer the latter, all I can say is (once again), "You do know that you're hanging yourself again, right?"
If I say something about getting checks for sports bets, is it "necessary to consult" (your words) with the NGC? I guess so.
Now if someone else makes claims about a system heretofore unknown to humankind that turns a negative EV game into a winner going forward, is it "really necessary to consult" mathematicians? Well, golly gee, I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure which way my journalism professors would lean. Forget mathematicians. What would your journalism professors, or colleagues in journalism say? Consult or not consult?
Now, and I REALLY love this, Mr. Mendelson says, "redietz, you don't really gamble do you?" as if gambling as Mr. Mendelson does it is a badge of honor or something of which to be proud. So, just for Mr. Mendelson's benefit, let me be absolutely and perfectly clear. I have mentioned each of these, I'm sure, previously, but not altogether. I love being asked, "Do I really gamble?" So here you have it:
Craps -- Do not play it, Never will. Do not even know the rules. Negative expectation game.
Baccarat -- Do not play it. Never will. Do not even know the rules. Negative expectation game.
Pai Gow -- Do not play it. Never will. Do not even know the rules. Negative expectation game.
Three Card Poker -- Do not play it. Never will. Do not even know the rules. Negative expectation game.
Roulette -- Will occasionally play machine roulette to work off free play and/or garner comps. Will use cheap match plays on live roulette. Will not play it otherwise.
Lottery -- Will occasionally play a few bucks when the Mega type stuff gets astronomical. I have blown between $300 and $400 lifetime doing that. Will not play otherwise.
Keno -- Will play free ones. Will not play otherwise.
Blackjack -- Stopped playing 25 years ago. Will play to work off medium to big match plays.
I think the question Mr. Mendelson meant to ask is, "Do I really (degenerately) gamble?" Sad to say, probably not.
Here's the problem cousin Eddie, what you are doing or saying IS NOT thinking outside the box. It is thinking outside of reality. Plain and simple, it is fantasy. There is no more a mathematical possibility of what you are claiming than there is of seeing 18 y.o.'s in a row. THAT is where you are at.
You are not stupid (but you are ugly), so you know the math. And this is precisely why you turn so angry, with all the hate and personal attacks when someone points out the math to you. You know it. I know it and almost everyone here knows it. You really aren't fooling anyone with this little game.
One mistake after the other eddie.
If you're gonna spend hours looking up old quotes--and don't try to look stupid by claiming it took you all of three minutes every time you chase your obsession--you need to follow the words as if you understand them instead of wasting your time as you did here.
Is that what this is ALL about Alan? You are somehow hurt that I have no desire to meet up with you and hangout? You feel slighted? Get over it.
Alan, I am going to explain something to you. You won't listen because you don't listen to what you don't want to hear.
I am an AP, an advantage player. I play blackjack for a living. The very industry that I must play against, wants nothing more than to stop me from playing. They go out of their way hiring database companies and consultants to try to identify AP's. Entire new industries have sprung up in the database companies like OSN, biometrics and other database companies as well as all the consultants, most phoney and taking advantage of the casino industry by feeding them a load of shit about the amount AP's really cost the casinos. But that's another story. Anyway the casino industry spends dollar(s) for every penny it saves fighting AP's.
Now this is all AP's, but many times worse for table game AP, whether it be blackjack or some of the other carnival game players, because unlike machine players we must interact with casino personnel regularly.
Now on top of an entire industry trying to identify me and out me, I have members of different websites that I participate on, attempting to out me. Here, at the previous site I was on, and even at Wizard of Vegas nearly 2 years after I was off the site, someone posted requesting my real name, address, phone number and a picture.
Alan, do can you understand that real AP's must protect their identity. We are very careful who we meet. I have met exactly 2 AP's off a forum in my time in this community. And I have turned down some opportunities of meeting some people that I respect and learned a great deal from. A couple times I turned down such an opportunity to meet with two guys that had a big influence on me, even though I knew they were in failing health and that would be my one and only chance to meet them. THAT is how guarded I am.
So tell me Alan, keeping all that in mind, why would I want to meet up with you.....a guy that has been hostile to me since the day I joined this site, repeatedly trying to discredit me. Why would I want to do that Alan?
You can call me whatever names you like, whatever makes you feel better. I am an AP. You sir have no idea what that means. But I will protect myself and try to extend my ability to earn a living by these means as long as I can. That is just the way it is.
There may come a time later in my career, as my career is winding down that I can be less guarded. But that time is not now, nor is my career winding down.
It is the same with the book thing. I have had two offers to write a book of my story. Most recent was two years ago, by a gambling publisher here in LV, and I even accepted a significant advance, which is unusual. But as I was getting started I realized this was not the right time for that. I can't tell my story, particularly some of the more recent experiences and ancedotes, without jeopardizing myself right now. So I pulled out of that deal, returned the advance money, creating hurt feeling. And I don't know if I will get another chance after that, but if I do, it will be towards the end of my career, NOT now. Right now my focus is on longevity and I will do everything I can to extend that and protect my identity.
That's funny kew. You claim I resort to personal attacks when someone disagrees with me, then you jump into "I just can't help myself" mode and call me names because you are so flustered over me. :)
Naturally I like to see such weakness, esp. from a fairy who knows they have something wrong with them from the get-go.
Just for real fun, you already know I graduated from college and grad school with degrees grounded solidly in math. Anyone who doubts this can easily check. Just re-visit wizard's interview. So explain just why I would believe what anyone here has to say about the math, when nearly all of you are anonymous cowards with no formal math education making envy-filled shout-outs against me for the simple reason that you are all too dumb or afraid to begin to try to understand anything that's said to you that disagrees with your beliefs.
Doesn't matter to me if I'm considered ugly now, or how handsome I was considered to be at half my age. What makes sense is that someone with your low IQ level who claims to be something he's not---and is absolutely AFRAID to meet me for a physical challenge because you're simply an anonymous little queer twit that would cower at the sight of anyone in top physical shape--would try to explain how the math works to someone like me, when they are unable to comprehend even the most basic exceptions and limitations in probability.
Wise up.
Now if that's not just another load of crap from what's just another cowardly ap.....
Longevity my ass. You know you don't have much time left with that corrupted system of yours. So fess up and stop with the "I play bj for a living" bs. Get this thru your tiny head: NOBODY CARES....AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY RELEVANCE FROM ANYONE HERE. If your puny life had any value, you'd have met up with Alan and proved your stupid claims. Instead, you choose the redietz route, and claim no ap has to prove anything they say, and if you don't like it lump it, take it down the road and dump it.
See why you're nothing but a lying twit?
Did they teach you in J School the first three rules of reporting? They are:
1. Accuracy
2. Accuracy
3. Accuracy
I think you failed because you keep stating inaccurate points. Your latest "If I say something about getting checks for sports bets, is it "necessary to consult" (your words) with the NGC? I guess so."
I'm going to say it again. I didn't call the NGC about getting checks from sports bets. I called only to ask if one could be paid with chips.
Now try to get something correct you pompous ass.
Alan Mendelson.
Every time you talk about Rob's system you try to confuse and reduce the issue and just focus on his special ED plays.
We all know his special ED plays are meaningless in the grand scheme of things regarding his system. That's not really what his system is about. He's willing to give up EV for a chance to hit something bigger. That's not some unique strategy, ploppys have been doing it since the start of VP.
Do you think VP is random or not?
Do you think he has a winning system? YES OR NO.
Please do go into all that nonsense about it being a good thing to quit when you are ahead or stopping if you lost too much.
Kewlj in my career I've protected real secrets. I almost went to jail protecting real secrets. Protecting your ID is nothing more than a single gray hair on my head.
Axel wolf brace yourself for my response. Number one I don't know if Rob Singer has a winning system because I don't play it and I don't use his system. Number two I certainly hope that all video poker machines are random. Of course I can't tell you if they are or not but I just hope they are.
I love how Alan thinks APs are playing games with a 100.1% return and somehow even with Rob’s terrible play he’s theoretically getting a 99.7% return.
