Wow, she's really good looking. I just looked her up. I didn't even know South Dakota had a women governor. As a general rule, a Republican will always beat a Democrat in the looks department.

Half my family is from South Dakota and I went to college there for a year, so I have a soft spot for that state. With that said, they are still trying to downplay George McGovern was from South Dakota. Those were dark days in South Dakota's history.

Kristi Noem (SD Governor) has an interesting past. In a ten year time span, she got 27 traffic citations, with 20 of them being for speeding. Can't be that - a hot women, with a hot foot! She's a hunter too. She's the total package!

Rob, in regards to your first comments I have to politely (slightly) disagree bout Biden and Clinton.

This morning, when I read the article about South Dakota and saw the words, "pork", "hot spot", along with a picture of the female governor, I immediately thought of Trump. I guess it is the same idea, but let's admit, Biden would not know what he is doing, nor find her.

I think it’s really just a credit that you’d get less of a refund next year on 2020’s return anyway rather than actually getting extra money, not that you’d understand the difference.

I've been saying right along these democrat women governors are the worst. Thank God Trump is pres. he looked great today at the briefing. Although our crazy governor is totally out of control it's interesting that Rhode Island was specifically singled out as having the problem of N.Y. and Mass. people coming here to escape and bringing their bugs with them so I would agree maybe they should be cautious for a couple of weeks but pulling them over to dress them down is silly. My wife and I went for our daily ride today. Drove by Electric Boat Were "we build the best" submarines anywhere on the planet to make sure they're going at it full force (they are). I said to her I wonder if some of the infected in our state are from New York? I haven't seen any info on that locally and then it's mentioned by the scarf lady and Trump at the briefing. Funny.

The cost of fucking up simple banking math and screwing over banks. As you only could have gotten your 2019 refund in the past 2 months, this one is on you.

Go to the IRS site and try to add new banking information for the new banking account or Green Dot card you now have. While it will delay your check, they will hopefully retry once the initial deposit is returned by the bank for being closed.

But if you fucked the bank over when you closed the account, they may take any money you screwed them out of.

I actually think this will be a larger issue as many seem to overdraw checking accounts and then just walk away to the next bank or prepaid option.

Yea they do. But I think it takes someone to screw over a few before you can’t get an account. As I required all my employees to be on Direct Deposit for payroll I ran into a few over the years who couldn’t get a checking account. My bank would work with them to open a checking account if at all possible based on the volume I brought the bank. In a few cases they said due to previous issues they could not open an account for the individual.

They then had to buy Prepaid cards that allowed money to be deposited into them. With added fees of course.

When they said "2019," tax refunds I was thinking of the tax refund I filed on like February 8,2019(Which would have been for 2018 tax year). That bank account is CLOSED. If they meant the 2019 tax refund I filed in late January 2020, that Account is still active. I might have a chance if by 2019 they meant the 2019 tax year and NOT the 2018 year. I'm screwed if they sent it to the 2018 file for the 2017 year. That bank Account is also CLOSED. Also I didn't close the Accounts, the Banks closed them themselves for overdrafts.

My $2900 hit the bank today. I've been needing new carpet for the house, and was just gonna go to Home Depot to save a few bucks. But with this windfall I'll just use the local mom-and-pop flooring store instead.
