Look, any issue I have with mickey stems from one thing. The Rob Singer double-up bug claim. Dan Druff just laid out rather no uncertain terms that Singer is a longtime troll trolling the AP community. Troll after troll, claim after claim. The double up bug was just one of those trolls or claims. Complete BS, no different than the others, except he stole a real story that had been in the news. I am sorry that mickey fell for it, thinking that because Rob had some small piece of information it must be true. I am familiar with Singers BS claim that he played the Double Up bug.

I am curious, what piece of information did Singer have that he was able to convince Mickey that he did play the DU bug?

Outside of what was in the Wired article, and later on other news sources, any additional “steps” he added wouldn’t be able to be verified, correct?

Not really additional steps to activate the bug, but it's an indicator on one of the components of the machine that allows it to be possible, you can even use this to check a machine and it will signify if it's even possible.

Unless someone has access to a machine with the glitch, or someone from IGT or Nestor/Cane can verify, there's not really any way to know the exact details.

I'm still not sure if a hand-pay is or isn't needed. Rob claims no, so it's mindboggling why anyone would take hand pays if it wasn't needed, you could just do multiple hits and cashouts all under 1200 in a day. Just think about it, you could turn any and all hits into a multiplied amount. I can't say how time-consuming the process was, but I have to imagine you could play 300 hands an hour so I'm thinking you could realistically make about 7k per hour hoping around vegas once you located numerous places and machines.

Well here is what I am thinking. Last night at 12:32am Dan posted that he would be leaving Las Vegas "tomorrow afternoon". Since the post was made at 12:32 am, that would technically be Friday afternoon. More likely Dan Druff meant Thursday afternoon and I think Rob is banking on that, so he can claim Dan Druff wouldn't meet him.

In the even that Druff actually meant Friday and is available for a meeting this evening, something will "come up" delaying it and then Rob will claim that the window has closed and he is leaving.

I have emailed and texted Druff just so he knows and hopefully is available.

Rob is not a danger to anyone. He doesn't scam, doesn't threaten physical harm to people, and doesn't dox anyone. He's just a liar and a troll. To my knowledge, not a single person has been dumb enough to follow his "systems", and if they were, that's on them. You have to do your own research when people on gambling forums claim to have found a magic bullet winning strategy. Rob has never charged a penny for his "strategies", and never gained financially from his involvement here. Additionally, he is subject to such heavy criticism that one would have to be a moron to believe anything he's claimed, given all of the counter posts and counter evidence.

Rob is and has always been part of the Vegas Casino Talk landscape. However, I have banned him from many threads here when he ruins serious discussions, and will continue to do so as needed.

Druff, maxpen has been firing homophobic content at me for almost three years. I finally got enough of it and started firing back. My intention has been to repeately insult and humiliate him for his transgressions. I've done a great job. He's triggered out the ass because he can dish it out but can't take it.

Yes, I would have done the same if it was possible to do it without hitting a Handpay.

Also, I saw Rob’s interview with Shackleford about supposedly playing the DU bug. Rob says he didn’t tell his wife until later. So she would have had no idea there was an extra $500k per year on their tax returns. I only bring this up because Rob says he tossed out his tax returns.

Supposedly his wife worked? How could she miss these huge amounts each year? Never wondered why their was no refunds?
