Attempted doxxing

The piece of shit known as Mdawg, attempted to doxx me on another forum by using my name in the title of a thread. He only used my first name as that is all he knows and recently learned. I don't think it will have the effect he desires, but he tried and that is enough.

I just want to be clear, THIS is who Michael Shackleford is protecting and enabling. It was bad enough allowing this person to make bullshit math defying claims for years now, that mislead and had the potential to hurt members of the community, but now this Mdawg is intentionally attempting to doxx a fulltime AP, in the hopes of damaging my career financially.

This is a line that shouldn't be crossed and Shackleford continuing to protect and enable this person, seriously calls into question just who's side Mr. Shackleford on.

I just read some of the True Passage stuff. Anybody can put together an echo chamber fan club forum these days. It's a do-it-yourself project, as it doesn't require anyone but yourself, really.

I don't see the problem in doxing MDawg. He doesn't know kewlJ. KewlJ knows him. Just dox him. Take a little ad out in USA Today, promote a book, "Mdawg Exposed!"

Essentially, you have a nutcase committed to publicizing that he's a winning gambler to the tune of claims a billion to one against. If he just claims to be a gambler, period, fine. But this promoting of nonsensical gambling abilities is likely doing public harm, so exposing him is exposing a flim-flam man. Putting a real name to a flim flam man is a public service.

Anyone going around on forums basically claiming to be able to do things no one else can do deserves to be outed. His family and company deserve to know about these elements of his personality.

I am aware it is out there and I doubt it will have the effect Mdawg thinks, but he tried. He escalated from his silly internet troll games of pretending to be some great gambler, and escalated to attempting to doxx a fulltime advantage player and cause harm to my career. But turn about is fair play. I currently know some personal information on this person but have no intent to release that at the moment. But sometime early next year, projected February, the Cosmopolitan sale of casino operations to MGM will close. I have friends in high places at MGM who will then have access to his information and they tell me likely prior to the actual close of the sale.

What that means is I will then know everything about his bullshit claims. There is a pretty good chance it is going to show one hell of a lot of losing play and not all the winning play that he claims, and that is why he has been comped at a high end for a long time. He is just being comped accordingly for all the losing. And there is not a damn thing he can do to hide or change that information.

Whatever it shows, I promise that I am going to post the information for ALL to SEE and end these bullshit claims and adventure that Shackleford should have ended a year ago. And now that Mdawg attempted to dox me, I will have no problem revealing everything, right down to his Tax ID number (substitute for SS #) and DoB. The gloves are off.

BUT I have never revealed any of that personal info despite my feeling for these 2 people. That is a line that should not be crossed.

Now, people will say I did reveal the Singer food stamp abuse incident and yes I did. But I revealed it in a way that did not compromise any personal information. And I did so because it was just too damn funny and HAD to be shared. At the very time this clown now claims to have been playing the double up bug (a claim he stole), and making millions, he actually lived in a trailer park in Pahrump of all places, where he not only was on food stamps, but got busted for abusing the program. :D;) Shit that funny HAD to be shared. :cool: But I still did so without compromising him

Mickey this is just not true. Something like this CAN and IS removed. I believe once the ineligible penalty period is over, it either disappears automatically or the person can ask to have it removed. Not sure exactly how it works, you can ask Rob. While I believe that you didn't see it, others besides myself have. And a few months after it was mentioned on this forum, it was removed. Maybe the 10 years was up and it comes off automatically, but my guess is Rob asked to have it removed.

We know from physical evidence Robbie never owned a Newell. We also know he never made millions on the Double Up. Without proof I'm not buying into the whole food stamps thing. Possible but very doubtful.

That is absolutely your right Ozzy. I didn't take a screenshot of the food stamps case. I didn't think too and wouldn't have posted it if I had. But at the risk of rehashing the whole Rob Singer case, which I am satisfied has been debunked, let me remind you of a few things.

1.) Other people did post screenshots or links to his eviction judgements and bankruptcies. Singer's defense to this was that these were "tools to build wealth". Is it really a surprise that a person thinking like that would abuse food stamps in a similar manner?

2.) Singer once accused someone, I forget who (maybe MaxPen) of running a scam where on the first of the month this person stood outside the local supermarket, offering to pay for people's food purchases on his foodstamp card in exchange for cash. I mean who knows of these kind of scams other than the people that have done so. And that is always the thing with Singer. When he says someone did this or that, it almost always turns out to be something he did. That is called "projecting" and is a big tell.

The food stamp thing wasn't even a big thing to me. It was the timing. If I remember correctly right at the end of the period he claims the double up bug millions.

And here is another one that is all about the timing. Didn't the bankruptcy occur during a period he was claiming to have make big money from his progression system?

It is really a totality of things, not any single thing. Like I said, the food stamp thing struck me as funny as hell because of the timing and to a lesser extent where he was living just after he had supposedly made big bucks from the double up.

But you and mickey are correct in that unless someone now steps forward with a screenshot from the past, the food stamp abuse reference has disappeared. (probably with some urging). :D

And since the judgement was only for a relatively small amount, I forget exactly but less than $1000, wouldn't any normal person with the money that Singer is claiming at that time from gambling, have paid that judgement and avoided having the judgement and evicted on the record? 1) Rob claimed to have had a Newell for years, but never a photo of him and Newell or his family and Newell and so on. We were treated to photos of old CB equipment, and some handguns, of course, but no Newell pics.

2) When he took out the RV trader ad, he did it for some ridiculously short time, like three days or something. So I looked up the ad pricing for that issue, and he had bought the absolute bottom barrel three-day special or some such...allegedly to sell the Newell! Was there even a pic in the ad? I don't remember, but whatever he bought was the absolute lowest end, shortest run ad. It was so obvious and bad, it did come across as him spoofing himself, in a sense.

Breaker, breaker one nine. The Newell was irrelevant, pretty much just another Singer deflection, until he himself made it relevant, after the Shackleford interview last year when both Shackleford and Dan Druff pressured Rob to show some kind of evidence relating to his double up bug claim. What Rob came up with was that he had spent the money on this fantasy Newell. He did that. He tied it to the claim!

So that left him to try to come up with something anything to support the fantasy Newell. First it was the phony bill of sale with no company logo or letterhead. Like a company selling ,million dollar RV's doesn't have bill of sales with their name on it. :D Second hilarious thing about the bill of sale, was all 3 signatures buyers and dealership salesman were in the same handwriting. STRIKE 1

When that fell through next up was the pictures in the dealership showroom fiasco. STRIKE 2 Funniest thing about that fiasco is the very latest development where Rob just last month, admits the pictures in the RV was not his RV, but says it was identical to his. If you actually own that RV, why would you go to the dealership to take pictures in a similar RV? ;):D

The ad was placed to support #2. But as redietz points out. Rob sprung for the minimum ad, minimum days, minimum pictures and then showed only 2 pictures that we had already seen and HE NOW ADMITS WEREN'T HIS RV. So we are to believe he placed pictures of an RV for sale that were not the actual RV but "similar" to the RV? We say this all the time, but seriously....You can't make this shit up!

The two funniest things about the Newell story:

1) Rob claimed to have had a Newell for years, but never a photo of him and Newell or his family and Newell and so on. We were treated to photos of old CB equipment, and some handguns, of course, but no Newell pics.

2) When he took out the RV trader ad, he did it for some ridiculously short time, like three days or something. So I looked up the ad pricing for that issue, and he had bought the absolute bottom barrel three-day special or some such...allegedly to sell the Newell! Was there even a pic in the ad? I don't remember, but whatever he bought was the absolute lowest end, shortest run ad. It was so obvious and bad, it did come across as him spoofing himself, in a sense.

And since the judgement was only for a relatively small amount, I forget exactly but less than $1000, wouldn't any normal person with the money that Singer is claiming at that time from gambling, have paid that judgement and avoided having the judgement and evicted on the record? Breaker, breaker one nine. The Newell was irrelevant, pretty much just another Singer deflection, until he himself made it relevant, after the Shackleford interview last year when both Shackleford and Dan Druff pressured Rob to show some kind of evidence relating to his double up bug claim. What Rob came up with was that he had spent the money on this fantasy Newell. He did that. He tied it to the claim!

So that left him to try to come up with something anything to support the fantasy Newell. First it was the phony bill of sale with no company logo or letterhead. Like a company selling ,million dollar RV's doesn't have bill of sales with their name on it. :D Second hilarious thing about the bill of sale, was all 3 signatures buyers and dealership salesman were in the same handwriting. STRIKE 1

When that fell through next up was the pictures in the dealership showroom fiasco. STRIKE 2 Funniest thing about that fiasco is the very latest development where Rob just last month, admits the pictures in the RV was not his RV, but says it was identical to his. If you actually own that RV, why would you go to the dealership to take pictures in a similar RV? ;):D

The ad was placed to support #2. But as redietz points out. Rob sprung for the minimum ad, minimum days, minimum pictures and then showed only 2 pictures that we had already seen and HE NOW ADMITS WEREN'T HIS RV. So we are to believe he placed pictures of an RV for sale that were not the actual RV but "similar" to the RV? We say this all the time, but seriously....You can't make this shit up!

When I pointed out that Singer told us the sequence of events for the double up bug that was published in the newspaper article was wrong, KJ scrambled to contact the author. That devasted KJ. So he went to another theory; someone else had to have taught Rob the sequence. I put up a 1K reward. Its been what? Two years? Singer even published the strategy. The Wizard's interview of Singer garnered publicity throughout the AP world. No one has come forward with evidence they taught Singer anything. TWO FUCKING YEARS!! No one else but Singer ever put up what they called the correct sequence. No one ever said Singer's published sequence was wrong.

Axel, you're missing the point. If someone doesn't want it to be that someone they dislike has, had, or did something, then no picture of anything will ever be accepted as any type of "proof". You've seen it--when someone who has an online friendly agenda with other posters comes along with any kind of claim, controversial or not, there's this effort made to comment about it as if it were absolutely true. No questions asked.

In my case with our Newell, for a few, accepting it would be troublesome to them in that I tied that purchase to my 5-1/2 years of profiting off the DU play--even though we could have bought one with our retirement account, which would have been unwise given what money sinkholes those things are for normal people. Yes I admitted that the interior pics I posted were not from mine but I did it because it was very similar to our interior scheme, and the RV was very close to our home while ours was stored 50 miles away. I had no idea there were already pics on a used RV for sale site. Naturally critics did what they do. So when they vowed to come over to see it when I put it up for sale, they cowered so they would not have to face the music, and so they could safely continue to lie about it. They did not really want the actual proof. It is not the ending critics could deal with.

As for how I treat other aspects of what we've had or have over the years, we choose to do things differently that cliques of gamblers or "online posting buddies" see as normal. We have a close-knit, trusting family and I chose to take complete advantage of that in order that our passing, when it comes, is as easy on our family as possible. I learned much of what I do in that regard from some very savvy people who I traveled the world with. I also learned how to bug the hell out of people like kew, which has never stopped paying dividends. :)

Pictures as supposed proof is in the eye of the beholder.

I don't want to rehash the whole Singer DU Bug claim AGAIN and luckily I don't have time as I am heading out of town for a few days. Two things I am going to say and that will be it.

1.) the fact that Singer knew the sequence 10 years later, 7 years after the story broke proves NOTHING. It is not proof that he knew the sequence back in 2005-2009. There are numerous ways he could have found out that information after the fact. Everything from someone that knew telling him to getting his hands on a machine or finding a machine out in a remote location that had not been fixed. If someone found a machine, were looking for that sequence, after the fact, it wouldn't take much playing around to figure it out.

2.) I don't have time to find it now and am not going to look later but on this very forum when the story broke in 2013, Singer's first response was that what Kane/Nester did was illegal and cheating. He used those words. Now don't give me any crap about an attempt to deflect. The fact is that if he had found and made this play and been charged at any point later, his first defense would be that he didn't know it was illegal. So for him to say publicly that he thought it was illegal and cheating doesn't fly.

Sometimes you just have to accept common sense and common sense tells me this is a guy with so many ever changing stories and this is one.

Again the Newell, an unrelated tall tale for many years becomes relevant because when pressured by 2 forum administrators for proof last year, Singer tied the Newell to the double up claim as his proof. He then had to prove the Newell existed which he failed at epically. And anyone that wants to ignore or separate that is ignoring or trying to change history and reality.

I haven't yet known anyone that can 100% confirm the sequence. The person I believe to know what he is talking about hasn't actually gone through the sequence on a bugged machine. I haven't yet known anyone that can 100% confirm the sequence. The person I believe to know what he is talking about hasn't actually gone through the sequence on a bugged machine. Nope. But you did, IIRC. It stands to reason that any amount of credits would get multiplied when you switched up. if not I would assume it would be on a hand that would create a lock up on the switched-up denomination. It's a glitch so anything is possible. What made me originally believed that it only worked during a hand pay situation.... cuz for the life of me I couldn't figure out why these guys would be so stupid to take hand pays. I guess I might consider taking one super high limit handpay just to make sure I made a nice chunk of money not knowing how long it would last, or who else knew about it. Of course, I'd want to time it just right, be established as a high rolling player, find a place that would really wouldn't blink for a 200,000+ jackpot. With all that, I'm quite certain it would just be easier to snap off many non-jackpot hits a day. If Someone really wanted to I can't see why they couldn't take 75,000 out in 24 hours from multiple locations.

I don't know, perhaps. If he wasn't certain about the legality at the time I can see a situation where it would probably be best just to keep it to yourself if that person isn't going to be involved playing. One might not tell their significant other fearing they might be concerned about the legality themselves and then worry for you.
There are certainly close-knit families that keep their work-life separate and probably some you're not supposed to be sharing.
