:confused:Sure it does, go to casino promotions.
OK I found it. Wouldn't show up on my phone but it did on my computer.
Still a good income source
Just got a text saying ALL DTG's DBP & DDBP games are at >100%..
Maybe they didn't get killed during the last promo?
I was told there's no reduction in points or benefits and all denominations are included, so that helps. No not as good as FPDW but the fact that they're doing something like this again shows the place is trying to be different and it wasn't just some confused mistake.
So every video poker machine in the entire joint must have DB and/or DDB on it or this is false advertising (unless machines carrying VP without both themes will have at least one other theme besides those two with 100%+ payback). The rule with casinos is "always read the fine print".
Not a big deal, however, this is an example of why I have a love hate relationship with the forums. Guys like me go down there take the time to test multiple machines for full points, promos etc and then everyone else gets the information for free, and it might tip off the casino or some darksider.
I will look next time I go there. I thought they had some machines near the hallway that didn',t but I cant say for sure. Whatever the case, its still good to have 99% of their machines paying 100%+. I was there a few weeks ago and only a few pro's came in late night to play the bar. I don't think most AP's checked the bar points.
What's their highest denomination machine? Anything over $5 would be worth a trip to me now that I can move again.
Thanks. I think I read the last time that there was only 1 or 2 of the 10-plays. Likely will be taken day and night.
desperate
First, my play strategy does work because it has. And, it cannot be used on anything but 6 denominations with the same ratios between denominations as I played it. Anything other than that would not be my strategy. But it is correct to say that slot club benefits are meaningless when playing it. I did not count them into my results at all.
That said, I would make the trip if there were >$5 machines to play ddbp on a single denomination that includes no reduction or elimination of slot club benefits, and I would never mind anyone watching. Like I've said, I stopped playing my strategy in 2004. I stopped playing the double up flaw in 2009. Since then, I do my best to only play with an edge with club benefits etc. etc. like any AP does.
Well opening a casino off Fremont, with renovated modern rooms with strip rates wasn’t exactly the best idea. Trying to make your pool a destination (see Picnic) like a strip pool wasn’t exactly the best idea. Willing to match strip casino players offers wasn’t exactly the best idea. Hiring strip casino hosts with guaranteed salaries under the impression they would bring strip players DT wasn’t exactly the best idea.
So we are not exactly dealing with casino marketing geniuses here.
Great Axel. Hopefully they will comp you in some way (restaurant vouchers/free play/cranking up one or more of DW,JP,BP or the other non-DB/non-DDB themes on the non-DB/non-DDB VP machine to 100%+) if you find machines with VP on them that don't have DB/DDB on them and also don't have any other VP on them with w/ 100%+ payback. I'm not suggesting that you get gaming involved if they false advertise, but obviously there are some people that would if they aren't comped for pointing out the false advertising.
I am having a pipe-dream right now where you find a machine with OEJ on it there that has no DDB/DB and the slot manager has the slot attendant make the OEJ into the ace-line 101.5% OEJ game to comp you for the inconvenience.
I believe they are smart enough to make their claim true, in the spirit of Nevada gaming law.
That said I’m not sure it brings in the clientele they are looking for. But they are willing to accept the AP’s advantage in the false belief that others will show up and lose enough to cover the potential AP winnings.
While I don’t expect anyone to give their secret success to casino ownership, what exactly can this place do to increase handle to make themselves more attractive to a potential buyer.
Any intelligent potential buyer would see through this desperate attempt at producing volume. But what options do they have in an over saturated market, while in a bad location?
SKYLINE is a way better play than DTG, not even close really.
