Occasionally even costs me a small payout, three of a kind or such and I let it go. Yesterday playing $1, bonus, I held 3,4,6,7 of hearts. I drew the 5 of hearts but in the process my 4 of hearts disappeared and turning into a jack of clubs. I was like WTF?
I wasn't going to let my $250 payout go without at least making some noise. I figured that is all it would come to, I would complain and be told "thems the breaks". So the slot attendant opens the machine, pushes a few buttons and is able to see that my original 5 cards were 3,4,6,7 hearts and something else. But it said that I only held the 3,6,7, which was wrong. So she calls a manager, who comes over, verified that my original cards were 3,4,6,7 hearts and I drew the 5. She was very nice and accommodating. Said she plays VP and knows these machines sometimes skip and she authorizes the attendant to pay me. I was very pleasantly surprised at how it was handled.
