I should have new entries up every couple of days going forward.
My motive is to write good stuff. I actually have gotten a couple of nice thumbs up from journalists.
It's a non-commercial site. I make that clear in one of the opening entries.
Are you suggesting that I'm selling something? When you see an ad, you let me know. My ad, an offshore ad, clickbait, any ad.
Go ahead and try to hire me through the blog or website, which isn't even up. You can't hire me. I'm not selling anything. In fact, I state that in one of the initial blogs.
Other than that, great comments. You're spot on, as usual. Thanks a bunch.
So BoSox, if you were implying that I was selling something (and I do not want to leap to conclusions here -- allow others to do that, LOL), after you have actually read the opening entries, and after you or anyone you know has tried to buy something, and it turns out you were wrong, will you say, "I was wrong; I apologize?" It isn't hard to do, although Fonzie had a helluva time saying it on Happy Days. But he got over it and was able to say, I was W-R-R-O....W-R-R-O-O-...W-R-R-O-O-N-N-G-G.
Take a lesson from The Fonz.
redietz, NO I am not suggesting or implying that you are selling anything.
"Other than that, great comments. You're spot on, as usual. Thanks a bunch."
Take your underhanded sarcasm and shove it up your ass you arrogant prick. I do not think you went about it right in how you disclosed the new start up blog for notifying members. Heaven forbid if someone else has a different view than you.
I don’t think this should have been posted in the Las Vegas subforum.
Who knows what redietz expects to get out of all this--other than praise from the usual few suspects? No different than anybody else who craves attention.
I read the spot on Kaepernack, where it's almost like Red's performing the typical misguided liberal lip-service by apologizing for being white. Where's the part about 1-1/2 years ago when John Elway invited him in for a tryout, offered him a QB job, but the intolerant America-hating activist and racist spook accused Elway of all sorts of insulting things before turning it down, saying the money was beneath him? Then his stupid tryout stunt in Atlanta this year, concocted for the sole reason or hatred against the NFL and whites. This is clearly a confused and angry man who wants all the attention and all the money....but none of the work.
I took his infatuation with Jean Scott with a grain of salt. All he does is repeat Jean's own talking points as she drifted off into retirement. It could never be, of course, that she and Brad were very fortunate to have caring enough children to take care of them as they finally ran out of funds from 20+ years of almost daily gambling. Naturally it made no sense to him to consider how such a couple who did nothing but Win Win Win and raped all LV slot clubs over and over again, we're continually and without interruption, invited in to do it non-stop for all those years. Nope....doesnt fit the redietz agenda. What I'd have liked to see is how the Queen used to write about never selling her Indiana home when she first came to LV, but then had to suddenly rush home to unload it after being hit by the reality that IS living in LV for nearly every single newly-arrived wide-eyed fool.
And finally....red thanks her for his knowledge about slot clubs and getting maximum comps. WTF?? Are you really that dense? You couldn't figure out how to best manipulate available benefits to your maximum advantage WITHOUT her guidance? Do you think Bob Dancer needed her to understand anything? Do you think I needed her tutelage? How about axel, mickey, boz, max, or any of the ap's here or at WoV? What is wrong with you? Her best attribute was in how to make money off of marketing herself through books, columns and media appearances. But of course you missed that.
I had Jean's book in the early days. As I remember I learned things about working drawings from her. Jean has always been a player's advocate. Rob's claims of them being broke are pure fantasy. He wishes it so but it's not true. And please, Rob, spare us from the "I know someone that told me all about their being broke." I really don't get your need to put out disiniformation on them.
Are you saying you'd haven't of figured out drawings if not for her book?? My point was, those who forged ahead once they became involved in gambling and decided to make it important in their lives, did not require someone else to tell them how to make the very most of it. Sure she helped countless occasional/recreational/seemingly "uninterested in doing anything but hitting jackpots" gamblers.....basically helping those type of people become addicted to slot clubs, casino hosts, and anything that would boost her brand.
As far as my believing they finally went broke---I don't care a thing about whether they are or not. It's my belief, based on them selling a house that she told me directly to my face that she would never need to do. Based on how the vast majority of gambling dreamers who move to LV with both guns a-blazin' thinking the casinos would always be their own personal ATM's. Based on how it's almost impossible except for those with extreme discipline and purpose to be able to play machines nearly everyday and continuously win. Based on how people addicted to slot clubs and "freebies" (you've seen a host of them here--esp. in the threads about CET Total Rewards) are willing to lose thousands every year just to be able to "talk" about their oh-so-special slot club status. And based upon how her and Brad are THE POSTER CHILDREN for owning the bewilderment patent on how it is that people can write about how they win year after year after year while getting so-called maximum value from every slot club in town, while the beaten down casinos have zero problems welcoming them back in time after time to do it all over and over again.
The main point here is, no player or players as in this case, constantly win esp. on machines, every year for over TWENTY YEARS, and never gets banned from playing. ESPECIALLY if one of those two people boastfully writes about it in the media ALL THE TIME. it makes no sense, and just as she and Brad both told me early on, she's on a teacher's pension and he's on a military pension. 2+2=4.
It's all a common sense issue. That's why I believe it to be true. Do you have any info to counter that, other than they're a sweet old couple with too many medical issues?

Sadly though over time even the top AP's get beaten down just like the casinos. Like right here on this board one member suddenly seen the light and is moving out of town for a chance at a easier life. He is about to purchase a farm, he already bought the new truck and is starting a new beginning. Hopefully, he moves down south as he possesses many of the same prejudices of some of the oldtimers down there. I wish you well monet.
I don't have any proof of anything just like you don't. But you always seem to think the worst of people.
She recently wrote in her blog that they sold two condos in Las Vegas that they owned. These two were different than the one they lived in. If she had a house in Indiana after they moved to Vegas I didn't know about it. Brad is wheel chair bound now. The casinos are no life for them anymore. It doesn't mean they had to go broke to realize that. Do they still need the house and condos? I don't think so. I know what I'm planning and it's all going to be simple and easy. Get rid of the stuff that weights you down. At their ages they just need one home to live in.
People want to be close to their kids not just when they get old, always. My mother and step-father both moved to Juneau, Alaska in 1970, four years after they divorced. He was already remarried. He scored a good job in Alaska and the kids wanted to go. My mother moved there because of the kids. She was a cook and could get a job anywhere. People want to be around their kids. They lived there until they both died. Why? Because that's where their kids lived. So saying that J & B had to move to Georgia to be with family because they are broke is not very good speculation. People want to be with their families. You've written about that many times.
I don't choose to think the worst about them. I've written many times about how much I respect what Brad told me about his naval career and talked to him about my father's WWII 4 years' service in a submarine. I've also said how impressed I was with how Jean--as an English teacher--was able to succeed as she has as a gambling industry marketeer.
Jean can say anything she wants about selling multiple properties in LV and nobody is going to fact check any of it. Why not? Because she has never been a polarizing or controversial individual in order to protect her reputation and brand. I simply don't believe that take, because of her having to sell that Indiana home a year after telling me she never would.
Here's something I am aware of but you couldn't be. Yes, people like to be nearby their family. I agree. But....when you get old, the LAST thing you want to do if at all possible, is burden or ask to burden your children and/or grandchildren with home care responsibilities IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO MOVE INTO A NEARBY NURSING HOME where they are easily accessible, or a nursing home anywhere!
This is all pretty simple to me. How do you explain 20+ years of constantly beating and raping the slot clubs of the same casinos over andover andover again, while ALWAYS being welcome. Especially at their favorite place: Gold Coast? Her story might be one of a feel-good nature when tossing the softball questions, but I take a few issues and analyze them from the inside out. As much as I respect Brad and firmly believe Jean to be a truly good person, It just doesn't pass the sniff test.
I'll add that it's more probable Jean and Brad have had more success at gambling and have had far better and longer lives than the guy posting as mdawg.
That was my final post about this.
Not sure I see your point.
I am certainly not some Top AP as you suggest.
I've just been in the culture for over 30 years.
As I have said before the whole thing is not even close to what is told on forums or the internet.
Most of it is Lie, Cheat and Steal and when the party is over you will have no friends around.
This holds true in just about every walk of life but more so in the world of Vegas or as you call it AP.
Nothing lasts forever.
Things change and if you can't change with them you get left behind.
I had a good run but the truth is the Games and Advantages are different.
It took them over 25 years to adjust.
Time or Age catches up to us all and eventually people die, houses get sold... etc etc.
It gets harder to push the buttons for hours/days on end.
I know a few guys around 55 that still do it which is impressive but after hitting 40 the years of Steak House and Buffets catch up to some of us.
If I am able to actually retire to the country and a farm it will be more of a hobby farm.
I grew up in more of a rural setting till moving to Vegas in the early 90s.
I'm just tired of the Desert and would like to get around some grass and trees before blooping.
I am finding it difficult to get everyone on board to uproot over 1600 miles to a new beginning.
Especially since other family members have recently opened a small restaurant.
Whatever though... get back to blowing guys in the parking lot.
Here's a GOOD way to really stretch taking this thread in a different direction. Just a reminder of how all our petty disagreements really are.
Whenever you're out and about, I know it's becoming very rare to spot any remaining WWII veteran's. Most are not hard to notice: the guys are ancient, and are almost always wearing a WWII cap. These people are national treasures and are easily our greatest generation. Over the years I've always gone up to them--mostly in their wheelchairs--and thanked them for a life that included an amount of sacrifice and courage that with few exceptions, we just don't see any more and cannot really fathom. These guys saved the freaking world, all while facing situations filled with unparalleled horror and fear.
I recall my father explaining how he went on every war cruise his submarine was tasked to take over 4 years in the USS Bergall. He lost hearing in one ear from the depth charges. He tried describing the fear the sailors went thru every time they got attacked underwater--the silence, the sudden explosions not knowing if the ship was going to be instantly destroyed, and the terrifying water sprays and leaks. I wonder still how these heroes never lost their minds. The most fantastic part? Throughout my childhood and up until I left for college, there was not one tell about him that showed his scars from the war. Back then I was too stupid and into my own things to realize it, but later in my 20's I began to understand---what he and his generation did for our country and the world and the way they had to do it, is something we will never witness again. What those sailors, marines, army and AF vets did was exceptional.
So if you are lucky enuf to ever run into any of those who remain with us, don't be shy about telling them how much you appreciate what they've done for all of us. Believe me, it will not only make their day, it will also warm the heart of the younger relative pushing the wheelchair or assisting them.
It's a shame that "Singer" fills these pages with disgusting lies and stupidly hurtful comments.
For example, what he posted above made me think of my late wife's brother, who served in the Navy aboard a nuclear sub. Tough assignments -- nobody in your family can know where you are. Everything has to be completely, utterly secret, and your assignments last months.
Of course, when I think of Patrick's assignments, I also remember that "Singer" claims Patrick's sister killed herself. Publicly posted that his sister killed herself, which is not only not true, it's absolutely disgusting. Real people affected by "Singer's" lies, whether it's Patrick's sister or Jean and Brad Scott.
When you go on record with despicable comments, it's hard to disavow yourself from them.
Over the past several years Jean wrote a lot about the constant erosion of slot club benefits and vp edges. I think it got to the point it just wasn't worth it to them anymore. I know from my own experience that big edges weren't always constantly there, they popped up from time to time and I pounced. A lot of casinos in southern Nevada. Which one is going to put on the juicy promotion this time? That's what the mail box was for. The competition between the casinos was advantageous to some players.
But video poker has been fading away for years. It finally reached a point where, between that and their old age, the finally bailed out. But you don't have to go broke to bail out. You just quit when the edge is not there anymore. Admittedly, they worked smaller edges than I would have.
In response to me redeitz wrote:
"Are you suggesting that I'm selling something?
So BoSox, if you were implying that I was selling something"
In my first reply I said:
"redeitz, NO I am not suggesting or implying that you are selling anything."
However, I re-thought this through and changed my opinion on the matter. Mr. Wise Guy, I think that you are in fact advertising and selling yourself for free, in hope of possibly having big name recognition down the road. Apparently, you wont be happy until one day when you will be recognized by everyone when you are walking down the street.
Not true what you are saying. In fact, a mother and father who JUST lost their daughter to suicide and were expressing grief over their tragic loss was coldly told by an online Troll,"I'm glad your Daughter is dead by suicide. You guys should also off yourselves as well!" Luckily the Troll was found out, jailed, and then banned from internet devices for a long while IIRC. You don't write stuff like that to griecing parents.
I couldn't be aware of what? It's not a matter of whether you can afford nursing home care or not. An elderly person who has SS as their only income qualifies for nursing home care. I dont' know if SS or the state or the feds pay for it but all elderly low income people in need of it get nursing home care.
You've jumped to a lot of conclusions. They rented an apartment near her kids and grandkids. Jean is still in good shape. It's Brad thats down. But still not disabled enough for a nursing home. But when the times comes I'm sure we will be seeing him enter a nursing home. Rob, they are not there to burden her kids, they are there to be near their kids. I just dont' know where you come up with this stuff.
Mickey, now you just went and ruined Rob's fantasy life's dream. Deep down he knows the truth that he was never a real avantage player in gaming like you are, but Rob consoled his secret jealosy of you with the thought that at least in his mind he is rich compared to you. One day he would get his revenge by living in a fancy assisted living facility while thinking that you would be living in some abandoned boxcar somewhere.
I wasn't talking about whether anyone can afford nursing home care or not. It was wholly about why an elderly couple or person would NEVER choose to become a burden (in care, not money) such as that upon their children or grandchildren. People without children could never truly, clearly see that.
Yes, some old people sometimes move near their families as they decline, esp. when more help and assistance is needed. Whether Jean is in poor health or not is something neither you nor I know. What's curious is why they waited this long to make such a move if it wasn't for various assistance reasons. I'm not buying the slowly diminishing edges theory either. I've watched them gamble, feverishly, and they can't even stop when they want to talk to you.
Either way, it's all opinion and no one's gonna track any of it down. I simply believe that I understand them better than you, for multiple reasons.
Nice Jean Scott tribute piece redietz. I think people still underestimate how much others learned from her.
i
Through the years they progressed from single line quarter play all the way up to 100 line quarter plays. And if you believe they did it with pension money and book sales then I have some property east of Miami you are surely interested in. Ask anyon ewith experience, including yourself. There's no money in video poker products. No real money anyway.
Didn't you say you got your place back east to be near your daughter. Why do you want to burden your daughter like that? See. That's how stupid it is. I know you aren't burdening your daughter. But it's just how easy it is to make an unfounded accusation.
All that help and assistance you think they need so badly. It's all covered by medicare. Ever heard of Personal Care Assistants that go to the homes of the elderly disabled? Who do you think pays them?
You just like to think the worst of some people. You don't understand Jean and Brad better than I do. And no you don't have multiple reasons. You are just continuing your old habit of talking trash about people without any proof. You are obsessed with them. You've been trashing them for years. Why? Why is that so important to you. Don't you have anything more constructive to do.
Rob, you must live somewhere close to family or will in the future. Should we assume that you are or will be a burden on them?
Pension and gambling products money so they could progress to higher limits? C'mon man. Think about it. An old couple with some serious health problems RENTING AN APT. nearby relatives? After "selling multipleLV properties"?? Here's a flash mickey: old people--ESPECIALLY those with cash--DO NOT WANT TO AND WILL NOT LIVE IN AN APT. IF THEY HAVE ANY OTHER PURCHASE OPTION. Nuff said.
Yes, we got a place in eastern SD for part of the summer and fall....hundreds of miles from where my family is in St. Paul.
It may seem that I'm thinking the worst for Jean but I'm not. You're far off base because you're not able to see anything from a parent/grandparent perspective and I am. Obviously. That's why I can see this much clearer than you. You automatically think that anyone who moves to LV and claims they're advantage players while knowing the slick sides of slot club benefits, is set forlife. Well they blew it all there and they're now doing whatever they can to survive. They're lucky they have family to help them as they slip into old age. You want them to have somehow inexplicably constantly beaten casinos for cash and benefits. You should know that doesn't make sense, especially for a public figure who writes about the conquests non-stop.
Jean and Brad are EXACTLY what I've always written about them: decent people who lose most years while she publicly explains being a yearly winner. How? By self-overvaluating all the comps and benefits obtained from playing machines. Do you really believe she didn't do everything in her power to be able to stay there and keep playing?
They had a good run. But Vegas caught up with them.
I know very little about Jean and her husband. I never noticed her giving out too much sensitive information. I could be wrong, but it seems to me they were mostly playing VP with a low percentage very high volume. Her information was about basic video poker AP stuff that was great for beginners. I know books aren't normally worth a lot, however, didn't have a best-selling book? What type of income did that(is there a way to find that out?) and her website generate? I know they got $100,000 dealt Royal and shared a $500,000 slot tournament win. I occasionally still use her free frugal VP program(actually the free version of Wolf VP) , it's the only one I own. At the time it came out it had a shitload of great tools compared to what I was using at the time(VP TUTOR) , it even generated a color coded strategy chart you could print out, that was simply amazing to me at the time since I was making my own color coded strategy cards from scratch plugging in hand after hand, on games I needed to. I was able to condense them down significantly sine I don't need a strategy card to tell me the obvious hands. That program is certainly out of date at this point, but, I refuse to buy a program and support the people that spread VP AP information.
Whatever the case, good on them, they seem to have done well, they were doing what they loved while making money and enjoying the good life. Isn't the entire goal no matter what you're doing... just to be happy and enjoy life?
I will continue to combat your campaign of disinformation on them. Your claims are unfounded and totally outrageous. I challenge you to provide proof of any of your claims. You can't. All you have is speculation and innuendo. The real shame here is you spending your final days bashing these people. It's really sad and says more about you than them.
Thousands of people know who Jean and Brad are. You are the only one making scurrilous claims about them.
Right here. You took a piece of 2nd hand information and turned it into what you wanted to turned it into. I said they rented an apartment. Do I know they rented an apartment. No. She actually wrote something like they "live close to her kids and grand kids." For all I know they bought a house or condo. But you took this piece of 2nd hand information and blew it into Jean and Brad are broke. You are the one that is off base.
But even if it is an apartment so what? Your speculation about what they can and can't afford is weak. You know nothing. You just bash. The big question is why? Why is it so important to you that they have to be broke. What would happen if you found out different? Would your whole world would fall apart.
You must have missed the memo: speculation and innuendo, disagreement and arguing, name-calling and bad-mouthing, lies and disinformation, and disingenuous denials....these things make up the baseline of a gambling forum. And nobody proves anything on forums even if they could. You should know that. Comments are all opinion-based and derived from common sense interpretations based on reading and conversational experiences...aka, life experience. What makes easy sense to one person may seem very unlikely to another. It's what makes us who we are. Why do you think the very reasonable and caring platform President Trump lays out almost unanimously hits dense layers when it gets to the democrats?
Finally, I'd never snoop into Jean's life to find out what's really going on. I'm happy and sure about my assessment and how I arrived at it, and I wish them nothing but a comfortable remainder of their days.
MY final days?? Yikes!
Don't care about that stuff. My point was, old folks--esp. if one or both has health issues--BY AND LARGE want nothing to do with the noise and busy nature of being around so many others at that time in their lives. And I don't even know where or how they live. I'm just going by what YOU said.
Again, simple common sense.
Rob, are you seriously claiming it is unusual for people to want to move closer to their kids later in life?
It's practically a cliche you hear from people contemplating their lives after retirement: "I want to move to X to be closer to my children and grandchildren".
I wonder if you're projecting some peculiarity of your own nature on to others.
No, I didn't miss the memo. You've made it plain and clear for years here that you will write any derogatory remark about anyone and you don't let the truth get in the way. You are the only one that writes the stuff about Jean that you do.
Brad is 87 years old and now has difficulty getting around but quit going to the casinos and playing video poker because he went broke? If he hadn't went broke he'd still be there banging away until he's a 100 years old? Being wheeled into the casino in a hospital bed? Yep, it has to be according to Rob. IT CERTAINLY COULDN'T BE BECAUSE HE'S TO OLD TO GET AROUND ANYMORE, right, Rob? Is that what "common sense" tells you?
BTW, I got a call from my Nurse Practitioner's office today. They wanted me to update them on any issues I may be having two days before my appointment. And they also asked me "Do you need any assistance around the house?" I've never brought this up to them. SS is paying my medical bills. So they were offering me a Personal Care Assistant free of charge, at least to me. I'm sure SS pays for it.
Hey, Rob. I told them no! I dont' need a PCA. I'm gonna make my family do it!! HAHAHAHA! Yeah, right. Instead of using a PCA, which Jean and Brad clearly qualify for, they make their family do it. That makes some damn good common sense there, right?
I didn't get this memo. I appreciate you being honest though. I suspected that this was your approach to forum posting. Whenever you go full victim stance, and demand to know why someone doesn't believe you, they can just quote the above. You do understand that you are talking about you here, right?
I don't come to a forum for speculation, innuendo, name-calling, lies, disinformation, or disingenuous denials. I may wade through them, but they detract value. If someone has to resort to these to make a point, they should do a little reflection on whether they have a valid point to begin with.
I gather you have tried this approach at other forums and have worn out your welcome. I'm not sure why any forum would allow someone to spread lies and disinformation. I'm guessing that most who have crossed you on these forums have first hand accounts of how you rely on speculation, innuendo, name calling, lies, disinformation, and disingenuous denials to make your attacks. After a couple of days on this board, I had already learned that I couldn't believe anything you said about anyone.
So this is all a prelude to a simple point. I take offence at your insistence on smearing Jean Scott. It doesn't hurt me, and it I doubt that it hurts her. It's still wrong. Your spin is interesting. The simplest explanation as to why Jean isn't polarizing is that she is a nice person who tells the truth, not that she is protecting her brand. I recall some comment you made about her being too busy gambling to talk to you. First, there is nothing wrong with that. I was generally too busy at my job to stop and chat. Second, of the people who have recounted running into Jean, you are the first I've heard say that she was too busy gambling to talk.
You may think of me as some enemy, but I'm just sharing some truth on a gambling forum. If you are uncomfortable with any of it, I hope you make the changes you need to to find happiness. I assume that everyone on this board has confronted the need for self-change.
After seeing some of your posting history, I wanted to make sure that you were at least exposed to a couple of truths.
1. Diminishing someone's reputation does not add to your own.
2. Diminishing someone else's happiness is not going to make you happier.
What we know about Rob's system is that in his revised story he quit using it in 2004. But then he claimed for another 15 years that he did use the system. I still believe Rob worked the double up glitch. He knows to much about it. But as far as his system goes I don't believe his story. How could I? He said one thing up until 2019 but then changed the story up to where he quit using the system in 2004.
I completely understand what you and others feel about my playing my strategy and how I chose to lie about playing it--on forums and in various media--after 2004. I had little time to make up my mind once I transitioned my play. Not a good excuse and there were other options, but it was a tough decision.
If I understand this, you're saying I'm not of the belief apvp works--and I believe my strategy works better?
Here's my belief, and I'll lump in machine play with vp play: Clear your mind of most of what I said about this before earlier this year. I believe and have always believed that mickey has a good beat on and regularly wins playing machines. This isn't just a hunch--it's from actual reading what he writes and putting the scenario together in my mind. It's not something I could do, but the way he's described his life I can see where he has been able to do this for years.
Do you win at apvp? I would guess so, but I don't really know all the ins & outs of if you play with or on teams of whatever. I believe you play any game, machine or tables, that's got an edge. I think most LV AP's do that.
All my criticisms about Dancer over the years were mostly just a part of my cover. I believe he's a dedicated vp edge-seeker and plays higher limits in order to garner a higher theoretical hourly rate. I know he works both sides of the fence and I really can't understand how he's allowed to keep beating the places that pay him, but I believe he does win overall. Nothing earth-shattering but he wins.
Which brings me to Jean and Brad. While Dancer to me is a serious, serious edge seeker and player, Jean's been more of a lower level gambler who SAYS she is an AP, but I've always had my doubts. I've seen them twice, and both times they were pounding away at <100 % games when there were +EV games on the same floors. As mickey says, she's not making much on her books etc., so I see them as like any other retired old couple in LV who play for comps and points and slot card status. I think they've controlled their play pretty good for all those years and not lost anything they didn't have. And as I said, she's used her prerogative in applying her own values to their benefits, in order to be able to report all winning years. I don't blame her--she basically wrote the book on that.
So yes, I believe apvp works for the right people. If I chose to live in LV and not try to make a living from vp like I've done in the past, I would choose ap play over my strategy. I've always believed one cannot live in LV and play my strategy. I always needed a week's break after playing because of the intensity and complex nature of playing and keeping track of the numbers, and after a while I'd probably give in.
Since you asked:
I think it's good that you're now using truth with quotation marks. You might add the word undeniable in there as well. You've made a mockery of both words. I admit I selected truth as a jab, but I believe that most people can figure out what is honest and what is speculation, innuendo, name calling, lies, disinformation, and disingenuous denials. Anyone who doesn't see what I referred to as truths as being self evident is welcome to dismiss them. No one needs to be anything like me in order to separate fact from fiction. You aren't "required" to believe what I believe about Jean or anything else. I'm just suggesting that you stop making shit up. I don't think that you think I'm funny.
So how many years did you troll and lie about people who were AP's?. Isn't it measured in decades? You chose to attack Bob Dancer and chose the name Rob Singer as a cover? All these years (decades?) of speculation, innuendo, name calling, lies, disinformation, and disingenuous denials: followed by a clear your mind of what I've said before? A few days ago you stated that Jean had run out of funds. What was that a cover for? If your going to stop, just stop. If you're just going to continue with a new set of speculation, innuendo, name calling, lies, disinformation and disingenuous denials, then I can't see what's changed.
Again, let me reiterate, I was just telling you what people might think or take away from what you said.
What you just said is fair.
It's true, eventually... you lose lots of places(86ed/disallowed from card benefits/ promotions, excetera). Recently, I talked an old AP I haven't seen in awhile he basically said you can't play and most casinos here in Vegas anymore. Now there are absolutely ways around that(they may not be 100% foolproof) such as changing your name, having partners, having people play for you etc. If you're solo guy it will be much harder if you lose a bunch of places since you won't have someone who can go in the locations you can't and vice a versa. If you are solely concentrate on the normal video poker, progressives, and just play all the promotions, multiple-point days and mail eventually you're going to be down to not that many good locations, unless you're willing to travel. However, I do know guys here in Vegas that have been doing it for many years(nothing too fancy for too high) who mainly play progressives and the other stuff that I was talking about and I believe they make around 50K a year, however, I have no idea how many hours they work, but given my experience when I was playing tons of progressive some things like that I would expect that was putting in 65 hours a week or more.
When it comes to Advantage gambling, I don't care what or where it is I really prefer to mix things up, or I prefer just to play online. I actually get bored with video poker fairly quick. Of course, I'm not out there pounding away for hours on high denomination Ultimate X and some of the less boring video poker games. I can see how someone might not get bored doing that.
Not long ago, we were playing a 3 real old time slot machine for a few days and many hours per day. At the time it would get pretty boring, but overall it kind of reminded me of the past. It wasn't just actual play at the machines, it was the effort and everything leading up to and after the fact that was satisfying and fun overall.
I'm not an "hour after hour" player. My strategy wouldn't work for me if I lived nearby the casinos because I'd push myself not to take breaks, which area required. In my case, I required about 1 week. The rest, the relaxing drives, and the time at home usually after a win was the refresher I needed to keep doing it.
That was my experience. After an hour I was happy to leave with small profit- and I had to pick my wife up across town. Never found adequate time or desire to do it right. Finally found a serious conversation on this topic, so I was curious as to what was meant. I can pretty well figure out the rest. Thanks.
People who annoy you like Rob Singer are called...

Managed to work a racial slur into something having nothing to do with race Monet? Your posts tend to be interesting to me. You talk about things I don't know much about, but you also talk about things I have or am doing, and show how it can be done better. I find it rare for people to post like that. Having said that, I don't get the racism and especially gratuitous racism. Your slurs are always going say more about you, than the people you're referring to. It's not like you tout yourself as some gift to humanity. It seems like you're pushing a narrative that the world is a cesspool that we are all destined to drown in and that the slurs are mostly tools for your message.
That tells me that you're significantly confident that it doesn't really work. Your beliefs Theory and play indicate that your hopeful that it actually works so you can you use that to basically entertain yourself meanwhile giving yourself an excuse to play -EV games. That's all good do your thing. But, you can't expect not to get some blowback when you help lead others to believe it works.
This I found the Holy Grail to basically print free money, but screw all that because money important to me, I just can't be bothered. Most of the excuses people use, I'm not buying. I just don't buy it when people say they have a system to make easy free money 365 days a week across the f****** globe, but they choose just a put f*** around with it. That's just total crap/ b*******. There might be a few people in that situation, but I can guarantee you it ain't nobody f****** around on this forum.
From what we were led to believe about this system(and many others), if it were true I would pay a lot of money to learn it. I'M Willing to make a deal, I give up half my profits I pay a cash amount upfront. My only requirement is if it doesn't work I pay back my losses and something for the time I wasted on it. How about double my losses? Oh yes, but there's always a caveat, you didn't do it right, you can't learn it, you didn't report correctly blah blah blah(the only sure way around that would be to have the person sitting there telling you exactly what to do).I'm willing to video each and every session from start to finish. Not sure how the solve the problem with a system that doesn't seem to have exact rules(perhaps I'm wrong on that), or they're just so complicated to where they're almost impossible to learn. And that situation somebody could just come back and say we didn't do it correctly. I suppose there could be an agreement that all sessions are guaranteed to be shown. Results are not exposed until it's confirmed that the system was done correctly for each hand without the results known. And then the results would be revealed. Unfortunately, someone Savvy enough could in fact figure out if one was going to have success or not showing initial dealt hands without revealing the results. And of course, a few mistakes here and there shouldn't cost of entire system to fail, unless of course a mistake was made on a higher denomination and it involved a huge Hand. I wouldn't think that's where the mistakes were going to happen more so what you did to meeting up to that point.
I'm sure there's a way to figure out how to have a fair situation, I'd have to think about that.
Axelwolf, based on your tone in these posts, I have to think you'd really enjoy James Randi's books regarding debunking psychics and other paranormal claims. For a long time, he had a million dollar reward for people who claimed powers and would agree (and even help design) scientific tests that could prove/disprove the abilities. Some of his books are Flim Flam, The Faith Healers, James Randi: Psychic Investigator. Another guy you might like is Joe Nickell, a private investigator who joined Randi's organization and took a look at other unusual events.
I suggested for many years that "Singer" should take a crack at the Million Dollar Challenge because what he is claiming is clearly a paranormal ability. Unfortunately, Randi has retired, and I don't think that prize is still available. Most of the logical train you mention above is standard operating procedure for many claiming paranormal abilities. They don't need the money, other things more important, karma would be damaged, the process is too complex (1) for others to execute (2) understand (3) needs to be adjusted to each time in the field (4) can't be written down, and so on. "Singer" checks almost all of the boxes, right down to no comprehensive records, all evidence is anecdotal, and on and on.
Anyway, check James Randi out.
